The guy who came up from Richmond didn't speak English, so he brought his girlfriend(?) with him as a translator.
I went to the Flooring Department three times and they couldn't give me a straight answer on how much carpet I needed.
They cut it wrong. I needed a strip 35" wide. At one end it was 34" and at the other it was 38".
I am incredibly disappointed in the service I've received here.

Had carpetting done. The guy who came up from Richmond didn't speak English, so he brought his girlfriend(?) with him as a translator.

The carpet wasn't installed to spec, and the girlfriend kept asking how my wife got me to marry her and have kids because she was trying to get with the carpet guy she rode up with.

I needed a strip 35" wide. At one end it was 34" and at the other it was 38". I am incredible disappointed in the service I've received here.
