Champion did a great job on my screened porch. It dragged out longer than I'd have thought, but it's winter and I know there were problems scheduling the county inspectors.
Haven't put anything in it yet - I have a few months for that!

The service from the start through completion was outstanding! They cleaned up after installing my roof and gutters. They did an outstanding job! Will definitely use Champion for any future home improvements.

Ria the coordinator, the estimator and all the workers were easy to work with, polite and very professional. Getting all the work done quickly as ordered and improving my house with little disruption. I would encourage anyone doing repairs or upgrade to use Champion.

All the installers worked well together.If I had any questions , they had the answer and they cleaned up nicely.

When champion came out to give me a estimate, the representative was clear on things he saw and how it would be done, spoke so clear and answered all my questions

I really wanted to like this company because the people who come out and consult on the work are friendly and knowledgeable. But, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication from the main office and the quality of the work.

We had Champion out to quote us on having our front door painted and re-sealed and for a fence in the backyard. Ontoniel came out to take notes and come up with a quote, and he was really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Their quote for the fence was higher than a competitor's quote (by about 2k) and when I showed them the competing quote, they matched it. Ontoniel told me that someone would come out a few days later to show me color samples for the door, I had provided pictures of the color I was looking for. The person never showed up to show me samples, and when I called the main office they seemed confused and did not know someone was supposed to come. They immediately sent someone out, but the color samples he had were not anywhere close to the color I had requested. They asked me to go to home depot and pick out the paint myself, which I did. They said the main office would be in touch to schedule the work, but I never heard from them.

About a week later a few people who did not speak english arrived early in the morning in an unmarked car. We discovered that they were there to paint the door, but I had to leave for work so I had to leave them alone with access to the house all day. That was a little worrisome to me, especially because they did not have a company car or uniform and they had not scheduled to be there that day, and I could not really communicate with them about the work. I called the main office, and again they seemed surprised that someone was there and did not seem to know what was going on. They said their "contractor" must have been mixed up - honestly just seemed like some random people they picked up from home depot. I arrived home at the end of the day to find that they had not only painted the outside of my front door, but also the inside (bright yellow).... They did come back and repaint the inside white but they did a rushed job and there are splotches of paint on the glass, trim, and brick patio.

I called about a week later to determine when they would come and do the fence. They said that someone would be in touch to schedule with me. Again, a crew showed up unannounced one morning. They did not have the original notes or sketches and did not know where the fence was supposed to go. They seemed generally confused. Again, I called the main office to make sure this was the correct crew because it seemed odd.

About a week after the door was done, the weather stripping they installed started peeling off. When I called them to fix it, they said it would cost $150 to fix their work and that weather stripping peels all the time. Well, my original weather stripping wasn't peeling (just old), and during the original consult they assured me that we needed to replace it for energy savings. Wish I had just left it alone, or maybe used someone else. Just seems like a confused company who hires a lot of their jobs out to people with little training

Champion installed a deck and pavers around an above ground pool at our home. Immediately after the install we complained because 1) the pavers were not installed based on the design that was agreed upon 2) the workers completely dismantled the pool pump and left it disassembled 3) most importantly, we advised that it did not appear that the area around the pool was stabilized sufficiently with gravel. There is still a large pile of gravel leftover from the install in our driveway. The pavers entirely collapsed. They started separating and shifting and eventually completely collapsed. The area under the deck collapsed as well. The company claims they are not responsible. Although the large pile of gravel leftover confirms that all the gravel was not used. They blamed the rain; they blamed the soil; they blamed the pool supports. All of these things were present during the assessment of the area. If it was not suitable for supporting pavers, we should have been informed. To say all of this after the fact indicates that the company wanted to make the sale at all costs without regard to what was best for the customer. This all happened less than 3 months after the completion of the installation.

Champion installed a screen-porch to my home last summer. I decided early this year (2023) to have them install a 100% vinyl soffit ceiling to complete the finished professional look I was seeking...much to my surprise they came through like "Champions." (pun intended). The crew that did the installation was very professional, clean, respectful of my property (not leaving empty water bottles or trash behind ) . They were very neat and methodical. On a scale of 1-10...they are a 12 :-). I have Champion bookmarked for any future jobs I have in mind. CN

Champion was responsive annd easy to work with. I had porch railings installed and completed the job in one day. Answered all questions and corrected any cocerns I had. I would use them again.

They did an ok job installing two sky lights but they were 2 months late in completing the job. They tried to install some exterior and interior doors and ruined the doors and did a terrible job. Their workers didn't have any of the necessary tools and not even a level. they chipped the paint off the doors and locks.
I would not use them ever again. They way over charged as well.

