I called their office on a Wednesday morning, got a call back Wednesday afternoon to schedule for them to come out and provide an estimate the next morning, and they were able to repair our issue on the spot. We had a bit of an emergency situation. They were so responsive and personable! They took our concerns seriously, and they didn't try to "upsell us". We got their card so that we can have them do preventive work in the future! They came highly recommended from a coworker, and I would highly recommend them too!

I used the one in the Monroeville area to replace a skylight. My experience was mixed. On one hand, multiple mistakes were made and communication was poor. However, the people are nice and they care about getting it right, even if it comes out of their own pocket to deliver. Apparently my skylight was an oddity and it required special effort on their part, but them not explaining this ahead of time plus all the additional legwork it took me personally to get it corrected leaves me feeling some kind of way. In a world full of horror stories about roofers, you can do worse.

We needed new gutters, and Buccos was recommended to us. It was the best decision we could've made! The quality of the product is outstanding! The employees and instalation team couldn't have been nicer. The cost was super reasonable. They made the whole process super easy! I would definitely contact them for more work in the future.

They seem like a very good company up front, however do not have a problem. All they wido is throw excuses as you and keep saying this happens but it will be fine. So far not 100% satisfied, but they keep saying it will be fine. We will see. When you are told they will relay the problem but nothing is ever said, it makes a person wonder.

This is probably the best roof installation I ever experienced from the salesman to the installers. We had one small issue after the installation and they were out the next day to fix it. They actually utilized a drone to film the installation process. I could view it on line through the drone.

I’m just delighted, from the beginning of this process, starting with the sales person to the project manager and the excellent crew. I have a pretty steep roof on one section of my house and I have a metal awning that required a little ingenuity .Other roofers lacked the creativity and expertise to problem solve. With Bucco’s, not one time did I feel like I was making an unreasonable request. Bucco’s didn’t blink. They met the challenge with ease and found a solution They were thorough, communicated all along the way, respectful and kind. Every time I look at my roof, I smile.

I had my roof and a few skylights replaced by Bucco’s Roofing about 10 months ago. The finished product looks nice I haven’t had any issues since the job. My only complaint about the process was that I had some wood trim on the inside of my skylights that they removed and threw away. It matched other trim in the room so wish they had left it behind, put it back up, or at least told me ahead of time to remove it if I wanted to keep it. I haven’t bothered trying to find a matching stain yet so the skylights have no trim at the moment and I think they look fine.

Insurance company hit me with a, "replace your roof in 3 months or we are dropping you" and I immediately panicked. Buccos Roofing was the first roofing company I reached out to. They were quick to respond, the pricing was very competitive and the entire project (from consultation to roof installation) took less than 1 month. The Project Manager, Chris, was very communicative on what was being done before the job started, as well as on-site during the actual job, including sending a photo time line link so I could see actual pictures of each step of the roof being redone. Lastly, once the whole job was completed, Chris asked if I wanted my furnace stack painted, free of charge even though that meant an extra trip out to my house and extra time for him.

I googled and knew about Buccos. Daniel came and used drone to take some pictures about the roof. He is nice guy! He explained everything about the new roof. The cost to change and what to replace if possible. I also had many quotes with many other companies. Finally, I chose Buccos because the price was acceptable. Mark is nice guy also, he took care of the installation job.

Buccos roofing came out on time to look over my roof. They provided a detailed estimate with a great break down of cost quickly. They completed the project on time and right on budget no extra surprises or charges. The picture album that was sent to me showing the progress of the project was awesome. I was educated along the way and they worked closely with me to help me understand my options to make changes right up to the installation process.
Manny oversaw ordering of the materials, delivery coordination, and his crew placement on the scheduled workday. The crew got right to work - prepping my property for protection against debris and creating a safe workspace for themselves. I was kept informed of the plan each hour as the crew diligently worked together to dismantle the old roof, inspect, and begin new roofing layers with pictures of the project and its progress.
It was amazing how even an unexpected weather change did not deter these workers from their jobs. At cleanup, there was an amazing transformation to the tools/materials/debris around the perimeter of my property - as I was pretty sure tarps would not hold everything or that the dumpster placement would allow for some missed piece of material - WRONG! Not a speck of dust to my amazement was left for me to address myself. They swept and removed any unwelcome sight that I had anticipated! We were so impressed with our entire experience with Buccos. We were anticipating the possibility of the project not starting for months but from deposit to installation it was about two weeks. Buccos Roofing recently replaced our roof in two days. They did a super job. Mark was our project manager and he stayed with the job until completion and provided me daily updates and shared the details of the progress with his photographs. I chose Buccos based off the recommendations from our neighbors. Again their service is outstanding and is highly recommended.

Buccos just installed new 6 inch gutters on my entire house. The job was completed in one day and looks very good. Buccos is very competitive with pricing compared to companies around the area. I felt very good about this job upfront. Daniel, the project consultant, was very kind and outgoing through the entire process.

My issue was that after being quoted an initial price for the job, they reached back out asking that I get up on the roof and take pictures inside the gutter. The attached images are what I sent. They then responded to me saying that I don't have a drip edge on my gutters and would need that installed as well and the price increased. In a hurry to get my job done, I agreed and moved forward with the job.

