They are terrible. Not helpfull at all. They could have taken 5 minutes and fixed a small problem they wanted $500. For a new part that was not necessary and I had to have the truck towed 75 miles and fixed in 5 minutes. While my truck is still under warranty but owe money for extras every time I take it there.. sales seem good service is terrible!!

I’ve always had a good experience here. I did on the day I bought my used Toyota RAV4 hybrid from them and then the few times I’ve been back for repairs. The staff members I’ve worked with have always been friendly and knowledgeable.

The only thing I might change is adding a few more amenities to the waiting area, but that’s not a huge deal. Bring a granola bar and a phone charger.

The dealer where I purchased my Terrain in MA replaced a defective back-up camera under warranty, and after a few months, the new camera seemed to be also be defective. The MA dealer claimed it was "just a bad quality camera and that the new ones are so much better." REALLY? Well, now the issue has been resolved! I want to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to not only the management of AutoMall, but especially to JOSH BRISTOL IN SERVICE for working with me and replacing the camera under warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service department!!!

Everything was on one invoice & they took the time to break it into ASAP, needs for inspection, will need & keep an eye on it.

Best dealer around hands down! While driving back from Northern New Hampshire, my truck that I bought from them 4 years ago started to have some issues. Reached out to Shane the best sales guy there and he took care of everything, from scheduling a service for me to making sure I was squared away with a loaner truck in no time! Driving back to NY from VT on Sunday my truck overheats on I-91 , luckily I was within a stones throw from the service center at Brattleboro Auto Mall. Since it was Sunday the service center was closed but the good guys in sales reassured me that the truck would be safe leaving it with them they will have service call me in the morning to see how I wanted to proceed. Kevin Clark helped me out that night took my keys in and assured me I was in good hands. I head back to NY and first thing the next morning I heard from Kyle Ferriter who knew I would be eager to get my baby back so he let me know that they needed to diagnose to move forward so I gave them the okay. Just as I suspected the radiator had gone and the oil lines were leaking coolant but then again I made it to 93,000 miles on my 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 and I haven’t had a single problem until now. The guys took care of the work in a timely manner and when it was done let me know that since I had a long drive they really wanted to put some miles on it and make sure she would run smoothly. The Service manager took it home and drove it back in the morning and all was good. Work was done by Tuesday and I went back Wednesday to pick up. Price was very reasonable for the work done and when I went to pickup there was a small issue with the key fob which they quickly fixed and got me on my way back to New York. Quick. Easy. And Painless. Safe to say GMC was the right choice and the good guys at B.A.M. made things a whole lot smoother. Thanks again Kevin and Kyle. 10/10 recommend.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. My family member set up an appt at auto mall to look at a used vehicle they advertised. She expressed she needed a SAFE and RELIABLE car for her baby. this salesman had the car already running when she showed up. headlight was out, weatherstripping missing from back door, radio completely fried (no power to any of the screens). The headlight, door, and radio were disclosed at the meeting and she accepted that it had those issues. What was NOT disclosed was the $hitty lifters slapping on a cold start already damaged beyond repair, the timing chain tensioner, the 3 accidents it was in and the gasoline mixing with the oil. Honest mistake? Well we thought so too. After making a call to the salesman making him aware of the severity of the situation he expressed he would not be helping and the sale was already final (no warranty either). Was what he did legal? I’m sure it was with these crooked loopholes they like to use! Was is kind and honest? Absolutely not! $6400 for a vehicle that is unsafe. We asked you to make right what was clearly undisclosed for a reason (the $$$ in your pocket) and was refused. She’s in her early 20s, new baby, just starting out and she thought going to a dealership she’d get a fair chance. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Dishonest.

Recently purchased a 2025 LT Trailboss with the 3.0 Duramax. Christopher Elcock was the salesman I dealt with personally. Christopher was extremely easy to relate with and offered me an extremely competitive and fair deal on both vehicle price and my trade in. They even negotiated specific tires that I wanted as a part of the deal. This is in comparison to the other dealership in Northern Vermont I had dealt with over the same vehicle model. Christopher even followed up with me a month later to make sure I had gotten used to the truck and had no questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Christopher to anyone looking to have an actual enjoyable experience at a dealership.

AMAZING customer service, never have i had such great communication and speedy service, couldn't be happier with how I was treated, super understanding staff and I highly recommend working with Shane he's an outstanding gentleman that was extremely knowledgeable and i refuse to call him a salesman because he didn't make me feel like just another sale, he made me feel like I was part of the family, the whole time we worked with him it wasn't just about numbers and costs, it was about life experiences and days leading up to the purchase and the experiences I had with my old truck, very down to earth and great man to work with. Happy with our decision to purchase my wife's new 2025 Yukon XL from the automall. The GM is a great guy along with the finance manager. I also had the pleasure of meeting Shane another sales rep who is also heading the commercial side of things and he is incredibly knowledgeable of the GMC brand, I was genuinely impressed by his deep understanding of the lineup and features.
We also purchased our second BOSS Snowrator today from the Auto Mall and Kevin, jeff and the rest of the team are great to work with.

