Carlos Lemus and his crews just finished two projects at my home. The siding replacement was excellent and completely transformed my 50-year old house. The project to extend my kitchen, including new tile flooring was expertly done with no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company for any construction projects for a home. I've used this contractor a couple of times now and would highly recommend. They are knowledgeable and professional. They have recently come to repair my roof. When i called for a free estimate, they responded promptly, and then delivered a written estimate with 3 estimates that gave me cost options that I truly appreciated. Then when they arrived to do the work, they arrived on time, finished the job in the same day and removed the debris. Highly recommend!

I'd give the Lemus brother a 10/10 if I could, but 5 stars will have to do. My biggest pet peeve are dishonest and pushy contractors. The Lemus Brothers were anything but that. I found them to be honest, relatable, trustworthy, extremely respectful, and considerate. Thats on top of them being highly skilled and doing an EXCELLENT job. I am a new home owner and got my entire roof replaced, which is stressful so early in homeownership. Working with them took a lot of the weight and stress off and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They work quick but efficiently, they provide updates throughout so there are no surprises and they cleaned up and left my property better than they found it. 10 out of 10!

Carlos and his crew are 100% amazing! They replaced my roof, repaired water damage, and installed two skylights. The quality of their work is top notch, and communication with them was easy every step of the way. They clearly explained all the options available, and I was able to trust that the information they were giving me was their honest professional assessment for what was best suited to my situation. Every other roofer I talked to tried to upsell me to the costliest materials, but the lemus bros were very upfront about which upgrades would be overkill for the weather conditions in the DC area.

I'm really grateful that I found lemus bros, because I was at my wit's end while searching for a roofer. I had gone through months of dealing with pushy salespeople that were either trying to force me to make an insurance claim, or wouldn't speak to me unless they were in my home with both me and my spouse present. The LEMUS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION crew were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. They worked diligently and quickly to replace my roof, chimney and gutters (you'll notice my new 6" gutters). The Lemus Brothers took great care of my roof replacement. They helped me when there was wind/storm damage. They put a tarp on my roof to protect it and were able to come replace it in a reasonable time. They did such a good job. I had to have plywood replaced in addition to the shingles. Carlos and the Lemus Brothers are the absolute pinnacle of professionalism!! I’ve dealt with them on several occasions whether it’s paid out-of-pocket or through my home warranty. Warranty related repairs can sometimes be a hassle, but Carlos remains very professional, patient and informative throughout the process.

They did an excellent job replacing the roof on my home after a treacherous storm last year in 2022. They also handled other repairs such as the replacement of my furnace and water heater. I will continue to maintain contact with the Lemus Brothers for all of my home renovation & repair needs!
