Carports Anywhere

I recently had a 30x50x13 metal building installed. The entire process was flawless from beginning to end. The quality of the metal building and the install was absolute top shelf down to the clean up! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

The building we purchased did not pass inspection. There is something wrong with the doors. My husband has left four messages over the past two weeks and every time they tell him "someone will call you back next week." But nobody has called back. We had to pay the final balance when the workers were on site putting the building together, so now I'm having to find out from the county what can be done to force Carports Anywhere to make it right. The employees are non responsive and pass the buck, I would give zero stars if I could.

Be careful to deal with this company. They ask for a down payment to prepare your project, but if this project is not approved by city you loose your money. Yes, they don't care! Since the city is not approved my project, I asked to change for a basic carport but they said they do not accept any drastic change. Which in reality is not drastic, it's much less expensive and that's why they do not accept. This is the way that they make easy money? I am very disapointed and frustraded that I spent money in an aparently trustfull company that only cares about get advantage of your clients money.

Sometimes the communication was delayed, however, the finished product is wonderful. I am very impressed with the install crew and how well the building turned out. Be patient through the process and you will get what you are looking for. Very happy now that this is complete.

Don't waste your money. We live in Spring Lake and during Milton one of the roof panels on our carport came loose. After examining the panel we discovered there were only three bolts in the whole panel. When there should have been 12. We reported this to Carports Anywhere and to date they have just ignored our calls.
Not a good way to do business.

Great experience with Carports Anywhere! The building quality was excellent, and Jaime did an outstanding job on the install. Despite a small issue with the doors, the team worked with me to resolve it fairly. Highly recommend!

My building has been up for just shy of a year now. Love everything about it. Installation crew was amazing. Very dedicated and caring fellas. Worked into the wee hours to get us built out in just two days.
I build houses for a living and have to say that this was a worth while investment and a great experience. Looking forward to building another one soon with Carports Anywhere.

After researching local companies and not finding anyone, including Angie's List, I expanded my search and found a couple of companies that travel around and do installs. Ultimately I chose Carports Anywhere, paid the deposit after selecting size and colors, then waited for the permit. That was a long process and was needlessly lengthened, because sufficient measurements were on my survey. Back and forth with the office and permit office. My neighbor and I verified the measurements and setbacks, then I added them to the survey in Photoshop. (Who else could/would do that?!!) Finally it was approved and scheduled. When the day came for my install, it was supposed to be in the afternoon. By mid afternoon, there was no call, no show, so I called the office - and luckily did so before 4pm when they close - and was told that someone would call me. They were nowhere near my area, were running late and planned on coming around dusk/dinner time! I told them absolutely not, I will not subject my neighbors to that kind of noise at that time of day, and to come in the morning and get an early start, which finally they agreed to. No idea what they were thinking, but the communication was very lax. They came early the next day, several guys - NONE of them spoke English, and one had to call the main sub guy to interpret a question I had. Bottom line, it's so much more substantial than the poles and fabric tarp I had for so many years. They did do a good job and I love my new carport. Glad I did this and that it was after Irma and Ian. Thankfully, Milton wasn't close enough to do any damage. Main issues: language barrier and lack of communication, so keep on top of them. ;-D

The building is beautiful! We were surprised at the amazing quality of the building. It withstood 2 hurricanes so far. Helene and Milton.

It was a pretty straight forward installation, however, when I tried to reach back to Carports Anywhere for them to come back and adjust a difficult roll up door, I never received a call back. As far as the crew who came, make sure you lock your stuff up! I found them inside a covered lean to, acting rather suspiciously. Then they asked me for an extension chord to use when they appeared to have all they needed, but to use that as a way to get access to another shed. I still need a few extra pieces of square tubing to mount a ceiling fan and a wall mounted TV, but I'm not sure if the effort of trying to reach them will be worth the pay off.

