I contacted Certified spoke with Colin and was immediately scheduled for service. The technician arrived and quickly located the source of our leak. The price was reasonable, repairs were made quickly, and the childcare center was back in service with minimal interruption. Certified will definitely be our go-to for any roofing needs.

I called for an estimate on fixing problems reported by my gutter cleaning company. Certified came the next day and informed me that the repairs were unnecessary, and didn't charge me for that or for a minor repair on a downspout.

Certified agents were knowledgeable and efficient. They quickly identified the issue, provided me options at different price points, and completed the repairs the same day. Highly recommend!

These guys are honest, reasonable, professional, and fair. They shared photos of the work each step of the way. They also assisted me with some interior damage that had been caused by my roof issue. I plan to keep them in speed dial as my home ages.

They completed a very tough job in VERY chilly weather. The communication amongst all involved (myself, workers, and those who work in the area of coming out to give estimates, and making/confirming all the appointments, etc.) was excellent.

I needed to place some nails in the top rail to pull it up so the windows could open. That was something we should have checked on before they left. Other than that everything went well and they were more than happy to help out and do anything that I asked for within the scope of the project.

This company is absolute joke!!! They made 2 appointments with me the first they canceled the day before the second they called at 9:26 for a 10:00 am appointment and they aren’t showing up again! I drove 3 hours to meet Adam and this is the type of service they give!! Please think about this when you attempt to get an estimate for a huge job!! Don’t waste your time or money!!

The guy that came out to do my estimate was knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were very competitive. I felt very comfortable choosing them to do my partial shingle replacement. I was able to get a quick estimate on a Friday and work completed Monday morning.

Contacted Certified Roofing when I found my HOA would not fix my skylight leak. I saw that Certified was ready to give me an estimate right away. Richard B. came by the next day and did a thorough inspection both inside and outside. After a quick confirmation from the office, Richard provided me with a written estimate. The very reasonable estimate was quickly confirmed, and the job was scheduled. The roof part was immediately repaired by Richard and a fellow Certified employee. Richard explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. We scheduled the inside work (plaster and paint) and Richard thoroughly completed the repair and replastering required. The next day he came by to do the prep work and then the painting.
Each step was efficiently and effectively done.

The employees have been very comfortable and pleasant to deal with. They are professional, very competent and respectful at all times.

If you have a roof problem, I strongly suggest you have Certified Roofing come and provide their services from inspections, estimations, and work completions on time. At least call them before you sign a contract with anyone else.

Would definitely use this company again. The crew that came to replace our roof did an excellent job and cleanup was exceptional!! We are able to get the roof installed within a couple of days of accepting the price.

The 5 stars are for the actual work. However, there was an issue with scheduling. I received an email setting 10/16 as the date. When the roofer did not come on that date I called & was told that the date was changed to 10/18. I was not informed of his change and dad to rescheduled to 10/21 because I was out of town on 10/18.

Very quick and efficient. Great warranties. Not a speck of debris left behind. Easy to work with. Hard- working crew. I highly recommend Certfied.

This is at least my 8th job working with Certified Roofing, each on a different house or part thereof. If you're reading this review, then look no further. I recommend you hire them without reservation. Owner Steve Mitchell and everyone under his command are honorable, hard-working, conscientious, responsive, and use their best efforts to do the job properly the first time. As a more exacting customer than most, they've earned my respect and business time and time again. Go get other estimates, then compare the costs. You'll see their prices are always fair, but their workmanship is superior. They do a better job installing products. They clean up better. The employees will look you in the eye and give you honest answers. They are my go-to residential roofing contractor as long as I have a roof over my head. In this last project, they removed old decking material and worked cooperatively with a window and door contractor I chose to install new decking. The attached photos show the attention to detail they paid to my job to do it right. And when I've had other repairs or rare warranty work, they've responded promptly, and addressed the issue completely. They will sell you a quality product that lasts, and they stand behind their work. Certified has earned my trust.

At 78 yrs of age, we are skeptical of businesses we have no prior relationship with. We received estimates from 3 companies. Certified matched the others but we also heard the owner's testimony. I am a Vietnam veteran and trust his word. It was a slow startup due to shipping delays. Ms. Tabitha was key to being patient. She worked with us every step of the way. As a long-term consumer, I realize some help she provided was over and above her normal duties entailed. The plus factor was the worker's professional demeanor. They began and finished the installation, removed and cleaned up the area. So far, we can't ask for a better result. This winter will be the test.

Garrett was the best sales-customer service agent to ever visit my home. He was product knowledgeable and made additional efforts to ensure the information given to me was correct. The workings of a great sales person, but much more than that. Garrett’s pleasant manner was personable, informative and truly instrumental in helping me make important decisions. I needed immediate repairs for a couple of areas on my slate roof causing an inside leak. Certified Roofing were the first to respond. Javier promptly showed up. Diagnosed my issues. Experienced and professional team. Josh Artis came out to the house, showed samples and talked me through everything. He was very patient as we struggled to decide on a color. The crew came out early in the morning and were gone by about 2 pm. They didn't leave even one nail that I could find. The roof is beautiful and not nearly as expensive as we anticipated. I appreciate how this company works from beginning to end. When I initially called, they sent two roofers to inspect the roof to see if repairs could be made right away. When they saw that it was not the case, they let me know and scheduled me with a member of their sales team about a roof replacement. Their cost happened to come in at the low end of the estimates that I had from other companies. The work was done in a day, with the workers starting about 7:45 and finishing about 3:30. The pictures they provided afterwords show an awesome job.

We worked with Shawn Mallory at Certified Inc and it was, overall, as smooth and painless an experience you could get from one of the more stressful renovations you could have to do. Overall, Certified Inc offered the best warranty we found for our dollar, and we're really happy with our roof.

great price and a 50 year warranty, including labor costs, through the shingle company (Certified doesn't even need to exist in 50 years). They sent a big crew, done in one day. I have a steep roof with gutters 30+ feet off the ground so not the easiest job. I brought the crew lunch from a local Mexican place and that seemed to motivate them even more.

They did a good job with minimal disruption to my & my dogs life,
they made sure my yard was cleaned of all nails.

Mateo managed my project. He and his team responded very quickly to my need for repair, ran me through the replacement process, and had the roof replaced for a reasonable price, all within less than a week.

Tim Bouthner came did an estimate on our roof leaking problem. We got the roof around the chimney fixed and still leaking . He came back, tested and found out it was leaking from the top of the chimney . Then he came back on a Sat. did the repair without extra charge, so brought us some times before we get our new chase cover for the chimney before snow came . All these taking within one week ! So I am thankful! The price was reasonable too !
