I hired Mike and Lauren because of their great reviews and I’m really glad I did. They were really nice and care about their work. They used a high quality sealer, worked really hard and did a great job. I sealed my pavers to protect my them but didn’t realize how much better they would look when they were done. 100% recommend putting on the Pressure!!!

Their work is actually very well done, and they have pride in their results, as they should. I was happy with their responsiveness and thoroughness, as well as their post clean up of a large project (especially considering my tight timeline for this pool and spa project). However, I was then disappointed with scheduling issues for a follow-up small job even though i made several reach outs. Things fall through the cracks, I guess. Well, Mike reached out to make things right, and we are very happy with the resolution. Because this enforces my belief in their work ethic, I highly recommend them.

Michael did a great job with our 20+ year old pavers. He was able to get off the residual of some old sealer and cleaned and applied a high quality sealer. That and the color sand he used which had epoxy in it made the color look more homogenous and the pavers look almost like new. He specializes in cleaning and sealing pavers, so if that’s what you need to have done, Michael’s the one to call!

I called to get a quote and their VM was full, which I though odd for a business and annoying as I don't have the time to remember to call back at various times in the hope someone will pick up.

A couple hours later I get a random text: Please text me.

Not having a clue who it was (and often receiving spam texts) I ask who it was.

The response seemed very indignant: Who is this. You called me.

Sadly the conversation devolved and the excuse was "I'm just a human" and that owning a business shouldn't factor in. Yet it does, when you have a phone that people are calling you about business matters, you should be professional in every interaction.

I understand this might be a one person show, but it is still a business and the lack of professionalism is disheartening especially after seeing glowing reviews.

I'm assuming they are good at what they do, but I can't support a business that can't seem to differentiate how to act as a business vs how you act in your personal life.

We had our house pressure washed and then our travertine deck around the pool stripped, power washed, sanded and sealed. The house, particularly around the windows, has never looked cleaner. The travertine positively sparkles and the texture and colors look fantastic. The owner and his assistant were meticulous in their work and it certainly shows. We have marked our calendar to have them back again next year for the house and to strip, power wash and seal our paver driveway. They have our highest recommendation.

Mike and his wife Lauren were incredibly professional, dependable, and meticulous in the work they performed for us. Putting On Pressure pressure washed, sanded and sealed our driveway, lanai and patio - and did a very thorough and excellent job! It took an extra day to complete the project (and far more material than anticipated) because weather destroyed the efforts of the sealing on its first application. Mike came back the next day without complaint or attitude and completely redid the sanding and sealing. It looks great and we will definitely call Mike and Lauren when we need future pressure washing maintenance for the flat surfaces and the house!

I reached out to these guys to get my homes exterior and driveways/walkways washed. I was on a time crunch of sorts preparing to sell my house. They initially gave me a date that was cutting it sort of close for what I needed. So I told them if they had any openings, please let me know and I'd love to have them sooner. After a few days they gave me an earlier date which was great. Then they just showed up at my house because they were in the area one day and had a job cancel. They said that they understood if we weren't ready and just wanted to make sure. I had them do the work then and there and everything couldn't look better. Pricing was right inline with the other quotes I got but they responded first and had all the follow through in the world which to me makes all the difference. There are too many contractors out there who just ghost you and never call even when they are going to be late. Not these guys. Promises made. Promises kept. I'll never use anyone else, they have a customer for life now.

I had these folks out today to do a full house wash, plus the driveway and lanai. I had no idea how badly the place needed a cleaning until they were done. They did a great job and they were very thorough (they even did my mailbox). They also showed me some places where algae was building up, so I’d know how to tell when I needed service again - there was buildup under the awnings, and I never would have looked there. Their rates were very competitive, and they were really nice people (which matters a lot to me). And it’s always nice to support a local, family-owned business. I’ll definitely have them back, and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area that needs power washing service. I’m up in Jax GCC and they made the trek up from Saint Augustine. 5 stars for sure!

Mike and Lauren and their crew came out today to wash our deck. they showed up on time, we walked through the job together, and then they made that deck look brand new! they are professional, courteous, thorough and incredibly reasonable. i recommend these folks to everyone!

I HIGHLY recommend Putting On Pressure for pressure washing. I contacted them yesterday for a quote and they called this morning and came right over. The price was great. They were able to do the job immediately. I was able to get both my driveway and walkway washed, and also had them do the front of my house. I appreciate their professionalism.

Amazing results! I have a 20 + year old pool enclosure that was heavily stained. I was told by other companies they would not be able to clean off. Well in walks Mike. He explained that yes it was very badly stained but with confidence he would be able to restore to brand new and he did! I wish I could post before and after pictures. Not only does the enclosure look fabulous but he is courteous and respectful for all the plants he needed to work around. He even helped me move some of the large planters. Mike stripped my 12 year old pavers. I had put on inferior sealant 3x and thought they were ruined. Mike told me he could get them to look brand new. Boy did he ever. I have to check to see if it rained each day as they look brand new and shine every day. Great work. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.

Putting on Pressure came to my home to pressure wash the house and driveway right before the holidays. I was very surprised at the results, considering my house was built back in the early '70's. Most noticeable is the driveway, sidewalks and trimming on the house. Everything looks clean, fresh and no more spider webbing, dirt or wasp nests! I appreciated the owners' professionalism and obvious knowledge base of the service he provides. This is a great thing to do before decorating every year, and I'm thinking for spring cleaning!!! We have very low water pressure which makes it nearly impossible however, they have self-contained tanks that enabled them to handle our house. We got our house pressure-washed for the first time in six years and it looked spectacular after Michael, who runs Putting on Pressure, was done with it. He gave us a very reasonable price, which was definitely more affordable than the eight other pressure washing companies I called. It took him about 4 hours for my two-story house and it looked completely transformed! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