Dave Simoniello here, I use “Bob Smith” with gmail so my regular email doesn’t get spammed. As far as “Carports Anywhere” they put me up an awesome 30 x 62 barn that includes the lean-to on the end for my boat. Needed to have them back out for a minor repair, they made it right and went over and beyond. They have a quality product and superb office and upper management also! My first metal building with carport anywhere they took care of the permits, and the crew built 3/4 of the building in the rain, I have 3 other buildings on my property and the carport anywhere is by far the best building on my property, attention to detail in the construction, all the cuts were spot on, all the trim installed, screws straight

This is the 2nd time that I have a project with them and always a pleasure , my building looks amazing . they do a great job, very professional, installation team was amazing, will recommend to anyone looking for a nice and affordable building.

Negative stars would be given if possible. An absolute terrible experience. CANDICE SWEENEY is awful at her job. Horrible communication, delays, over charging, no help with plans and permitting. You name it, she messed it up. She made threats on the phone, I had to get upper management involved. They are aware of her incompetence and do nothing about it. Spend your money elsewhere. Carports Anywhere has had the worst customer service and follow up ever.

This company is terrible. Horrible customer service and management. They do not know how to bill properly. All the departments do not communicate with each other. CANDICE SWEEENEY in the permitting department is a nightmare to deal with. I'm not sure how she has a job because she doesn't do anything helpful at all and is the angriest person ever. Besides not helping and acting like a child for no reason whatsoever, she will try to scam you with charges that don't exist. We had to get upper management involved when we had issues, and they are aware of how bad she is. She even makes verbal threats on the phone like she has ground to stand on. It's pathetic and a horrible sign of the culture within this company.
They will reply to this review, and it will be some nonsense about how they did the right thing to correct the issue. They never helped. The entire process has been an amateur dog and pony show. You are on your own when it comes time to figure out the process. The billing is a joke, they tried collecting 3 different total amounts for the building and could not explain the discrepancies.
Spend your money elsewhere. This company will try to get you to pay extra for nothing at all, will not assist in the permitting process and will not correct their incorrect engineering plans.

My recent experience with Carports Anywhere has been nothing short of abysmal. From the outset, the service was severely lacking in professionalism and reliability. Communication was virtually nonexistent; I was consistently left in the dark regarding the progress of the project and had to initiate contact repeatedly to obtain even the most basic updates.

The project was installed months later than initially planned, which could have been acceptable had they kept me informed. However, I was never contacted to receive any updates on the installation. To add to the frustration, I received an email at 8:45 AM for scheduling and was given a mere 20 minutes to confirm their appointment time. Consequently, I missed that appointment and had to endure another week's delay.

Moreover, I was never informed that the concrete base of the building needed a lip for a continuous driveway leading into the structure. As a result, I am now left with a severely leaking building. Carports Anywhere refused to take responsibility for the leak, blaming the concrete contractor for not installing a lip and their dealer for not informing me of this requirement. They also mentioned that their installers do not raise any red flags before installations—they merely proceed with the work. Additionally, no pre-inspections were conducted by Carports Anywhere to identify and address this critical issue.(They said the dealer is responsible for this)

Since the company refused to take any corrective action, I had to spend an entire day caulking the perimeter of the building inside and out myself, yet I am still left with a leaking structure. The building cannot pass inspection until the leaks are resolved, which is impossible given the current rainy conditions.

In summary, Carports Anywhere failed to deliver on every front—poor communication, unwarranted delays, and shoddy craftsmanship (I have missing screws in the building, and am currently waiting for screws in the mail as they did not offer to put them in). I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone seeking dependable and professional carport installations. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

be very aware that if these people want to charge you a second day for the lift that you pay for and they damage something which puts them behind, but they’re going to charge you for a second day no matter if it’s their fault or not it is not your fault that !!!! Be very aware that these people Will screw you, no matter what they are never wrong in their eyes

I have read some negative reviews here, but I have to say our experience was quite the opposite. Our experience with Carports Anywhere was great.

