We had a bumpy start but the service team put things back on track & worked their magic. Fixed my car & returned it to me super clean and running great. They pulled together as a team and kept me in the loop during the process. Definitely 5 stars!

AVOID!! A scam!! I only wish I had read the other negative Google Reviews before wasting my day off on their fake mailer. It said that I had won $25K …. I called the number on the flyer AND the number of the dealership, and was assured it was not a scam, I HAD won, and to come on in. When I got there, they jokingly commented about the age of my old car that I drove up in - making me feel insulted on top of foolish. How do they sell ANYONE cars like this? Terrible idea. Ruining your reputation with this promotion technique!

Flyers are nothing but a scam! If it seems too good to be true it absolutely is. Flyer claimed I had won their 25,000 grand prize. Called the dealership and was assured that it was legit. Called the number on the flyer and was assured I was a winner and I should come in today. Drove AN HOUR each way to get a 2 dollar losing scratch ticket because my number really wasn’t the winning number. They then tried convincing me to trade in my vehicle. What a waste of my family’s time and gas.

Guy the dealer was awesome as we are Deaf and I haven’t had a car for two years. Guy was able to make it happen now I purchased a car on the spot! Awesome staff here at Brattleboro Ford!

Went in for a promo expecting just to get a prize. Surprise ! We traded our lease for an upgrade to a 2025 Ford escape. Great service, friendly and accomodating staff.

While most other Ford dealerships laughed at me over the phone talking about how booked up they were for weeks... these guys found time in their busy week to squeeze me in and they even stayed late to finish my repairs, I am very grateful for that. Brattleboro Ford was our first stop in our search for a new/used vehicle. We like to shop as local as possible. We were greeted by Tyler who sat us down to talk. We knew we wanted a Bronco and we knew our budget. Tyler asked us all the right questions and we narrowed down a model right for us. He answered all of the questions I threw at him. (Which was a lot) We never once felt the hard sell or pressure we have experienced in the past. We very much appreciated the casual, friendly but professional atmosphere. I highly recommend this team/dealership.

I recently traded my truck in for a new car at Brattleboro Ford, VT. The service I received was outstanding - from the moment I walked through the door. I’m very happy with my new car! After purchasing my new car I had an issue with my old finance company badgering me multiple times daily saying I owed them money, giving me a different story every time they called and it was becoming stressful as I knew the loan had been paid off in full. I reached out to Zach the Sales Manager who went above and beyond in sorting this out for me. It is now resolved and I am truly grateful for the great customer service I experienced. Will definitely be bringing my car here for servicing.

Tyler took such good care of us and he streamlined everything so we were in and out in about an hour. There was no pressure whatsoever, which was so refreshing after many of our other experiences! Send out scam mailers to get you in the door and even have people openly lie to you about them when you call. Not worth doing business with a company you can't trust, especially for a purchase as expensive as a vehicle.

This Dealership is the worst that I’ve ever experienced. Liars liars!!!! I live a hour away, we drove to the dealership to claim a prize that we had won. The prize was either $10,000 or an ATV.
This is their bait and switch con game. We received this flyer from Brattleboro Ford saying we won no gimmicks no games. We called the number which sent us to a southern call center. We were told we did win head over to pick up our prize. When you get there they give you a two dollar scratch ticket instead of your prize, This is a pathetic dealership that they have to resort to the stupid gimmicks.!!! Liars ,manipulators. I will never buy a vehicle from your dealership and I will never refer anybody to go to your dealership!!!!!! I cannot believe we wasted time and gas to go to your dumb dealership.

The scratch off flyer told me I had won ten grand and the call taker assured me I had won 'a prize'. I took a drive up because the flyer also assured me 'NO gimmicks, NO games'. Guy walking the parking lot stepped right up and gave me the hard sell straight off for the next half hour and then seemed annoyed that I wouldn't commit to a $29k used truck they hadn't even gone over yet. And of course there was no ten grand prize. If car salespeople wonder why they have a bad reputation, they can thank Brattleboro Ford.

Received a flyer in the mail "Beat the House" that said I won $10,000 cash. Upon calling the dealership I was told I need to come in to claim the prize. Only to find out I had won A CHANCE to win a prize. Spent 25min each way to get to the dealer. Total scam and shady marketing practices.

Avoid this dealer at all costs, if they will try to scam you by mail, how will they treat you if you want to buy a car?

