I contacted CERTIFIED ROOFING after reading so many positive reviews on GOOGLE and spoke with ASHLEY about getting an estimate. Ashley was friendly and very pleasant. She informed me that she would be happy to schedule me an appointment. She also took the time to explain how the estimate works, which includes a physical view of my roof from inside the attic. To my surprise, Ashley was able to schedule my appointment that same evening.
Representatives GARRETT and JOSH were cordial, very professional and greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. They immediately asked for directions to my attic so they could take a look at my roof from the inside. Once there, Josh pointed out water stains on the attic’s ceiling, which I was completely unaware because I do not use my attic, and there were no signs of water damage in the rooms upstairs. After they finished in the attic, we sat down to discuss the different roofing materials, lifecycle, and cost of installation. Garrett also gave me the company's background, which was very impressive! I asked several follow-up questions and they were able to answer them to my satisfaction. Garrett reviewed costs and payment options including financing. Upon acceptance, Garrett prepared the contractual agreement for my review and signature. After signing the contract, I felt immediately relieved and knew that I made the right decision!
TABITHA scheduled my installation, which she had to reschedule due to rain. To my delight, the installation was only delayed a few days. I was greatly appreciative of Tabitha's efforts to get me rescheduled quickly!
On installation day, the crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They covered the entryway with tarp, prepared areas of my lawn for depositing the old roofing materials, and moved flowers to protect them from damage. They worked tirelessly and when finished, cleaned up and discarded waste, and put my planters and garden accessories back in place!
I was very pleased with the look of my new roof. It compliments my home and enhances curb appeal! The new roof’s ventilation makes my home more energy efficient which means I no longer have to lower the air conditioning temperature to be comfortable when upstairs!

I bought a house this year without a roof inspection (Biggest L of the year), but this team was able to replace the entire flat roof in one day. So happy that I don't have to deal with any more leaks!
By the time I connected with Certified, I had already gone through at least 3-4 window presentations. If your not familiar with the process, it's mostly full of high pressure sales tactics and overprices proposals. The folks at Certified did not take the approach. The owner of the company came out to do the survey. His approach was simple: we will provide you with quality windows at a fair price and customer service to ensure your satisfied.

The windows arrived earlier than expected, so the job was completed sooner than we were initially told. Quality of the windows is great and I trust that if we have any warranty issues that Certified will hold up their end of the deal. We had a few workmanship issues (mostly caulking) that we didn't catch right away, but when this was pointed out to their team, they quickly sent someone out to check it out, and a crew was out the following day to make the repairs.