Leona in permitting and Cindy in scheduling were excellent in keeping the process moving. We had to wait a few weeks for the building to arrive, some of that due to the fact that it is oversized, some due to fabrication, and some due to spacing out all of the installs. Having a background in fabrication and construction I understand all of these factors.

I have to praise Luis Perez and his install crew. I was impressed with their professionalism when I met them and they did not disappoint. The amount of attention to detail that they used while erecting the building was outstanding. They really treated the build like it was their own. Luis and his crew worked extremely hard in the Florida summer heat and they completed our building in three days.

We couldn’t be happier with our new steel building. We love how solid it is, and how it looks. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on how nice the building looks. I would definitely recommend Carports Anywhere, and I hope to use them in the future.

Place is a (BFJ). "BUYER BEWARE" WILL NOT RETURN EMAIL OR CALLS. New building, leaking roof, forget the warranty that comes with the building.
Now, they have their phone lines shut down for two weeks. Impossible to deal with after they get your money.
I have noticed all the bad reviews they got recently. Do not buy from this company.

My family and I have had multiple buildings put up by Carports Anywhere. The crews were always professional and the product is quality. No complaints at all. Nick S., Estero FL.

I've had a 26X36 barn installed by this company and within a month I ran into an issue with 1 roller door. After calling in this repair I was told THERE IS ONLY 1 MAN THAT HANDLES THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA! Your kidding me right, meanwhile leaving messages and trying to get any update had been like pulling teeth. I guess I'll go another route and get this handled legally!

Carports Anywhere has let me down. I bought my building through Handi House of Starke Fl, and they were wonderful to work with. However, once the instal process started things went downhill.
Carports install crew showed up late September and erected my 24x24 building in two days. The following day I had a garage door installer come out and he quickly realized the garage door opening was out of square by 1 1/2 inches or more. I contacted Carports Anywhere and managed to get a response on 10/31, then I sent my photos and other info and they put me on a repair schedule.
The first week of November a crew showed up to look at the issue, but was Dec 6th before they came to correct the issue. They spent about two days squaring the building and the garage door was successfully installed two days after. We are now roughly 8 weeks post install.
Once that was completed I began using the building and immediately noticed that the entry door was now out of alignment and was very hard to latch. This was not the case prior to the "repair". By this time we are fast approaching the holidays.
I reached out and asked about repair for this issue and was told that it would be after the holiday. I had several email exchanges with their repair group and was assured I would not be forgotten.
Now, here we are, in the middle of February, and they have ghosted me ever since. No response to emails, no one answers the phone or returns voice mail.
I like the building, but simply cannot recommend them based on their follow up service.

Edit: I noted the owner of the business has responded and is working to correct things. I will update as appropriate.

Follow up: Unfortunately, I have heard nothing from the company about fixing my issues. Moreover, I have found other errors related to the last repair action. At this point I am afraid I cannot depend on the company and certainly have no belief they will be here if I have a major warranty issue. Buyer beware.

The company I bought from took a down payment of about half the price of the structure. Carports anywhere came out to build the structure a few weeks later than promised ( which I was good with) however. They didn’t bring the right materials and could not complete the project . We revived a call for payment from a grumpy lady ( find out later it is just because they deal with a lot of non paying customers. We explained the C structure was not finished. Then they said they spills send sunshine out to finish the next day. Weeks later after I had to contact the seller with a complaint they call back and say the part was on back order but would be in soon. Once the part arrived it was noted by the installer that it was damaged.. this went on for months.
The company did not contact me for payment. ( They said they had the thing email) finally after a long wait the building was completed. Meanwhile they were still trying to contact me for payment ( but no emails or phone calls were received.
Then I got a notice of collections. Partially understandable for the time frame. We tried contacting the company but the lady who did the billing in the beginning was not the person to contact and we just got lost in the mix, aggravated we just paid the collection agency. Months later we get the bill from carports anywhere… so we try and contact them again no luck. We send the receipts and the email traffic if us contacting them several times over the last year and still weeks after no reply.
I understand this company was purchased from the original owner a couple of years ago. As it stands it is currently a train wreck and it’s not getting better.

