We used exterior max for our roof last month. The company did a great job showing us all of our options on style/colors. The quality of work they did was phenomenal. Hassle free and did a great clean up as well. Wanted to also say a quick thank you to Raymond for coming back after completion and making sure everything was to his standard. Choosing ExteriorMax to repair my Grandparent's home after a tree fell and severely damaged the roof was the best choice I could've made. My Rep was Erick Castro and he was excellent! My mother’s roof was in need of repair from a storm and we needed assistance with insurance. Thankfully, Brian knocked on the door and was able to check her roof the same day. At first I was skeptical when I met Logan from Exteriormax and he offered to inspect our roof for free after a hail storm. He said if he found any damages, he would process an insurance claim on our behalf. He made a thorough inspection marking and photographing anywhere there appeared to be damages.

After the initial submission, the insurance company agreed to only pay for a few minor repairs, claiming since it is a 20 year old roof, and most of the damages was normal wear. Logan, however pressed on and got a second round of reviews with another inspector from the insurance company.

After multiple rounds of negotiating by Logan and the Exteriormax team, we were thrilled to find that we got the entire roof replaced with our only out-of-pocket costs being our deductible. We were so thankful for the persistent efforts by Logan and Exteriormax. Once the insurance claim was finalized we signed with Exteriormax and their crew came our and completed the job in one day. The new roof looks fantastic and all we paid was our deductible!

My experience with ExteriorMax was unexpectedly pleasant. I'm not one to sign on with a door-to-door salesman, and I'm too skeptical to write a review saying any project is perfection, but my house was built in 1910, and the roof hadn't been serviced in this century. So when Chidi Ezeonyebuchi came to the porch, his manner was engaging without being pushy, and the offer to negotiate with my insurance company with no strings attached was a combination that appealed to me. He inspected the roof himself, took photos for the insurance company, and they sent a representative who gave me a satisfying assessment of the roof's condition. Later, Mr. Ezeonyebuchi presented product samples, explained the process and convincingly sold me on the advantages of his company. The final price was considerably less than I expected it to be. Materials were delivered a couple weeks later, and a crew amazingly completed the job in a single day, which included replacement of two large sections of plywood that had seen better days. Allow me a small disclaimer: Five Stars doesn't necessarily mean absolute perfection...I would have liked to have had a supervisor on the premises to answer questions and concerns of a nervous skeptic like myself. And I won't be absolutely certain of flawlessness until after my new roof weathers a few years of climate-change assaults, but I was extremely pleased with the results. I have no problem calling it a Five Star performance. Even my neighbors are impressed; as one woman put it, "They did a wonderful job on your roof! That's one of the nicest jobs I've seen in a good while. It looks great," she said, punctuating her comment with a thumbs-up emoji.

ExteriorMax was fantastic, living up to their claim of a full roof replacement at no expense to me (beyond the deductible on my insurance policy)! They used the highest quality materials and did not overlook fine details in the construction. My insurance company put up such a resistance to my claim that it never would have possible on my own. The team of ExteriorMax staff included negotiators and a public adjustor. Justin M was so personable, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish, guiding me through the entire process and providing clear answers to my every question. Adam S pulled off a feat that was nothing short of magical when it came time to schedule the job. The construction team was timely and professional. In summary, ExteriorMax recognized the need, valued me as a person, and performed quality work. This company is a gem in a crowded industry and I'm so glad I decided to work with them.

STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY CLAIMING TO DO YOUR ROOF THROUGH INSURANCE, EXTERIORMAX SCAMS YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY ROOF AND TOLD ME IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF DAMAGE THEY DID. ONLY HALF THE DAMAGE GOT FIXED AND I NO LONGER HAVE A WARRANTY BECAUSE OF IT. THEY ARE MOST DEFINITELY SCAMMERS AND I AM NOW FILING CHARGES AGAINST THEM... BUYER BEWARE....

As of July 29 till now ROOF is leaking.

I am very pleased with my full roof install. It all started from a knock at the door. Adam and Brian were awesome with making sure the process ran smoothly for me. They had many options to choose and they explained the process from start to finish. Roof was installed in one day. They informed me of any issues and progress as the roof was being installed. I’m just happy I answered the door. Great Work EXTERIORMAX. I will highly recommend!!!

Second time a charm. I used ExteriorMax for our new home. We recently moved. We had a bad hail/wind storm and even crazy tornado swept through and damage our roof. I called Brian and was excited he was able to take on our roof project. Brian did an excellent job and is always professional and very knowledgeable when handling the insurance process. You will not be disappointed nor left out of any details pertaining to your roof. I was also very pleased with Raymond’s work as he did our follow up roof inspection and checked the yard and deck for any loose nails and or shingles. They have an excellent team and that’s why I called them back to work on our new home roof. So don’t hesitate and choose ExteriorMax.

Despite some discrepancies the work was completed in two days with no leaks present.

The vibrations from the receptacle saw caused the dry wall to flake and fall off as you can see in the photos below. Just keep in mind this can happen.