After install I needed to get up on the roof and fix a piece of siding. In the process I looked in the gutter and new drip edge was only installed in one area of the gutter. I come to find out that I had drip edge installed the entire time and I was quoted and charged for something that I did not need.

The company did reach out in attempt to make this right. Once I brought my concern to their attention they were very responsive and eager to get this fixed. Someone came out and determined that the drip edge that was left on the house is good and I shouldn't have any issues.

I'm still only giving 3 stars because this has been a headache that could've easily been avoided through honesty. The discount that I received for catching this major error was very minimal. If I didn't catch this myself I would've paid this company extra money for nothing. I felt that someone tried to take advantage, whether that be intentional or not. I'm also once again taking their word that the existing drip edge is good enough, so I hope that ends up being true. I would just recommend that others try to be mindful and research when they are told they need additional work. I'd hate for someone older or someone uneducated about these things, like myself, pay money for something that isn't needed or isn't installed.

They use a live camera timeline that lets you see what’s going on as it’s happening. It was awesome to hear a different noise on the roof, check the timeline and see what’s happening.

After a great experience getting a new roof, we hired Buccos to fix our box gutters. When they arrived to do the job, the crew quickly realized the fix they were planning to do would end up being only a one year solution as the damage was more extensive than they initially anticipated. Rather than going ahead with the job, they shared honestly their thoughts and apprehensions. At the end of the day they saved us thousands for a very temporary fix, recommended other contractors, and still cleaned out all our gutters. The work they do is just as great as the work they don’t do!

When evaluating a contractor, many things go into consideration. It is rare to find a contractor that hits on all but Buccos did on all: Professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, fair price, customer service...etc.

I looked into three contractors who are highly rated and Buccos had the fairest price. Originally, I was told the install date won't be until March 2022 but when I informed them that I am starting to see leaks they accommodated me quickly and installed on a Saturday 1/8/2022.

Do they stand by their service? Now this is a roof installation with a long lifespan. Buccos offers the best workmanship warranty I've seen (10 years). I hope I never have to deal with a warranty call, but during install there was a tiny misunderstanding with one of the vents and Buccos quickly rectified the situation.

The other differentiator with Buccos is the EXTREMELY detailed proposal. Every line item had a clear price so you knew exactly what you are getting. This is the MOST transparent proposal I've ever seen and I hope Buccos continue to do this. I wish all contractors did the same thing. What I also loved about Buccos is that I had an assigned sales person and a project manager. My sales person was Corey and my PM was Nick so I always had a human being to reach out to with any questions.

So far, this has been an absolutely a great experience.

Here is my story: my roof that was installed by other local company was only 6 years old when I started having mold in the attic, then shingles started tearing off and with every ice accumulation I had a leak in my addition. I called that company to ask them to fix the issues as they gave me “lifetime” warranty (I will never believe in such thing) and guess what the person told me on the phone: (it was as shocking as that can be) “we are not in business anymore”…
Really mad on the situation I started my research about company that I will be able to trust - Buccos Roofing was recommended to me by many members of my community Facebook page “Mt.Lebanon - Inside the Bubble” and they truly met all of my expectations! From the moment when they gave me estimate for the job to the moment when my roof was installed this company was amazing! The installation took them only one day (in cold weather), they didn’t leave a peace of garbage behind, they cared enough to fix my wrongly installed gutter, the whole experience was something I wish I had with every other company in Pittsburg area!

Sam was prompt getting here to do the inspection and we had our very detailed estimate within a few hours. Mark was in constant communication with us on the project going over all the details and exactly how they were progressing. We had a slight weather delay and he was quick to update us with any change in plans. In today's world, it's very refreshing to work with such a great group of workers! The cost of the project was also what we expected. Thank you, well done!

We had a full roof replacement work done in our new townhome, and we are more than happy we went with Buccos.

Daniel and the crew were amazing the entire way. Daniel Munez, our PM, did a wonderful job updating us the entire project. We felt very taken cared of - he was extremely communicative and personable - nothing felt like a surprise. How he managed the job was superb, and we could not have had a better experience. The crew too was extremely efficient from start to finish, and for such an invasive work, they cleaned up REALLY well. Our row home neighbor even stopped by to compliment how thorough they were after a day's work.

In the end, the result was beautiful. We couldn't stop staring at our new roof. The quality and attention to detail is something this company offers more than others we've seen (our other neighbor had their roof done before ours with a different company - the cuts and build weren't clean compared to ours).

Also worth noting - Ed Valentez was our first point of contact, and he did something others did not do: brought us a sample of the materials that'll be used, and showed us step by step what work needed to be done. Even brought whole shingle and paint samples - This was extremely helpful when thinking over what colors and paint we wanted (online did not match the real thing!). We're very grateful to have met him.

When we were searching for roofing companies prior, we were worried for places that had outrageous charges. We compared two other highly rated companies (+platinum tiered license +liability insurance) from our area along with Buccos. But no one was able to match the Price, Quality, and Experience Buccos offered. Plus, Buccos was the only company that was transparent with their pricing - provided line by line of the entire cost - any item not used was deducted from the tab. Oh and did I mention drone pictures? Amazing.
