Also, Nick and the two crew men that came to our house to take away the damaged carpet, Sheetrock, bathroom fixtures, tile floor and open up and remove all the damaged areas from the leaking water that came through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom were complete and protected all areas not damaged. All their work was neat and clean and cleaned up after they finished. We are very impressed with their work and we will recommend your company to anybody we know that experiences a similar problem. I was referred to Slate Restoration by my plumber for water damage due to badly leaking water heater. Ashley answered the phone and was incredibly helpful explaining the process and getting me scheduled. I met Alex from Slate the next day to evaluate the situation. He was completely up front with what he found and his recommended course of action. He took the time to walk me through all impacted areas and answer ALL of my questions. The house is rented and he even spent time answering the renters' questions. Rarely have I left a meeting like this and had FULL confidence in a company. They were also extremely flexible with scheduling around my and the renters' schedules. I have worked with the big restoration company, but felt uneasy. Not with Alex. He was fantastic. Don't go to the big company. Slate Restoration is far superior

I am absolutely happy with Slate Restoration's professionalism, punctuality and friendly service. They showed up set up and cleaned up amazingly. Left the space clean and even went above and beyond by cleaning areas our contractor had left dirty behind the wall. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. After a wastewater backup into a condo I own in Phoenix, I followed the recommendation of my insurance broker for Slate Restoration. Three companies, Slate and two others with very high online reviews, inspected the condo and submitted proposals. While the estimates were close, Slate was very responsive to questions and explained clearly what they were going to do. The other two were larger restoration contractors and somehow were not seemingly very sophisticated. In the end I chose Slate, and it was an excellent choice..

They explained everything they were going to do, and did it in a timely manner. Ongoing communication through their office manager, Ashley, was prompt and "on point". They coordinated well with my insurance company adjuster and the contractor for post restoration renovation.

Photos and documentation were extensive.

The company, while relatively small, was very professional, had the necessary equipment, and highly responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They developed a recommendation and plan for us within hours, and quickly got to work. Had a leak from roof which created a problem inside my wall. Called Slate came out and fixed it when they said and did great work. Also can’t say enough about Ashley who takes the calls and set the appointments and follows up on anything you need. Hard to find good companies out here in my opinion. Also Mary in billing is just as easy to work with. Alex and his team were great to work with left the place spotless and didnt get charged twice the quote.

Slate Restoration performed well above my expectations. Within 1 day after water damage to my Master Bathroom; Nicolas Tovar (Project Manager) came to my home (with fans) and explained what State Restoration will do for us. Always received text and phone calls when they were to arrive at my home. This applies to all the Slate Restoration technician's that came to repair the bathroom.