Champion Home Improvements, LLC upgraded my Portico on my house in 2021. They were professional, and did a great job. Not only was this a great investment, my house stood out on my street. I sold my house in 2022, and it was a great selling point. Thanks Champion, I will definitely use you again.

Good value for the job. I hired them to fix an improperly installed flashing. Aesthetically ( for matching colors) they couldn't done a better job, but the main issue is resolved. I would recommend them.

The staff down to the installers were very polite, and professional with all my concerns addressed. My roof turned out great.

No one informed me that the roof was done.Would have liked to have seen some type of pictures or paper work.

I chose Champion Home Improvements years ago when I was ready to replace all my old windows and I'm so glad I did! Recently, my home suffered some damage from a wind storm and when I called Champion to get a price on replacing the window that I loved so much, I was SO HAPPY to hear that they perform all the other services I needed done from the damage (e.g. roof repair, drywall repair, painting, window replacement, and attic venting and insulation). The people who came out to work on each of these services were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and showed excellent workmanship. Working with my insurance company was a whole other story, but Champion communicated directly with them when needed to get the information they needed. I'm so happy I decided to go with Champion and not the sketchy contractor my insurance company wanted me to use. Need work done and not sure who to use? Choose Champion Home Improvements. You won't regret it.

Champion acted very rapidly to make the requested repairs. They sent before & after photos. They made some additional suggestions which were needed and approved. Will use again. Prices seemed a bit high but they were responsive and on the job quickly.

I paid $239 for a roof inspection instead the gave me an estimate and charged me for it. Moreover, their estimate was almost $1000 higher than the other estimates I received.

I took several calls and emails and they finally sent me a "report" that was basically the "estimate" they gave me with the heading roof inspection.

I do not like giving bad reviews for businesses unless they try to take your money without doing the service and this one fit the bill. I found them on Angi's list

This company repaired my roof in a timely manner. They did an amazing job behind a company that didn’t do the job correctly after they had come out twice. I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely refer them to family, friends and customers.

We were looking to replace our existing deck as well as adding a full bath to our basement. After interviewing several companies, we decided to use Champion based on their professionalism, ideal suggestions, and well known quality.

Deck replacement: The workers did a very good job; they completed the work removing the old deck and building the new one in less than twelve hours. I couldn't believe that the job will be completed in one day.
There are Neighbours asking who build my deck? And I'm giving them your information, and they want the same workers.

Placed a claim with American home shield for roof leak coverage. The contract provides that they will make repairs or at their option pay $1500 in lieu of repairs

When I filed the claim, they assigned champion to inspect and make needed repairs. In a conversation with the champion representative before the scheduled inspection, which champion canceled and rescheduled a week later, I told the representative that the crew would not be able to make any repairs because I had an older cedar shake roof and cost of repairs were going to be astronomical

Despite what I told the representative, champion sent a crew of four people to look at my roof. Their entire visit lasted less than 25 minutes and before the work truck had pulled out of my driveway I had a call from Champion saying that they could do no repairs because of the condition of my roof but that they would do a roof replacement and would work with the home warranty company to make sure the contract payout was applied to the replacement.

This was after the roof inspector had already told me that they could replace the whole roof in the first five minutes that he was at my house.

I told Champion that I would have to investigate my options and I would consider their estimate, But that I would like them just to relay information about the repairs to the home warranty company so that I could get the $1500 towards the repairs

In a later call with a champion representative they told me that they would provide the information to the home warranty company so that the home warranty company would provide them a check that they could put towards the roof replacement. I told them that I wanted to get the check so that I could decide who I wanted to have to repairs or a replacement if that was possible

I then got an email from the home warranty company saying that in addition to the $100 I had already spent for the trip to inspect my roof, they would deduct $400 from the payout amount to pay champion for their time doing the inspection. When I called the home warranty company, they told me that the champion report mentioned that repairs would cost $1600 and would be needed to repair a leak in my dining room. I don’t have a leak in my dining room and no champion representative ever set foot in my dining room.

Seems unethical to me when the home warranty company assigns an inspection company without ever telling you what the inspection company is going to charge if they do not do repairs or get your business for an upsell - and Champion does not disclose charges and sends out however many people they want for the inspection. I have never heard back from Champion regarding an estimate for repairing the roof and it seems like the objective may have been to either sell me a brand new roof and have the home warranty company contribute towards that or charge me $400 for their 25-minute inspection on top of the $100 inspection fee i already paid to the home warranty company. It seems like the company has good reviews for work that they do, but I would be concerned in the future about how they would handle situations when there is a chance they will not be selected to do extensive repairs or replacement

I had my drywall repaired by Champion after they repaired my roof. They did a great job in a timely fashion. I am very happy with their service.
