Geno and his team remodeled our master bath in our condo and did an absolutely beautiful job! So much so that our property manager is now gaining additional rental opportunities and this has increased both our rental and property values. Geno’s work is meticulous, he immediately responds to all inquiries, and the quality of his work is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I grew up around the construction and home remodeling business and I am keenly aware of good quality for good value when I come across it, this company is a diamond in the rough for sure!! Geno and his team know customer service as well as they know construction, a true gem!

Gino built a small cottage for us almost a year ago and we have been very happy with the results, it is solidly built and we have had no problems with the construction. The great thing about Gino is his attention to communicating with his clients. Whenever we had a question or problem Gino would always answer the inquiry right away, usually within minutes. From what we hear this is a very unusual trait in a contractor.

Adcap did a fabulous job remodeling our bathrooms and kitchen. High quality materials and expert installation. The crews are clean, professional and highly skilled. If you want a pro call Gino. He’s the real thing.

They Tiled all the floors, patio and installed a complete bathroom reno.
They were clean, timely, & affordable. The price came in just as stated on contract. We even did a few changes per Gino's recommendation.

Do not use this fast talking general contractor want to be. He started the job but was unable to finish on the agreed date,costing me more money than we had agreed on. He doesn't have the subcontractors to support the work he says he can do. I was very disappointed. We paid the complete amount because he threatened us with a property lien. His men ruined the paint job on my front porch and didn't come prepared to remove the construction debris, they helped themselves to use my trashcan and didn't clean up debris from under the house. This contractor doesn't have the subs to do the work. I would give him no stars. He's not worthy.
