We recently had some water in our basement from a huge storm. Blue Water Cleaning was extremely responsive and showed up the same day to help, which I am so thankful for. Their entire team was so easy to work with, especially under stressful circumstances, and we felt that they were very affordable; I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future! They came out late at night when we had a flooded crawl space from all that rain and our sump pump stopped working. We also lost our furnace because the water got into the furnace. The first pump didn’t remove the water so the next morning they brought over a larger pump and stayed while the water was pumped out. The two guys were great. We highly recommend this company if you need to have water removed.

They did cleaning at my Mom's house. They did a great job, would highly recommend them. The staff was professional, friendly and responsive to any questions I had.

I have had such severe allergies and my ENT said it looked like long exposure to mold. That day I called Blue Water for an estimate, they came out the same day and even found it in places I didn't even see it. A few weeks later I set up an appointment and they remembered my scenario especially having babies in the house, how bad it was affecting me, how bad could it be affecting them?! They offered a next day appointment. They were quick, about two hours, clean, my basement looks great, and they were super cool but professional! They even told me about different options on how to fix the leaking in my basement that caused the mold! Hoping that it works out just as great as they did! I appreciate you guys!

We had mold in our finished basement from a flood due to a bad sum pump. Blue water and crew came in and took great care of us. They were very professional, friendly and treated us like family! I had a horrible experience with these guys. The employees confirmed I had mold stachyborus. Very dangerous mold. But the owner of the company told them to shut up and don't say anything. He was friends with the landlord and didn't want him to get in trouble. It's pretty obvious I have mild when u can smell it and it's growing all over my furniture walls, items even my kitchen table. I had to throw everything out and move. I had horrible symptoms. My son cried for the first 6 months of his life non stop. Until we moved. But these guys want to deny I have a mold problem!!! Stupid, they put my family in danger all to save a friend. All my symptoms thankfully went away after about 3 months after moving. Please don't use these people or there business. U will be greatly disappointed!!!

I hired him to remove mold in the basement. He will not honor the warranty. I had to have another company to come out to clean rest of the mold out. Also he ordered items through me and refused to pay but expects you pay before the terms are up that he gives you. He will tell you anything to get the job even if you do not have mold or if it's mildew he will tell you what you need to hear to get the job. I had to take him to court and he was a no show and won the case in my favor. He will not return my calls or anything at this point. Beware