First time I called in for service they wouldn’t look up my warranty information to let me know they wanted me to drive 2 1/2 hours to see them in person. Thanks for the help.
I just wanted to know if something would be covered under warranty
All JOSH could tell me was that a bumper-to-bumper warranty was not a bumper-to-bumper warranty buyer beware

The service department is terrible. I brought my truck in for a coolant leak 3 times. They never fixed it. Eventually the truck overheated resulting in a $9500 head gasket job on a truck with 28,000 miles. As a result of the head gasket job there has been a diesel leak that they cannot seem to fix. It started on the drive home after picking the truck up. Took it back in, they kept the truck for a week. There is a common problem that causes the symptoms my truck is exhibiting and they didn't even check that. Instead they replaced the direct injector (for $1000) which did not fix the problem.

I also had a clunk in my front end that I asked them to fix. They told me it was fixed. Heard the clunk at the end of their parking lot. Took it home and discovered it was missing one of the bolts to the front caliper. Took me 2 seconds to find the problem. The bill for that trip to the dealer was over 4k even though they didn't fix either of the problems

I will never go to Brattleboro Automall for service or to buy a vehicle ever again. Absolutely terrible.

I recently bought a used truck from Brattleboro Auto Mall, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was initially hesitant, given some of the online reviews (and things I've heard), but it ended up being one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've had. Kudos to Christopher Elcock, Kevin Clark, and the team for making it all so stress-free and enjoyable.

If you're considering buying a vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out. The staff I worked with were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. From my initial call about the truck to showing up without an appointment, they were accommodating and made everything easy. They understood my goals, including getting a fair trade value and a good loan rate, and were completely transparent. Even after the purchase, Christopher personally greeted me during my later visit to get my truck inspected and followed up with me a few weeks later when they came across the truck's original documentation. I usually approach dealers on guard, but this was one of the few times where I was put at ease. It was a pleasant surprise, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Went today to look at a used truck check engine light was on, I asked the salesman to have the code scanned so I could know what the issue was. It was explained that the truck was being sold "as is" and I would need to purchase it first or pay their service department to look at it. I will guarantee the code was cleared as soon as I left, and the next poor soul that test drives it, the light won't come, and they will be stuck with a broken truck. One of the shadiest dealerships I have ever been to.

My husband and I worked with Shane Greene on purchasing a new truck at Brattleboro Automall. Our experience with Shane was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about every feature the vehicle had to offer, he was awesome company to take a test ride with, he made the buying process so incredibly easy. We did have to wait a bit but that was only because of a computer issue. In that time we got to know Shane a bit more and he is wonderful to work with.

We did have a few issues with the check engine light... so we reached out to Shane!! He went above and beyond to get our problems fixed the next day.

I will without a double be returning to Brattleboro Automall to purchase another vehicle from Shane.

Bought a used '22 Limited Ram 2500 Cummins, had the 30 day/1,000mile warranty my driver side power step started having issues, went to my dealership and was quoted $1,260 to fix it. My dealership was willing to do the work and order parts since it's a Ram dealer and would've billed Brattleboro GMC for parts and labor. Gave Brattleboro a call and told them the situation that I had less than a 120miles left of the 30 day/ 1,000 mile warranty left. I got calls and was told that it was only for drivetrain/power train even though it still has that from the Ram warranty and more problems have occured.

Spent 2.5 hrs in the dealership. At check-in, I told them that I had a slow leak in one of my tires, that I thought might be a leaky valve stem. Upon inspection someone came and told me that they didn't think my valve stem was leaking, yet they still replaced it, and charged me $40 for the repair. Unfortunately, they were correct and that was not the reason for my slow leak, and my tire is still leaking. I am not a mechanic and would have preferred them find the leak, rather than just changing a part they knew was not actually defective.

I was also told that I have a broken motor mount, and I am unsure of how they came upon this problem. I was in for an oil change, to get my tire fixed, and to have them check on a radio issue I was having.

I was told that labor was $139.99/hr to diagnose my radio issue, and they they would stop at an hour and come talk to me. They diagnosed my radio issue as needing a new radio module, and I find it hard to believe that it took a full 60 minutes for them to come to this realization, yet I was charged for all 60 minutes. I feel as though I am being taken advantage of because I am a female, coming in alone, that clearly does not know much about the mechanics of a car. It is very frustrating that I do not feel confident in the diagnosis, but would have to pay more money somewhere else to get a second opinion. Short of having a trust worthy mechanic the family, I don't see around this being taken advantage of. I just wish there was proof of the issues, and that dealerships were more trustworthy, and not just out to make a few dollars.

