I rely on reviews like this so I wanted to share my experience. I found a dishwasher leak I thought was minor and I could handle myself. After a few days of my own fans and the purchase of my own moisture meter, I realized a lot more drywall was wet than I initially thought. After calling another company that wasn’t moving at a pace I felt the situation warranted, I called Disaster Services and had Van come out for a free consult. I wish I would have done that several days sooner! He was quick to explain my options from continuing the DIY route to having him help with or without insurance. He even got down on the floor and started knocking out toe kicks with me right there so we could see what was going on behind them before making any decisions. When I decided to have him help me without going through insurance he was very accommodating to my budget and minimizing where drywall cuts were so it would be easier to repair. If you are considering handling this yourself have Disaster Services come out anyway, they can point out things you miss and catch it before it turns in to a bigger problem. I would not hesitate to have Van come out again for any issue big or small.

My insurance company failed me. They didn't let me know the steps required when I arrived home to a flood. After 24 hours had three mitigation companies discuss the process. Most play off of you emotions and weakened state. Van with Disaster Services came in and went right to work marking all damaged areas. There was no pressure and very much compassion to our situation. Van explained that all wet needs to be removed and fans/humidifiers need to be running asap! He offered to leave fans running for free no matter who we chose. Boy did we make the correct choice going with Disaster Service. The crew was professional and so hard working! They boxed and moved all our belongings. They spent a couple days removing all wet drywall, insulation, and wood. Then a large amount of fans and humidifiers everywhere that dried our house out quickly. Van was there every day overseeing the cleanup and testing for moisture. Van answers the phone every time I called 24/7. Vans compassion and dedication put us at ease and took all the stress away. I would rate Van and his company 10 starts is possible! I highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else!

Van and his team was amazing! We had the worst possible flood and they came quickly, worked efficiently, and was out to inspect the areas almost everyday. They couldn't make a more stressful situation an easy process! Totally recommend them to everyone! You will not be disappointed.:) thank you!

Van, from Disaster Services conducted a thorough inspection and identified all areas that had moisture from a water softener that flooded the home. He was reassuring and shelled to address the need. House is all dried out now and ready to be lived in. I would recommend Disaster Services if you have an issue that you need expert help with.

Prompt, detailed, they explained along the way, and kept my house clean through the whole process. If you want a company that's treats your disaster clean up like they would it's a clean up of their homes, then give these folk a call.

Right in the middle of closing for our Home Refinance it was discovered we had a mold problem in the bathroom. I found Disaster Services on the Internet and took a chance on them because I liked their reasonable pricing and they had good reviews.

I am so glad I went with Disaster Services. They came the next day and cleaned out the mold. The Technician's name was Paul. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately there was a hiccup in the process and we didn't pass the first mold inspection. I was about to panic, but Paul and his boss Dan moved very quickly to make to fix the problem and make it right by us. They came back that very day and did far more than what was promised at no extra charge to us. They also paid for the 2nd mold inspection.

My home is now mold free as per the last mold inspection and my Home Refi is set to close this week.

Often the true character of a Company and its employees comes out when the job doesn't go perfectly or as planned. Paul and his boss Dan showed the utmost integrity in their handling of my home. They went above and beyond at no extra charge to us when they didn't have to.

If you have trouble in your home, call Disaster Services. They'll do right by you. Ask for Paul. He's amazing.

Got everything situated very quickly and kept it pretty clean from equipment to setting up the flooded area! It felt like they respected my house while making sure it wasn't an eyesore. On top of that, the communication was great unlike some other companies. Would definitely be calling again if I have another flood.

Incredibly fast and professional service, courteous and knowledgeable technicians, and everything was handled so fast and clean. I hope I dont need their services again any time soon, but if I ever have another flood they're the ones I'm gonna call.

During our 40 years in the valley, we've never had a team/company take such excellent care of our needs! We had a silent leak under the bathroom sink which caused damage and microbial growth. John came to our home and instilled confidence that we could put the job in his hands which gave us peace of mind. Don't hesitate, call Disaster Services! We almost tried to do it ourselves - yikes!