Be sure to read online reviews and AVOID CARPORTS ANYWHERE. The sales staff was attentive and helpful (of course) then later the office staff was very rude and unprofessional.
When there was a problem with the county inspection of the placement of our 3,000 sq ft building they removed themselves from the permit roles and ignored all phone calls and emails about the issue. We will basically have to sue them to make them respond so for now the building sits but it will not be able to convey with the property if ever sold. Avoid the trouble and find someone else!!

This company is amazing. All aspects of our project was first class. Eddie and his crew did an absolutely AMAZING job installing our building. Eddie went out of his way explaining every step of the build. Our windows litteral "snapped" right into place"
This is the second building they have constructed.

Everything went went very well. The installers were 5 star. Inspector was very impressed with the construction precision. All the screws were in line and level both walls and roof. Every installer had their task and performed like clock work. The only issue was with the roll up door adjustment. Waiting to use it a few times to see what happens. Great job

We are very pleased with our new structure. The work crew were very professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. When they left, the area was soi clean and tidy if it wasn't for the big carport you would never know anyone had been there. From start to finish it was a very easy and rewarding experience. Thanks to all who participated in the process.

Just purchased a new carport from this company and accidentally went with a 25’ instead of the 30’ that I really needed, called to see if I could pay to extend it another 5 feet out and to see if they could replace the roof with 30ft panels because overlapping the existing roofing to extend it wouldn’t guarantee no water leaking, was told it would have to pay for the labor to remove and also replace and to pay for all new roofing , which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. After as much money I just spent on this carport, that’s the least this company could do make their customer happy. I do not recommend and will not be using this company ever again. I am Very disappointed.

My very expensive 30*60*16 building was installed Oct 22. Roof panel replaced in Nov. Notified them in Mar 23 all my doors weren't functioning properly and a work-order was supposed to be done. I ask for a date they would come never got one. I followed up May 9 when they would come nothing. Still have not heard anything as of 7 Jul 23. Not good. Update 19 Jan 24 --one of my 10*10 doors is now STUCK OPEN. I need this fixed now my building is not secure with all my vehicles and valuables inside. Carport Anywhere response and repair is unacceptable for a $40,000 building. I need a qualified door company to determine what is wrong and get it fixed. UPDATE: I reached out to my local company that I purchased the building through. They sent a door company out on 30 Jan 24 who was able to fix the problems with my doors. Thanks to them.

I'm really impressed. I put up a 30x40. The installers blew it out in 11 hours. They didn't mess around. They worked non-stop. Few days later a different crew set the overhead doors. They did a great job also. I'm also impressed by the quality of the building. I would definitely recommend these folks. AN UPDATE! I should have posted this sooner but the guys that hung the overhead doors did a lousy job.One door is 3/4" out of plumb. I didn't notice until I ran plywood on the inside.

At first wasn't sure what I got into. Seemed like it was never going to happen. After everything was said and done about 5 weeks and my 16 by 43 by14 ft tall RV port was done. Crew called and said they would be by this morning. 10:30 they were here 2:00pm they were done. Great workers clean up was great, carport everything you would expect. Highly recommend them.

These are beautiful well made buildings...doing a renovation on our home and looking forward to getting one installed in the near future

READ BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH CARPORTS ANYWHERE!!!

