Excellent work and very friendly. They charged me 4x LESS! than a quote I received from another service. Highly recommended and will do all of my plumbing business with Chandler Plumbing!!

We called Chandler Plumbing with a leak that was created while installing insulation. Frank quickly came out, took a look, and had the leak fixed all same day. He was prompt with response and his coordinator Brittiney was also great to work with!

Tony came out to replace our water heater and did a great job! He was very friendly and Informative! We appreciate their help and time and plan to use them on any future needs. Thank you again!!

Don't waste your time...they begin the work and nag for payment prior to completion. Then change the estimate and take your money and never return to finish the job?? Unprofessional. The plumber was great but the office has serious management issues. Zero customer service after payment very unprofessionally. Prior to payment they are great!

They scheduled my project with Frank . They were professional and on time. The requested plumbing changes were completed promptly and for a reasonable cost. Will use them again.

Details:
1000% recommended. We had a plumbing emergency back in January where a kitchen pipe broke, and it was about 10 PM. We called and they didn't have anyone available, but walked us through some troubleshooting and mitigation in the meantime and promised first thing in the morning. Like clockwork they showed up earlier than promised time, and got right to work helping us out. The tech was super friendly, open, and honest. He said we could hang out and watch everything he was doing and he was happy to explain everything as he went, never once making me feel like he was trying to be shady. He even welcomed over my dog to come hang out and "help" while he was working (and I have a big, very unhelpful dog who was removed from the job). I said I wasn't too worried but may pop in and out to see how things were going. He agreed and gave me a quick rundown of his plan anyhow, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, he suspected more extensive damage. Before he investigated any further, he quickly called me over and explained that there may be a bigger problem and that he wanted me to take a look while he dug a little deeper, again very honest and transparent. Sure enough there was some pretty serious water damage. He was very empathetic and said I would probably need to have some remediation work done, but not to worry because he would make sure the plumbing was fixed up correctly so that we wouldn't have to worry about further damages and again got right to work. My wife and I were feeling extremely stressed about the damages and were not sure what to do. The plumber said they work with a remediation company that does great work and are very honest. While normally, I would avoid the classic "we know a guy" line, the work and transparency he had shown me gave me the sense that he was probably being honest. (For the record, the company was Preferred Choice Restoration, which has a review from me on there too. Spoilers: they were also excellent). The plumber finished up the work, and reiterated that if there was any issues whatsoever to give them a call and they would take care of it.

Fast forward a few weeks, while we were waiting on our insurance for the damages, the pipe they worked on started to leak a bit again, and I got a little upset. I called the company, and the owner came out right away. He apologized and took a look. He noticed that one of the older pipes we had on our sink was actually clogged up and backing up, and leaking out. He showed me the pipe and sure enough it was all gunked up. He said not to worry, took it outside and blasted all the gunk out. Came back in, put it all back together and tested it to make dang sure it was all good to go. He apologized again for the problem (even though it was not their fault whatsoever) and said that of course there would be no charge. I had figured since it wasn't a problem with their work they might charge us some kind of fee but he said not at all, that they want to keep their customers for life, and that these little types of things are no problem to fix.

So Tony and Frank, thank you for getting us back up and running, and doing it right. You for sure have made customers for life.

Wanting to give a huge shoutout to Chandler Plumbing and their outstanding employee Tony. I called in the morning and Tony arrived within a couple of hours to replace a toilet. We ran into pipe and water issues. Tony stayed the whole day and said he wasn't leaving until everything was fixed. He fixed everything as promised. Awesome job! Great work and quick response by Chandler Plumbing. They were the ones that picked up the phone when I was calling around and was happy to talk to a human when trying to schedule a leaky hose bib. They sent out Dom, who was very knowledgable and friendly - I will be calling them again in the future!

Getting the house prepped to sell and needed a hose bib and tub faucet replaced. Very timely response, our plumber took the time to explain everything that was going on and completed the work quickly (given the circumstances). Would highly recommend them. Very easy billing as well.

Frank from Chandler Plumbing installed a water loop and water softener for me. After receiving two other quotes trying to upsell me with whatever system they had, I almost gave up until I read a review of Chandler Plumbing and thought it might be too good to be true. Frank with Chandler Plumbing was amazing to work with. I received a quote the same day I reached out and was already working in my neighborhood the next day and was able to get me on his schedule right away. Our water heater bit the dust on a Thursday morning. My wife called me stating water was pouring into the garage. I felt helpless, as I was not at the house to access. I called Chandler Plumbing, and between Brittany, Tony, and Frank, we were up and running by the end of the day. They even took my old water heater that was still under warranty back to the supplier and credited me the prorated difference. No one enjoys calling a plumber but I'm glad to know Chandler Plumbing is there when I need them! Highly recommend!

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know
