WONDERFUL!! Everything about our roof replacement through Buccos was tremendous - From the estimate at the beginning to the cleanup when completed. Let me explain...
I had estimates from 4 different companies. Buccos was the only one that listened completely to what I wanted, and quoted accordingly with a very detailed line by line estimate.
Not just the shingles, but all the plywood was replaced as well. Nathan and his crew completed the entire job in one day - a 12 hour job on the HOTTEST day of the year (96 degrees).
The icing on the cake was Nathan sent me updates (pictures and videos) all day long from the drone flying over the house. 125 all together! Incredible hard working people! They went above and beyond. Will be going back to them for Phase Two when we replace our siding and gutters in the near future! A++++

This is the second time I have used Bucco’s (first for siding, second for roof) and again, my expectations were exceeded. From construction to clean up, not only was the work well executed, but the communication along the way sets the bar for all other contractors. There was even a payment discrepancy (on my end) which Bucco’s was patient and worked with me until I could have it resolved. Would recommend to anyone needing siding or roofing completed on their home.

Amazing service by the guys at Buccos. It was quick and very professional. Domenic kept me updated and informed of what was happening the entire time. I wasn't even home for the entire procedure. I left in the morning and came home to a finished roof with no evidence anything had happened. Magic!

Great experience with Bucco's Roofing! I am very pleased with the work that they did on my roof. We had lots of communication regarding the proposed work - from sales quotes, implementing a contract and project manager on site daily. The timing of the work turned out to take fewer days than what the sales team originally quoted. (What a nice surprise.) Clean up went well on the final day. Due to a shorter daylight time (daylight savings had just ended), daily cleanup was a challenge in the dark. We would recommend them to anyone looking at the Hardie Board product.

Great customer service. Actually (and quickly) honored a workmanship warrantee 4 years into the 10 year coverage. Sure, they should do that. But they did not drag their feet and treated us like new customers. Scheduled in a week and fixed in two. That's superior treatment from any contractor.

Had an overall great experience with Buccos in replacing my roof. Their estimation process was easy and straightforward, and more importantly transparent in the line based estimates. Planning was relatively easy with email communication. Once ready to go, they sent out a trailer dumpster the day before. Next day they were onsite bright and early to get it ALL done in one day, which is a huge value prop. Communication with Marshall (sales) and Cody (PM) were great throughout. Josh’s install crew did a nice job on the shingles and trim. They were very proactive in managing and cleaning up the mess with tarps, sweeping, magnets, etc. Price wise they were in the middle of my other estimates, which I thought was reasonable. But with the quality of work, good product, extended warranties and overall manner in which they conducted business, I definitely think they were the right call and I’m happy I went with them. After all, you get what you pay for. It’s a big decision, and a large financial commitment for sure. Might as well make it with a reputable company that has lots of good customer feedback and clearly a reputation for doing good work.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the job Dominic and his team at Bucco’s did with our siding, exterior trim, and gutters. We replaced our windows several years ago, and had been living with mismatched trim. Our house now looks and feels like a home we are proud to host friends and family in. We received a quote for the same project from another well reviewed local company, and Bucco’s was about 33% more affordable and the results speak for themselves. We won’t need bids from any other companies for home projects like this in the future; Bucco’s is officially our automatic first choice. They told us what to expect from a timing perspective right from the first meeting and they delivered exactly how and when they promised. They never tried to upsell anything, and they went way above and beyond when they wrapped up. Was shocked this morning to see they completely cleaned out our external stairwell to our basement that had a bunch of leaves in it that I’d been putting off doing myself. A++

Outstanding experience with Bucco’s Roofing from beginning to end. Highly responsive when we requested the quote, and very competitive pricing. We had a very difficult roof geometry and a situation that required Buccos to coordinate with another contractor. About a year ago they did my roof. I had wind damage and had to go through my insurance company. Got a whole new roof. Buccos made this very simple. They helped make a stressful situation become a great experience. They were clean too, cleaned up all their nails and debris and never left a mess which was a big plus for me. I decided to use them again this past summer. They did my gutters and installed some gutter guards. The gutters are beautiful and I will always recommend this company to everyone.