I spoke to the sells rep John Michuda for palm beach county on getting our 30 x 25 building built. John advised me we only needed an updated survey with the drain field on the survey. I specifically asked if we needed civil engineering plans etc and was advised we did not need that. We put a deposit down based off the information we were given by carports anywhere rep and got the new survey done. We submitted our paperwork and survey to palm beach county. Palm beach county came back saying we need civil engineering plans and dirt samples. I asked all these questions before hand so I can get a specific quote of what it would cost to build the building before we put a deposit down. Civil engineering plans cost 3k plus we had to redo the survey because it needed more stuff added for the engineer. I asked all the ahead of time so we would not be in this position right now. We were lied to so we would put a deposit down, of course once you start bringing all this up they ghost you. Come to find out your deposit is not refunded even when a rep lies to you. All this company wants is your deposit. They will tell you whatever makes you sign on the dotted line. Tried calling John multiple times and he doesn't answer. Talked to Renee who was in charge of our permit and they just refer you back to John who doesn't want to talk because he already has our money. John works for Carports anywhere but they want you to deal with John who is an employee to get my despot back. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMANY. They dont stand behind anything, I will also file a complaint with BBB. Poor customer service

Updated 10/5/2022

I planned on updating this review once a compromise was made and this is the update:
1). My 30'x50' enclosed metal building was ordered and deposit made on 2/28/2022. Per the contract and agreement with Eversafe Buildings, once the concrete slab was poured they had a installation time of 8-10 weeks.
2). Concrete work was difficult to complete due to contactors "no-showing" and just plainly not returning calls. My concrete slab was finally completed 7/8/2022. I called the company immediately that day and set in motion construction time. I was assured that there was an 8-10 week installation timeframe.
3). I contacted the company again on 8/18/2022 to be sure that the manufacturer (Carports Anywhere) had received my concrete pour date and that we were on schedule for the original 8-10 week installation date, I was again assured that everything was on schedule.
4). At week 12, I contacted Eversafe Buildings and was referred to Carports Anywhere (manufacturer) because I had not heard ANYTHING from either company about scheduling. It took three days for a returned phone call (because you cannot call and speak to anyone on the phone). There were excuses made about weather delays, materials shortages, etc. (Certainly plausible). I was advised that my 2 roll up doors were backordered and not scheduled to arrive until the week of 9/26/2022 and that once arrived, I would receive a call for scheduling.
5). Week 13, I received a phone call for scheduling on 10/6-10/7 (Week 15) and payment was made. I scheduled off from work.
6). Week 14 - Tuesday: I received a call from Cindy at Carports Anywhere that they wanted to reschedule me for 10/20-10/21 because they could not work during week 14 because all of their scheduled installs were in Tampa area and Hurricane Ian was making landfall. They had moved all the Tampa installs to the week of my install. Note that Starke, FL is well north of Hurricane Ian's affected area, and I am in north-west Florida near Destin (both places have great weather forecast). I offered to have the crews come my way in Week 14 because they could not work in South Florida. This was not an option because their trailers were already loaded. I was then offered a possible date of 10/13-10/14. It is important to NOTE here that I am closing on a previous home with a 24'x36' shop that has a closing date for 10/20/2022. All my equipment has to be moved by 10/19. I was not accepting of either of these dates. I agreed on this closing date because the building was supposed to be installed 5-7 weeks ago.
7). Cindy promised to call me the next day (Wednesday) by the close of business for a possible solution and install date remaining 10/6-10/7. She did not call me as promised or send any email updates. At this point, I was forced to take a more deliberate action to get answers from someone about scheduling. I sent emails to Cindy (Carports Anywhere), Eversafe Buildings and the owners of both companies, plus entering all information on their Google Review.
8). I received a phone all at 0720 Thursday morning and was scheduled for 10/4-10/5. This is great, but I had to take an additional two days off work because I was already scheduled off on 10/6-10/7 for the original install date. So I have now lost four days of work, I do not get paid if I do not work because I am a Nurse Practitioner.
9). I appreciate finally having the building installed. The installers were absolutely fantastic, professional, courteous. They get a 5/5 review. My 30'x50' was installed in 16 hours (one full day 12 hours and four hours on the second day). Juan and his crew, I cannot give enough high ratings on.
10). IF you want a enclosed building that is well built, exceeds standards, spectacular construction and looks great. This is your company! Just do not fall for 8-10 weeks installation time or put yourself in a position that it MUST be installed within a 160% timeframe. You will be left frustrated like me! If you can wait, it is WELL worth the wait! 3/5 for company due to lack of communication and significant delays.