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Carlos Sosa treated me with the outmost respect and professionalism. He knew exactly what I wanted based on the little details I shared with him. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Be careful. We are in the market for a new-ish F150 so we stopped by. I had some questions about their current "no gimmicks" flyer. I had a nice chat with the salesperson until he insisted on taking down the information on my driver's license before he would answer my questions. It made no sense, I just wanted to understand the promotion, but he kept insisting that he first had to record my personal information. As we walked out, all eyes were on us and I said "We were going to buy a truck." An employee called out to me "Sure you were!", which came across as less-than-polite. I'd rather to buy a truck from a local business that is nice and wants to help me make an informed decision.

I received a mailer with a scratch off to win a prize and the prize said that I had won $10,000 in cash and when I called the number they confirmed that I had $10,000 in cash and said that I needed to come into the store to claim the prize. When I came into the store, they said that that was not correct and that I had entered with a chance to win 10,000. So all the marketing materials and the call were intentionally deceptive as a way of promoting their product to try to get me onto the lot. I was extremely disappointed that they had stooped to such shameful business practices. It was clear from the look at the employee I interacted with and from other customers that they also felt deceived.

I will not be giving them my business, and I will be telling other people to avoid them at all cost.

Brattleboro Ford just lost any future business with me. I'm pretty big on transparency and empathy, and they fell way short on both today.
They are holding a scratch-off game they mailed out. Turns out they mislead you to get you to come in to help with a survey!
The game: 4 categorized scratch-offs and an Activation Code. If you win a scratch-off, in a category, it leads you to believe you won one of those prizes of your choice if you call in and your told that your activation code matches.
Well, when I won the ascratch-offf category (either $10k, or an ATV), I called. They said I've won a prize.' Now according to what was scratched off revealing the two category items to choose from, they couldn't tell me what I'd won because it was my choice. So I drove in to choose and claim. However, you go in the lobby to see others at tables and I knew there was a catch then and there. He told me for insurance reasons, the call center cannot know the matching activation codes that directly correlate with each categorized prize(s), so they just say you won a prize to cover themselves, but I'd call it false advertising.
Now I had to show the guy how it was misleading. He eventually agreed with me.
For the majority, most folks would just come in believing the same (again misled), learn what was going on AFTER their little survey to help with inventory, and then collect their $2 scratch-off card they 'won.' Thanks for playing and have a nice say. Heck, I spent at least $2 in fuel just getting there and back!

I recieved a flier so came to the dealership where Sal helped me out. He was super helpful and welcoming and I had an unexpectedly good time at the dealership. Even though I didn't get to buy a car today I hope to come back and buy from Sal in the future.

Good customer service here got my 2nd vehicle from here during a sales event still speak to the sales rep Derek to this day. Will be going back to trade this old thing in this week!!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here. Really friendly staff and had the best salesman on this planet, Mr Carlos Sosa. As soon as you walk on the lot and he rolls out the red carpet. This place is a scam. Sending out false advertisement flyers saying that you won a prize with no gimmicks show up and claim the prize on your flyer. Did you scratch a 777 winner $10,000 or an ATV... I called and asked what are the rules and if my invitation number matches and if I really won the prize that it showed I scratched and won. They said yes my invitation number is a winner all I have to do is come in and claim the prize with my pamphlet and valid ID. I get there and I'm told my invitation numbers do not match the winning numbers and everybody gets the 777 winning numbers you have to come and check if your invitation number matches some random number they have on the a wall. . All you get is a $2 scratch ticket from New Hampshire . This place is a joke ,

Their mail flyer is a scam. It said I won $10,000 so before going in to make sure it wasn't just an advertising ploy I called the number provided and gave them the verification code. The woman said I indeed won the rare $10,000 prize and to drive to the dealership and get my check. She LIED, they LIED. Wasted my time and gas and it was difficult to get there due to my disabilities. What kind of business does this to people? The AUDACITY. It's disgusting. Also, these dozen new reviews, all 5 star and raving how great they are is very suspicious. All posted around the same time, as if they sold that many cars n one day and saying their mailer was "great" I hope Google's AI catches that and takes all these fake reviews down. No ethics at all at this dealership. I used to work in the industry, can't beat the local Subaru dealers if you want a class act. Don't trust these scoundrels.
