Rafael is awesome and professional. He is a busy guy but always ended up returning phone and text and got it done. His price is reasonable comparing to others. The team came to replace my 2500 sqft roof and all done in 3 days. Amazing!

I’d give 0 star if I can. Terrible experience. Came out to give an estimate for roof repair work, started lifting all the shingles of the supposedly impacted area. No warnings or communications. When we asked him to not further damage the area, he said he can’t do anything and left. Very unprofessional and disrespectful frankly.

Came out to give me an estimate to replace and repair my roof, and said he would have it to me in 72 hours. And after 72 hours we called and he just won’t answer our calls or texts.

Poor business behavior. Very not impressed with the rude behavior.

He also mentioned right off the bat after I showed him my concerns with the roof, that he would deal further with my husband. Like he was above talking to a woman. Uggh!

Rafael’s work quality is EXCELLENT! He arrived on time, explained the process clearly and then completed the project with Great Care. Rafael cleaned our roof, did Moss treatment, cleaned gutter and fixed the cover of an exterior vent. I look forward to request Rafael’s help in the future again!

Rafael did an excellent roofing replacement at my rental house. Initially I was thinking in getting a composition roofing but then I realized that cedar shakes could be perfect option than regular shingles. I was surprised of his knowledge and organized site job was very good even though he wasn't cheap he never cuts corners. I highly recommended Premium Solutions Exteriors for your roofing needs.

They did a great job, showed up on time, removed our old roof, fixed the rotten wood from past leaks, and installed the new roof with new metal flashing all the way around. They also added 5 new roof vents which our old house didnt have before. They're all hard professional workers, I was impressed, would recommend them to anyone.

Premium Solutions Exteriors replaced our roof. Their work was excellent! They were friendly, professional and efficient. They have great follow through, showing lots of before and after pictures for those of us who don't like to climb up on our own roof. Rafael was very patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. We recommend them often and always with high praise.

I had my roof done in 2018. Having lived in the same house for 38 years, I had replaced the roof before so I thought I knew what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised! This job was done very quickly and efficiently and it looks terrific. Pictures were taken and sent to me as the job progressed so I could really understand what needed to be done. The materials used were high quality, better than the previous job. In addition, everything was totally cleaned up and hauled away; I wasn’t finding bits and pieces in the garden afterwards.

I was very happy with the job and I’m happy to recommend them.