We are so pleased with our building. I can’t say enough about the good people we worked with to get this done . This took only a day and a half to get completed and they showed up on time and left our place clean . The door is coming Tommorrow morning . I hope this review makes it to the owners of the company .

I called carports anywhere to let them know how happy I was with my shop , Cindy said the highest compliment is a review to share with others . So , here it is . The building is five star , the ladies I worked with are five star , the workers onsite were five star .

Yesterday my garage was finished from Carports Anywhere . It’s beautiful. I made some last minute changes to the design and there wasn’t a single glitch . This company is highly recommended!!!

i was very pleased with the workers that came to put up my carport on 9/13/22 very hard workers and cleaned up after. would use Carport Anywhere and pass on the service to others.

Great experience, helpful, knowledgeable , and patient, dealing with Marion county, carports anywhere are saints. highly recommend with there workmanship and attention to detail and there first rate office crew nothing but good things to say

Product quality is 5 star, product engineering is 5 star, Product assembly as 5 star. The project took a significant delay awaiting garage roller doors But I do not see that as a problem with carports anywhere, that's more a supplier problem. The build crew, 3 men, constructed the building in 48 hours. Wednesday evening the building parts were dropped at the job site. 0800 Thursday morning the build started, and by Friday 7pm, i was signing the paperwork at building completion.

I placed an order on 8 March 2022 at Handi House, Middleburg and was informed that it would be installed in 6-8 weeks. During follow on calls, I was informed that it is 6-8 weeks after the concrete is poured. Terrible communication but I informed Handi House that the concrete was poured 25 April which was supposed to be relayed to Carports Anywhere, Hampton, Fl. I called Handi House two days later but had to leave a message, to this day (14 Jun) I haven’t gotten a return call. The following Monday ( 2 May), I called Carports Anywhere and was informed by scheduler that she hadn’t realized the concrete was poured (communication breakdown that cost me another week). Late May I called Carports Anywhere again to check status, nothing scheduled. Today (14 Jun) I called Carports Anywhere again since it has been six weeks. Was informed that there is a back order on the door so it won’t be installed until mid-July. I wouldn’t have known this if I didn’t call!

Bottom line, there is a lack of communication on the process and timing, no consideration of the customer
and I question whether install will occur in mid-July or will I have to call and get informed of some other issue. Unsatisfactory!

After my 30 x 40 building I ordered a carport. Had to switch dealers since the first one didn't carry Carports Anywhere. C.A. handled the entire process from permitting thru installation. They have a good procedure. It's not the most flexible but it works and makes the whole process painless. Renee is very knowledgeable and Laura was very friendly. I had some issues with hosekeeping on the first building and they were taken care of in a timely manner. One of my windows had a crack and was replaced. Luis and his crew worked very well installing both times.

I highly recommend Carports Anywhere and would use them again. I also highly recommend placing on concrete. Expensive but oh so worth it. Building is much more versatile and cleaner on concrete.

Do not waste your time with this company. 0 customer service and very disrespectful. The owner should be informed how customers are treat. Keith was a great sales man, took care of any request I had for a 20x60x14 metal building and the estimate was $28.000. Very happy and ready to order. He went above and beyond, great job. On the other hand when I called today to go over the permits in the property, Cindy had the worst customer service and a naughty attitude. I will be bringing my business to BIG Buildings Direct. Much better service. And look at all the bad reviews posted for this company, nobody cares to answer or address the issues they have. Runnnnnnnn from them.
The owner should fire the offfcie manager, Sierra, who picks up the phone laughing and having a blasts when a customer ask to speak with a manager after been mistreated.

