They did a fantastic job & always came when scheduled. Friendly & trustworthy.Alex the project manager was great , And Aaron was the hardest meticulous worker I’ve ever seen.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and Shane. I moved into a new home and found several areas of damage to the interior and exterior of the home. Dan and Shane walked the property with me and explained how they could help fix the issues. I immediately felt comfortable with their demeanor and thorough explanations. They answered all my questions, and we set up a game plan. They really created a "we" atmosphere to where it felt like a partnership. Dan stayed in contact with me before, during and after the repairs. His sense of humor kept it light and fun while his crew is amazing at their trade and were extremely efficient. Dan and Shane worked with me on timing, and they kept to the schedule we agreed on. I am so happy with the outcome.

My career takes me into the construction realm here in AZ and I have had my share of interactions with general contractors. Let's just say over 50% of these interactions have not been positive. This branch of BMS CAT is the real deal. I highly recommend them for home projects, they will keep their word and deliver on time.

My experience with this company was excellent. I needed my flooring replaced due to a refrigerator leak. Because of the open concept, it was a large project.

The project manager for each phase explained what needed to be done and kept me updated on a weekly basis.

The closing project manager was especially helpful at the walk through. I would highly recommend this company

BMS CAT repaired the roof on our barn. Barns are not easy because they are so steep in the sides. Their team came out immediately and took off all the old shingles in a day. They reshingled our barn the next day. It was done very well and fast. They were very good at communication and the employees worked hard from 7:30am to 6pm. We couldn’t be more happy with the results! I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again … infact, we have asked them to look at our home’s flat roof since it has leaks. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it!

BMS cat rebuilt my kitchen alongside some other areas of my condo after a water leak caused tens-of-thousands of dollars worth of damages. The team was much, much more professional than other contracting companies that I spoke with. I was extremely impressed with how supportive, commutative, and overall on top of things the team was. If you're looking for a contractor in the Phoenix area, BMS should be your first call.

BMS did a great job all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to others. Job was done well and in a timely manner.

Work came in within estimate. BMS worked with insurance company when they discovered some changes that needed to be made. Alex (project manager) did a great job, was present on job most days and sent a progress email every night with update, daily results and plan for the next day. BMS did both mitigation work for water damage and reconstruction, all with excellent results.

We had a water leak from 2nd story into garage. BMS CAT took care of the water/moisture and repairing the damage without a hitch. They were timely, professional, great communicators and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this company!

STAY AWAY! These guys are scammers. Doug & Shane tried to charge us almost $27,000 to pack our 1,700sq ft home, perform an unfinished cleaning, and then charge $250/mo in storage fees. They also scratched our entire flooring, over 30 ft worth! We fired them after they decided to hold our things hostage to collect up on storage fees. They also charged us hundreds for boxes when our things were already boxed! (We had just moved into our new home).

AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE WITH BMS!! Long story short I had another company began the mitigation process and Melissa came in a few days after to give us our 2nd opinion and immediately noticed there was too much damage to save the walls as mold was spreading she immediately recommended to begin the demolish of walls - we agreed and they completed within a week!! She and Alex made sure that we were in constant communication and updated us through the weeks of what task were going to be completed. Melissa/Alex do not procrastinate on getting the job done and did everything to make sure our needs were met !!!

Where do I start! BMS CAT is an amazing company that our family was blessed to come across with, after encountering a fire in our home! They have been honest, helpful, efficient, and open to communicating about any issues or concerns we might have! Carlos Ocampo is an amazing project manager, he is always available and willing to listen to any feedback! Carlos Salazar is our project coordinator and he also a great person and explained to us, everything about the process in the project! They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional individuals! We met Shane Hudson ( General manager) and Douglas ( Content manager) which they also are open to communication and collaborating with us. Every single person that we have interacted with has been very supportive and helpful so far!
They are professionals at what they do! All their different teams are friendly, respectful, reliable, and willing to help as much as they can! Their work integrity and ethics are admirable! They are also very transparent with every step they will take. We are really thankful for their support throughout this process! I can thank them enough! Our home looks amazing so far, we can’t wait for the end results!

