Everyone we spoke to at Beck and Call were responsive, nice, knowledgeable and helped to save us $$ with repairs. It was overall a great experience and we will be seeking their services in the future!

Would not recommend, showed up late, told me in the first 5mins he did not like picky customers. Never received a quote back even after they reached back out to me saying they didn’t forget about us (that was almost two months ago and still no quote). They may be great at small jobs but large scope jobs don’t seem to be what they are interested in or maybe capable of.

Called and they took care of the issue. I am the operations manager located out of state and they made it so easy.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience! We bought our first house and somehow didn’t notice it didn’t have a place to install a dishwasher. With company staying with us in a matter of days, we wanted it up and running as soon as possible, but knew that probably wasn’t going to happen because of the required carpentry/electrical work that would be needed for installation. Beck & Call was easy to contact, scheduled an appointment and provided an estimate quickly, showed up on time, were very professional/friendly, and had the whole job done in a matter of hours the day of. We feel very happy that this was our first house project experience, and will be hiring them again for future projects! Now we have more time for family this weekend and less time required for hand washing a bunch of dishes

Josh did great work. Overall, beck and call did a great job of keeping us informed and was very thorough with the repair.

I had a few smaller repairs done in one visit, but very Josh was able to complete all work quickly and professionally. Scheduling was easy, price was very reasonable, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Will definitely use this service in the future!

We called to get our front door replaced. They reached out quickly, got the work scheduled quickly, and the work was great! And when I had a question about another small fix to the door sill, they came out just as fast and fixed it up no charge.

Everything about my experience was positive -- from first contact and scheduling, to discussing the work that needed doing, to the final product. I'm glad that everyone else had such a great experience with this small business. As for us, well, we weren't so lucky. They came out twice and we were told explicitly on the second visit that we'd get a quote by the next day for a full bathroom remodel. Today, 8 days later, I emailed them since we received no quote and they responded simply with "Since we are unable to meet your expectations for timing at the moment, this doesn't seem to be the best fit for now." The "expectations" weren't ours..they were set by them.

Again, nice enough people, but I hope others experience better service than we did. We'll find another solution.

Work completed was done well. Little bit of a rescheduling issue but great communication from them—even over the weekend. Pricing was fantastic and we weren’t over charged. Would hire again for other projects.

I had several odd job repairs needed for old wood on my house (actually replaced some of it before). They were able to repair with a vinyl composite material which means I will not need to replace again. Everything was done to my specification and I would recommend.

Joshua arrived ahead of time and did a great job! Best mustache in the game too if you ask me.

Beck & Call Home Services did a wonderful job building out my additional bathroom. The only negatives I can find thus far are that they did not leave a way to access the shut off for the water to the shower. Other than that, everything is splendid, they were prompt, very communicative, and able to work around by hectic schedule. Everything works great for this guest bathroom and it looks pretty great too.

I had two doors installed and two more installed as french doors to a laundry closet as well as attic enclosure re-done. Josh H. did excellent work, very clean and meticulous. Highly recommend

I called with a plumbing emergency the day a houseguest was due to arrive. Sandra and Joshua really took care of us. Joshua was at our home so quickly, and offered options to solve our problem. I opted to have our toilet replaced and he recommended a new one, which is working great. The space is complicated and the toilet is seated and installed properly for the first time since we moved in. Best of all, I was ready for my houseguest to arrive. Thank you Joshua and Sandra! You are Lifesavers!!

I contacted them to install a garbage disposal. Fortunately for me, they were able to work it in right away. Communication through text and email was prompt and professional. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. I also talked to Josh about the scope of work and services that Beck and Call provides. I would consider contacting them for future home projects.

We are just getting started on our projects with Beck and Call, but so far I am impressed. They were fast to call me back, offered me a very reasonable quote for our first project. Once agreed upon the were fast at showing up and getting the first project completed. I have a feeling we'll be using them for all of our project needs.

Very happy to have found this company. They have done great work rescreening and redoing our screened in porch and have more projects to go. Could not be more pleased. Rates are very good as well so far!

There was yard clean-up, ivy removal from my house in back, tree limbs cut that were on and above my roof, lawn furniture put together and a tv hung above my mantle. Joshua did a great job. He installed a shower door and repaired a 2nd shower door. He was polite, professional and explained everything, including addressing future issues. I will definitely call again.

My experience from beginning to end was smooth and pleasant. I needed
a large hole in the ceiling repaired and painting over water stains from roof leaks done in my late sister’s home. Time was of the essence. I had a contract on the house but the loan would not go thru without fixing the hole and water stains.Making an appointment was easy. When I told them my situation they were understanding and worked with me to get the project completed in time. Everyone I dealt with was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was contacted frequently about progress and any problems that came up. I am delighted with their service and will definitely use them again. Payment was reasonable and easy to do online.