Had a signed contract with Carports Anywhere, paid a down payment, had all permits and a slab poured. To start with everybody at CARPORTS ANYWHERE talks down to you like your ignorant. Then they said they had delays, couldn't get workers, they were behind, blah, blah, blah. Waited on them for a couple months, then got a email saying the price had gone up $7,300.00 dollars for no apparent reason than they are thieves. Then I find out that steel prices actually fell. Now I have to pursue legal recourse to get my down payment back. NOTE: No judge will let a company keep your down payment in this instance. DO NOT to do business with CARPORTS ANYWHERE, they are DISHONEST THIEVES and will LIE TO YOU THEN TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

December 15, 2022, Carports Anywhere contacts me 12 month's after they contracted with me to install a building wanting to talk. I had to sue the middle man, Discovery Buildings, from Mims, Fl. in small claims court to get my down payment back. Carports Anywhere is a dishonest steel building company that will delay, delay, delay and then Carports Anywhere tried to extort $7300.00 more from me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

***Update: they were not even three inches from the edge. They were one 1 inch from the edge. We have proof of that as well. Engineered plans do show minimum of 3 inches in the concrete. They were 2 1/2 inches. We also have proof of that. Also we were not hit by category 5 hurricane. How would you like to go about replacing my concrete since you just admitted they should have been 3 inches from edge and clearly were not? ***

my response under my review has nothing to do with my review. I will be updating my review with pictures and very detailed reasoning for 0 stars. Ill start with saying installation was not done based on the engineering plans. Plans clearly stated anchors would be a minimum of 3 inches into concrete and your installers placed them at a max of 2 1/2 inches, therefore compromising my building. Building collapsed and the walls came down popping all the anchors out of the concrete. If the anchors were placed at the correct depth based on our engineered plans this would not have happened. We are going to rebuild and contacted you to see if you would work with us on price a little and you basically told us to go pound sand. I have pictures and proof of everything. I do not recommend this company at all!

Absolutely awesome company to deal with. Quality building installation crew was fantastic made sure the building was properly installed and left no mess behind. I absolutely recommend them! After installation I needed to have a window installed. I had to pay in advance and was told it would be about three weeks. The repairman called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time. I told him I would see if I could get off work and I would call him back. I’ve called him with no answer for two days and left voicemails. No response to missed calls or voicemails. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen!

i love my carport that was installed. All the ladies in the office were great and were so helpful. I will be going back for another building!

I purchased a building back in January and paid a $3500 deposit. After spending over $20,000 on Engineered drawings, permits, concrete foundation, and utilities, I was just told that they don't have the material to complete my order and to find another company. Ive been waiting over 8 months and no one even bothered to call me to tell me this! They will not return my deposit either because it was handed to one their third party distributors and told me to contact them about the matter. I have no other option at this point besides getting an attorney involved.

I love the Carport I had installed recently. Customer Service was very professional, and courteous. I had my Carport installed in a timely manner, and the guys did a wonderful job. Thanks to the staff at Carports Anywhere!

Horrible communication and horrible experience. Renee literally couldn’t return a phone call if her job depended on it. As you can see from my photo attached she hasn’t updated the permit information the city has requested since 04/27/2021. My process continuously gets delayed because of their inability to manage their due diligence. Very well built product. Friendly and professional staff. The only issue was the wait. I started this project in December. They wouldn't start production on the shed until I sent them proof of the concrete slab in place which took 4 months until April. Between permitting (which I had to do all of the grunt work) for the slab which meant all of the paperwork for the slab permits including the hiring of the concrete contractor which was no easy task and dealing with all of the inspections. Finally after all that I was informed that the shed would now take 8 - 12 weeks to manufacture after initially being told 6-8 weeks. It ended up being14 weeks before scheduling the install. The good news is they sent a very good crew and installed my 44x18 building in one day complete and left my yard as they found it. They put in the wrong windows (not on the approved plans) so it failed inspection. But 2 weeks later they came with the right ones and passed the reinspection.
I would probably not do this again as I have other things to deal with. It was a stressful undertaking.

