Working with ABC Supply when you're in the roofing construction industry comes with a lot of intricate details, and when you are a very busy business and work with them often for your supplies there are bound to be times when there is confusion and mistakes possible on both sides. But working these details out can eith be contentious and/or very workable and both parties can work through them to ensure that both parties are satisfied and left with a good feeling rather than a feeling of unhappy parties. My experience through the years has been pleasant with idiosyncrasies along the way but always works well with the staff in st Augustine. This past week, there were some computer issues that were very confusing for all parties, but from the accounting department to the in-store staff, they helped work it out. The manager, Ralph Bennett, was very professing personable about the situation he understood how important things are for small businesses these days with the chaos of our current economy. He took the time to review the situation and to help fix it without adding stress and/or chaos, taking into account the nature of the business and showing appreciation for our long-term business working relationship. Ralph was very professional and pleasant. Being a woman working in a male dominated field, I have come across some arrogance or crossroads along the way and some contentment from some ignorant people. So i always appreciate the respect.
