Certified Roofing - Selbyville, DE

Every homeowner dreads the moment when the time for a new roof approaches. Thanks to David Hudson and Certified Roofing our new roof was installed exactly as promised. The plans and quotes were reviewed by my son who is a project manager with a large construction company in Vermont. He was impressed with the details provided in the estimate and that the cost was less than he previously had estimated when we recently had discussed what a new roof would cost. Again, thanks to David for being on top of this from our first meeting to the completed product.

David was very efficient and knowledgeable helping with our roof in Ocean City. He helped us appeal to our insurance company so we received a reimbursement for our
roof.

I contacted quite a few contractors. For estimates, most of them didn't show up. Mr. Hudson did show up and was very professional. It was obvious.He knows his business. The price was very competitive and he wanted to great detail on what they were going to do for me. The installers did a great job and cling up after themselves. Honestly, the place probably looked better when they left than it did when they got there. I thought the follow up call afterwards to make sure I was happy was really nice. Thanks for a great job certified.I will definitely recommend you to anybody.

I used to work in the roofing industry. So I have a little bit of knowledge about what makes a good job. I would like to start by saying that this company was extremely professional in every aspect! I had quite a few people over to give me estimates. I always ask a couple of questions to get an idea of what their knowledge is on what they're trying to sell me. The only person who came over to talk to me about my roof who understood what they were selling me was David Hudson. I did get a couple of estimates, the only one that was comprehensive, and really told me what they were going to do was the estimate I got from certified Roofing. The other estimates we're very vague well I can tell you for a fact on companies do that they're not planning on giving you a good job all they care about is the money they're going to get.

I checked out quite a few companies. Most of the local companies that we recognize their names are charging for the name and the reviews really aren't any better than anybody else's but their prices are extremely high from the estimates that I got. There are a few companies from the other side of the bridge that are trying to get started over here for the most part I would avoid them at all costs there are some real horror stories out there about the crap that they pulled make sure you check reviews!

When the crew showed up, they did everything in their power to protect the landscaping and all my property. They also cleaned up after themselves, and the property looked great when they were done. Dave contacted me numerous times throughout the day to make sure everything was going well, and I very much appreciate that there are no issues whatsoever these guys could not have done a better job. If it's not obvious, I can not say enough good about certified Roofing or David Hudson.