Where do I start? I signed a contract with one of their dealers back at the end of December, in order to avoid the impending rate increases that were coming in January. I was told then that the building would be 8-12 weeks out once the permit was issued. Once I had the permit drawings from Carports Anywhere (5 weeks later) I was told that my building wouldn't be scheduled for install until after the concrete was poured, and that the install would be 12-14 weeks after that (different story from the dealer). Permitting took 9 weeks (not their fault - the county was slammed with applications), then the slab was poured in May. I was told again at that time 12-14 weeks for install because the steel mills had been shut down and were backed up, and producing less due to COVID. That put my install into August.

I was called 3 or 4 weeks later and told that because my install was more than 6 months from my contract date that they were invoking a clause that allows them to pass any cost increases on to the customer. My price was going up 10%, so I had a choice to make: cancel and lose my deposit or eat the increase. The increase was less than the deposit, so I begrudgingly agreed. After a few weeks I checked in on the status and was told that I was actually looking at 14-16 weeks because of the lap siding option that my county requires. By this time I was resigned to the fact that I would eventually get a building, and crossing my fingers that the price wouldn't go up again.

Then on 7/7/2021 I got a call from Carports Anywhere (7 days after the 6 month from contract date deadline) and told that my building would suddenly be installed next week! I was understandably aggravated, but also glad that it was coming early. The install was scheduled for the next Thursday and I took that day off from work so I could be there. Wednesday rolls around and I get a call: the installer is at my house to put the building up and tada! no one was home. I had to drop everything I was doing and rush home from work to be there. Luckily my neighbor was there and helped the crew get back to where the building was going. The install itself went great, although the crew had to come back the next morning to finish up.

Overall, I'm happy with the building. It looks good, the quality is nice, the install was clean.

UPDATE: Today (7/16/2021) The president of the company called me personally about my concerns. We had a nice chat about materials and their supply chain, and she provided me with the invoice from the lap siding supplier (they do not manufacture this in-house). After some additional research on my part, I feel compelled to update my original review.

Bottom line: would I use Carports Anywhere again? Yes, I would. I'm thrilled with the end product, even if the road to get there was a bit bumpy.

My beautiful one month old building has rusted rafters already starting, haven't even had my final yet... very disappointed paid 17,000 for my new building and its rusting, I called them and owner states she will replace all my rafters with new ones July 12,2021 we shall see keep you posted hope carports anywhere does the right thing with me to make this right.... July 15th installers arrived 3 hours late, then my new rafters weren't installed because installer stated that to correctly repair the rafters that the metal roof would need to be new making only 1 hole and a tight fit with the old metal roof having multiple holes from screws causing my roof to leak, and when i asked owner she stated installer was incorrect and she knew more and a new roof wasn't needed, so when I said I wanted the job correctly done per your installer recommendation she threatened me to take down my building and refund me my money, and now I have rusted rafters and a broken door she told her crew to leave and not repair anything she agreed to i would not recommend carports anywhere for any building find another comapny so here it is 2023 and because the owner had a issue with me complaints with my rafters being rusted, they refuse to do any further upgrades I need and they know this so this discrimination and retaliation cause i complained about there building quality upon building, so now its off to the better business bureau again with them

I purchased my enclosed on two sides carport with an extension from this company - it was delivered 2 weeks earlier than promised. I was told that I was second on the list for delivery and the crew would be there the next day. They delivered it at 7 am and the crew call and asked if they could show up at 7:30 am to install. The crew said until it was finished even with the extra extension - wider - taller - A custom order - and of course down to the color too. Everyone asks me where did I purchase it from and I am glad to tell them and also purchased a shed from the same Company and was delivered and step up also.