As a first time home owner, having to get large repairs done can seem daunting! I wasn’t certain on the process, logistic, or anything for that matter but BMS Cat made it very easy for me! My initial estimate was completed by Melissa, and she handled most of the communication to my insurance (or helped me figure out what I needed to say when I did contact them). My project manager was Alex and he was super communicative and responsive during the entire duration of my project. We had to have dry wall repairs, and new flooring installed and he kept us informed during the entire process. Aaron was one of the main workers that would support on our job - he was the best! Super kind, efficient, great at his jobs and always cleaned up when he was completed for the day. Overall we had a great experience, and although we don’t WANT to have water damage lead us to construction/restoration again at least we know a great company to call. They did the remodel/restoration work in my home and I wish I would have used them for the demo as well. I was kept up to date on the progress of the work being done in my house even when I had to step away. Every person I interacted with was professional, friendly and attention detailed. Highly recommended and would use them again if need be.

We had to replace the flooring in about half of our house due to water damage.
From the very first time we communicated with BMS, through Paul, to the final communication with Carlos and with everyone else who has called for scheduling and other things, this experience has been amazing.
We went into it expecting complications and a replacement floor that was less than what we had.
Instead, our concerns were heard and addressed, and every question was answered. Our needs were taken care of 200%. Every person who was in our house treated it like it was their own...even the 55-gallon fish tank!
Our new floors look amazing, professional, and have so much better quality than what we had before.
Paul was amazing in his estimates and answers, and Carlos was so patient with my constant concerns, questions, and requests. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We had a horrible water leak coming from our second floor and went through the garage. Alex and the rest of the crew did such a great job! The process with my insurance moved quickly and the crew repaired everything quicker than we thought.

Great company and work from the initial inspection to the final inspection! We had to get a new roof through insurance due to the storm damage we had, Pawel & Jonah were on top of it. My insurance wasn’t the best at communicating or keeping me in the loop with what was going on but Pawel, Jonah and the team were! So informative, explained everything in detail with materials, process and what to expect. I will keep them for future issues & highly, highly recommended! They are fantastic!

We had an incredible experience with BMS Cat. We experienced a dishwasher leak in our kitchen that required a tear out of cabinets and our hardwood floors, which we love dearly and did not want to replace. I was overwhelmed with dealing with insurance, mitigation and reconstruction but BMS Cat eased my tension from my first interaction with them. I was anxious about the project because all construction projects are awful, right?! That’s been my experience in the past but this one was different. We were taken care of from the start and assured that BMS Cat would make everything right. Mike Willis was our PM and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I rarely had to reach out with questions because Mike was on the ball with communication. He was at my house every time a subcontractor showed up and he was constantly updating me on what was happening and what I could expect next. Mike answered phone calls and texts almost immediately. Our project got a little complicated when the new hardwood didn’t match the existing. I was afraid BMS Cat was going to try and convince me that it was ok but Mike took one look and immediately decided it was unacceptable. He sharpened his pencil and worked closely with the subcontractor and our insurance company to update the estimate and execute Plan B. It was a tough job but Mike and BMS Cat got it done. 11 weeks without a kitchen and I only cried once. BMS Cat and Mike are worthy of all my praise!

Everything was perfect. The contractors showed up on time.They are very professional and polite. The craftsmanship is excellent. They always cleanup when they were done with the job.

We recently had extensive water damage to our home due to a malfunctioning water heater. BMS Restoration definitely came to our rescue. From day one, the company provided experts to assist us in restoring our home. Our thanks to Daniel, who initially assessed our home and provided us with a team to do the repairs. Our project manager, Mike was instrumental in prioritizing and scheduling the work necessary in a timely manner, assessing the work daily and provided updates on a continuous basis. The collaborative effort that included drywallers/painters, flooring personnel, plumbers, heating/vent repairs and clean up crews was exceptional. Our home looks beautiful thanks to the courteous, hard working personnel who were diligent in completing the job. Thank you again.

After two water damage insurance claims, so far, no complaints with BMS. Things are getting done, and we are kept aware of the order and timing. The construction supervisors and workers have been very friendly, and neat, and have tried to keep upheaval in our home at a minimum while we are residing here. Would highly recommend BMS CAT. I gotta say, I thought this was going to be super difficult but it was a totally different experience. Jared was awesome at his job and answered all my questions.

BMS CAT restored parts of my garage and master bedroom after water damage from busted water softener. I was very satisfied with their work and especially the work crews who were polite and helpful throughout the process. With all the stress of dealing with insurance and the like it really helped to have a crew who were easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend this group and would use them again should the need arise.
