Great shop if you want to just get hardware needs in town, Starke. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Greeted at the door and walked directly to what your looking for. Decent selection of products. Prices are on the higher end, but to be expected for a independent in town shop.

This place reminds me of Ace Hardware and 84 Lumber. The people here are friendly and helpful. If they do not, what you are looking for, they will have it for you within days.

Shout out to the gentleman who helped my husband out finding the right stuff he needed to fix our bathroom sink! It works just great!

Quick service, plenty of parking.
I needed a 1x6x10 piece of lumber,
but what they sold me was
3/4x6x10, which I had to make do
for my deck project. The price was much higher than Home Depot, where I purchased most
of the lumber I needed for my
deck project, the quality of the
one piece I bought from Jackson
Building supply was not the
quality of Home Depot.

Worst customer service ever. If you're a contractor, you're golden. If this is for personal, forget about it. You'll never get noticed. The phrase is "self-help." I've gone into the store about 7 times in the last 2-3 years. Every time, there is no one to ask about products or where to find the products, or the employees ignore you. I've wandered around looking for someone or the items that I am looking for, but no help. The point of sale is just as bad. The man up front will sit and talk for a long time, even after the transaction is well-done with the prior customer. Meanwhile, this last time, I waited and waited and waited and he sees me waiting to ask a question but continues to talk about non-business, personal, historical, and social topics and he igores me. This is not the first time. Each of those seven times, I just walked out and bought nothing. This last time, I had to ask a customer who was a painting contractor if he knew if Jacksons sold something. He recommended a place in town that was able to help me. Jacksons has been my last-ditch stop if I couldn't find something at Walmart, Ace, and anywhere else. At this point, I wouldn't go there even if I knew they sold the item and it was cheaper.

Great place for all your building supply needs. Is you are not sure what you need Billy can help you out for sure.

These people are great at least the guys in the yard are and one guy inside but there's another guy in there that you didn't really want to help much so I give him a zero rather than that very good place to shop for your construction and home repair what needs

We recently moved to Ft White from Miami and purchased land so my husband could build our forever home. He would build the house on his own and I would handle the logistics. This was our first experience taking on this task alone. I found Jackson building online and boy was I grateful!! Eric Jackson assisted me through the entire process from reviewing my plans to determine the materials needed to delivering materials (1 1/2 hour drive) as needed. We were so pleased with their prices and customer service that we ordered everything with them. Lumber, doors, windows, roofing and decking! Eric and his team made what could have been a very stressful time completely pleasant. Thank you so much for your friendly and reliable service. I highly recommend them!!
