I am very satisfied with the team at BMS CAT! Keith was our Project Manager, he was out to my home quickly and made a plan to get the project completed. Keith, Liberty, and Booker were so polite and kind as well as hard working. Great customer service, I will refer BMS CAT to everyone in the future.

Do not use this company. There was terrible communication from the project manager to the workers. Quality of work was lacking and most items had to be redone because they were done poorly or incorrectly. We have to patch the grout ourselves. We, the home owners, had to be the ones to point out at least 10 major changes that needed to be done after the project was deemed “completed.” The project was supposed to take only 5 work days. It took almost a month.

The reconstruction crew did an amazing job, from the painters to the tile crew. The project manager John kept everything on time and running smooth. Highly recommend.

The people who fixed my wall and cabinet, after a flood in my house, were experts. Jon Thompson coordinated all the work that had to be done and went out of his way to make sure everything was done up to specs Thank you BMS CAT.

BMS CAT worked swiftly and efficiently to resolve and fulfill a home insurance claim caused by a significant water leak. I would gladly work with them again should the need arise.

Drywall, painting and furniture moving Work was sloppy and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such unorganized and subpar work. Drywall work in particular was egregious. They had to come back to redo the corners but the end result is still not right
They couldn’t find half of my furniture for days! How is this possible? A number of furniture pieces were broken.
Project manager for construction side, John, was nice, professional and responsive to concerns but the workers were obviously not sufficiently trained in drywall and painting and he did not check is crew before the final walk through with me.

None of my experience with BMS Cat was positive.

After my roof started to leak, I contacted my insurance company who called there preferred vendor in the area, BMS Cat.

When they first contacted me, they tried to board a window not tarp a roof. After the slight miscommunication, they told me they would be over to my house at 4pm that day. Come 630pm that day they called and said they'd be over tomorrow instead at 9am.

Well 9am had come and gone. At noon I finally received communication from Keith that they would be on site at 2pm. Instead they showed up at 5. Once they showed up they realized they didn't have tarps so they left. Only for a different crew to come back at 7pm without tarps. Finally around 730pm they got on my roof to tarp the roof.

Fast forward to the insurance adjuster to come and inspect my roof... after inspecting it they discovered that the roof had been damaged by their attempt to tarp roof. Not only was the tarp placed in the wrong location, but they caused additional damages by using a nail gun to attach the tarp in a manner not consistent with ways the adjuster said was the normal practice.

I would not recommend this company for any work and will be contacting my insurance agent to warn them to prevent additional issues at additional houses.

Our home was struck by lightning and BMS Cat was referred by our insurance company to complete the repair work. They came out quickly, listened attentively to our needs and ran with job. They have shown expertise in working with both the insurance company and all subcontractors. We are thankful to have Wayne Massey and John Thompson on our side. They have stayed on time and on budget and have been highly communicative. They were also able to handle some upgrades to help us make lemonade out of a lemon-situation. Great folks! Thank you guys!!!!

The staff from BMScat were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in the time sensitive nature of our remediation and repair we couldn't ask for a more professional team of people to address our situation in such a timely manor I would recommend them to anyone if they are looking for professionalism and timely work! They are outstanding!

Last month, I had a major flood in my home, affecting both stories of the structure. My insurance adjuster put me in contact with BMS CAT.

I got a call from Delshad within an hour after referral from my insurance company. They were there same day, estimating damages, and starting mitigation. Equipment was in the home and work was started less than 24hrs after the event, which was impressive. Delshad and the crew that came were awesome - they were patient with me as I coordinated with my adjuster, quick to respond to any concern that I had, and took care of my house like it was their own. One of the crew members even said to me, "don't worry about it - we got you covered." The crew even moved my furniture out into my garage, salvaging my belongings. It was just one less thing that I had to worry about in a very chaotic time.

When mitigation was done, I was referred to Wayne and Chad on the construction side. They were also great to work with. Chad stuck with me on the day-to-day management of construction, was extremely responsive, and worked to rectify any concerns that I had. I wasn't home for any of the construction, but coordinating around that was very easy.

Now, construction is finished and I'm back in my home after a month. I am overall very satisfied with BMS CAT and the service that they have provided. Hopefully, I won't have to go through anything like this ever again - but if I do - I'll be calling BMS CAT to save the day.

BMS Cat repaired damaged walls and electrical fixtures. They also painted the ceiling. My husband and I usually do our own work. This was a rare occasion that we hired some else, because we are usually not satisfied with what others do. > BMS Cat absolutely did the neatest, trouble-free job of anyone we have ever hired. We would use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

John and his team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and were proactive in sending me updates throughout the entire process instead of me having to check in with them to ask for updates. Much appreciated!

Unfortunately we had a fire at our home. Our insurance company, Allstate, referred us to BMS.

Setting up the project we worked with Wayne. He was both informative and patient with us as we are new to this entire process. He followed up timely and addressed questions and concerns we had. Jr. and Delshad led the the mitigation work. We are so relieved with the work this crew did. They did an immaculate clean-up and haul away of fire damage. They were on time each day and always courteous and respectful of family members living in the home during the project. It was also helpful that project coordinator, Craig, would come by the house to check in on the project to ensure everything was okay and going as planned. Knowing that BMS took our project serious made us feel at ease with this whole ordeal. We are so pleased with all of the BMS team that we are hiring them for the construction side of our project. Looking forward to our home being back to beautiful.

At first talked like they were going to take care of things. Then changed to a new manager who was horrible. He spent more time telling me what he wasn’t going to do rather than how we could get things finished . Kelsey, the first guy was easy to work with. Jamie the second guy wanted to argue about everything. I would not recommend them .

We have used BMS cat for several projects and they’ve been professional and efficient through each experience. It’s nice to work with a company who knows ins and outs of everything they’re doing. Special thanks to Kara who has made doing business a seamless experience.

HORRIBLE!!!! Don't use them. They steal your supplies. Their employee took a brand new bath towel from my basket and placed my used toilet on it instead of going to his truck and using one of their very used work towels. They hire "questionable" help for clean out. Just not a good/ reputable company.

I want to thank Justin Parham for being a great Project Manager with the issues he faced with the water damage to my home. I want to think Eric Hermanns for helping me understand everything with my contact and being a very professional Project Coordinator.

I am not one that typically leaves feedback like this but I felt my experience warranted it. My neighbor's townhome was destroyed in a fire back in October of last year and my townhouse received some damage as a result. BMS Cat was the restoration company contracted to rebuild and do repairs. At the beginning of the process this company did a great job. During the build-out, the subcontractors hired by BMS needed power so I worked out an agreement with the foreman for $20/day to use my power and water. They used my utilities for 6 days. After some issues with that particular subcontractor, BMS terminated the contract and took back over the renovation. My rep at BMS assured me that the utilities deal I made with the sub was still good and that I would be compensated according to the terms set. Over the next 7 months, I had to reach out to the rep every other week to essentially beg them to send me the reimbursement. After getting sick of trying to communicate with him, I called the main office and asked them to please help me. He assured me that he would get the matter taken care of. That was 2 weeks ago. I called again today after not receiving anything and was informed that my rep had been terminated. I inquired about the reimbursement and was told that $120 seemed too high and was offered a $50 gift card. I didn't feel like fighting it so I agreed. I will not be using this company again.