This was my best experience purchasing a vehicle hands down, after dealing with local dealers in Boston and feeling like just a number I stumbled across this dealership and it was night and day in comparison. I dealt with Shane Greene and he was there every step of the way and more than accommodating. The dealer picked up my vehicle and left a loaner vehicle. Completed the diagnostic of the malfunctioning trailer control module within the same day, sourced the part at an out of state dealer and sent a driver to retrieve the part. They installed the part and had the vehicle back to me the next day. Excellent service and huge convenience not having to bring the vehicle in myself for service!

Next level dealership with next level people across the board. You can walk the lot without getting swarmed. You can ask a question without having to wait for someone to find an answer. Great vehicle choices. Great financing choices. The sales team, finance, service, management, all of them were great. It just felt like a different kind of experience, and I will never buy a vehicle from another dealership.

My fiancé bought a used 2015 jeep rubicon from this place and not even a year after owning it, it needs an entirely new engine. The warranty that the Brattleboro auto mall SOLD him does not cover the new engine because of the aftermarket parts on the vehicle. The aftermarket parts were already installed on the vehicle PRIOR to purchase. He DID NOT install any modifications or anything. My fiancé has not had his vehicle for over four months because Brattleboro auto mall is holding onto it since we cannot afford to pay 12,000 dollars for a new engine. Brattleboro auto mall also wants us to pay over 3,000 dollars for diagnosing the engine issue. This place is horrible and full of dishonest people. I can’t believe that this establishment would sell a vehicle with an already existing problem. I would advise to avoid buying a vehicle from these untrustworthy people and take your money elsewhere. They’ve caused us nothing but stress. Also, the vice president of Brattleboro auto mall was supposed to reach out to my fiancé after he contacted the better business bureau. They never contacted him. These people only want to take your money and make as much money as possible. They do not care about people as individuals, they will not fight for you or be on your side. I am greatly displeased and angered by how this wretched place has dealt with this situation.

Experience was great. It seems to always be a hassle when looking/purchasing a vehicle but everyone at AutoMall was great. Worked with John and found the perfect truck. It was the weekend so getting a payoff of my current vehicle was not going to happen until Monday. Was able to get an extended test drive for the weekend which I have never heard of before. Was able to take the new truck home and use it for a couple more days and really feel it out. Came back in Monday night and finalized the paperwork. Tony in Finance was great and efficient. We were out in a couple hours. We traveled over from NH and glad we did.

Almost buy a truck that was offered to me as 0 accident and clean carfax drove over 4hrs because it was what I was looking for. upon arrived the paint of the right side of the bed the paint looked clowdy.I tried to get the truck for less and they insisted that the price of the truck was a bargain even tho tires were bald .So got home and stil was thinking to go back and buy the truck but start doing more reaserch and find out that the truck was involved into an accident .Reported to them and they denied it VIN:1C6SRFKT3NN194243 so beware if planning to buy here

They will take advantage of you even if you are going through very hard times. Lie to your face and tell you a different story after you pay- they recently sold me a car and they were fully aware my son is awaiting a heart transplant in Boston. I told them it was very important the AC was working. They Made me wait all day while the car was ‘In the shop’ never fixed the AC and put more problems on my plate while already in a very hard time. Its sad people are snakes like this- never was i contacted after the response they left on here either. These guys are sharks beware

I wish I could have given 0 stars!! They comment on their 5 star reviews, but ignore the 1 star reviews. Before buying a vehicle from this dealerships, read the poor reviews.
Like any other dealerships, they are there for the sale!! (P.S. finance guy, no personality!!!)
My girlfriend bought a used vehicle and I bought a new vehicle, 2 sales one day.
Girlfriend had issues, and they don't like to call her back??
Never heard from the salesman, last moment the service department calls her about her issue and to verify her appointment THAT SHE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT..
Poor communication?? Or not caring??

Update.... worst dealership!!
I bought a new Canyon. I needed service, warranty service. When you purchase a vehicle, they promise you things like loaner vehicles. But when you need one, they don't have anything.
AND was also told that if I didn't like their service, I could bring it elsewhere.
I wish I knew this before I bought a new vehicle from them!!
GO ELSEWHERE FOR A NEW VEHICLE!!
DO NOT GO TO BRATTLEBORO AUTO MALL, GO ELSEWHERE!!!
There's better dealerships out there!!

This will be the third vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealer and you won’t find anyone better to work with or anyone more honest than Shane and Tony have been. It’s rare that I was able to set up the whole deal over the phone and when I showed up the numbers were still the same, no games, no gimmicks or anything else. They even offered to drive the vehicle down to Connecticut and place it in my driveway no charge so I didn’t have to drive up there. Shane was in contact with me everyday doing everything they could to make the deal happen so that everyone was happy breaking his back to get the best deal in New England. I will continue to buy vehicles from them and couldn’t imagine going back to the crap that other dealers put you through. Shane and Tony keep it up these two will never disappoint you!
