I was wondering if I should do a home inspection for a new house ( built in 2023). I am very happy that I did. I found Apollo on a google search. He has been very helpful over the phone. His price seemed competitive so I moved forward with him. He conducted a thorough inspection, and found several issues even safety critical issue for this new home built. I really liked how Apollo was able to explain to me during the inspection. I let him conduct his work, and at the end he went through all the details with me. His report came in the evening on the same day. Apollo has been very responsive from the beginning. I love the format of his report, it’s all automatic, with the pictures and videos, this is really an awesome modern tool. You can also pdf it. Even after the work was complete, Apollo still replied to my questions. I think Apollo loves his job, really cares and conduct ethical work. I highly recommend Apollo.

This was a Top notch Grade A Experience. My inspector Apollo saved us from a terrible home investment. Then when we did find another home he cut no corners and went through the entire home from roof to crawl space. If you really want to make a informed home investment THIS is the place to go!

Apollo did excellent job as he well experienced in his work. He priced very low when compared to others and you can hire him for house inspection without any hesitation and 100% worth for the amount spent because with his experience he would definitely identify some of hidden and unnoticed defects which will cost you more later stages if not fixed early stage.
His inspection report will consist easily 60 pages with all the defects listed in priorities. His report also include how to handle HVAC, heater, gas, and other exterior items.

Extremely professional, punctual and really fast responses. Apollo did a thorough inspection, with tons of pictures, descriptions of the issues, possible future issues for each one of them and his recommendations. This was much more in detail than I had expected. He also took the time to really walk us through and show everything, explaining with great patience and showing deep knowledge.

A-Z has actually inspected three homes for me and my husband. First house actually had asbestos in the attic, and we did not want to deal with this! I used A to Z for a home inspection on a new home prior to the 1st year warranty expiration. They found many issues that I did not notice and provided a thorough inspection report soon after the inspection. I was able to get the builder to make all repairs under warranty. The inspection fee was worth it even on a new home.

Follow up: After posting our review, Apollo asked us to remove it. How many other reviews have been removed? Suddenly many positive reviews appeared after ours. We understand this is someone's business, but this is our life. It cost us our savings we had and it is still costing us. Apollo has never followed through on working with us and did not inspect our house well; all he wants is for our review to disappear and not actually help us. If you want someone to give you an "inspection" that includes not thoroughly inspecting, then please pick him. If you want someone to ignore you and your concerns, then please pick him. Every single professional has been in our house and told us he missed so many obvious things. Yes, we are upset, but no one else should have to be screwed over like this. Buyer Beware.

Reply to your response: NO, another inspection was not offered again and you called your poor inspecting skills "bad luck." When I have several professionals come into my house for plumbing, electrical, roof, basement, heating and cooling, etc. within the first two months (for thousands of dollars of repairs from previous unnoted damage) and they ALL tell me that my inspector did NOT do a good job at all, then there is clear problem with your inspecting skills. You did not attempt to make it right and called it a "string of bad luck." You did not offer another inspection or consider giving me my money back. I would never ever recommend you, no matter how many Google reviews you have that seem positive.

HORRIBLE INSPECTOR...Apollo Z. from this company. Missed every large detail in our house and now we are left to foot the bill. Has refused to give us our money back. Every single professional has been in our house the first 2 months and they have ALL said these obvious things (some not up to code) should have been NOTED by the INSPECTOR because they were obvious problems before we bought the house. We are talking big ticket items like water damage, bad roof, bad plumbing, bad electrical, gas leak, things not up to code, etc. The list goes on. DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR OR COMPANY!!!! Our friends also used him and they were not happy either.

I did a lot of research before settling on A to Z. Apollo saved us a lot of money from the detailed inspection he provided. There were some surprises in the basement that we were able to have addressed before closing.

Highly recommend Apollo's work. Very knowledgeable and informative. His inspection was very detailed and efficient, same with the final report, which I found myself reading a few times after I moved in to remind me of a few details. Apollo was also very helpful several weeks after the inspection to resolve some technical questions I had.

10/10 would recommend. He went over everything you could imagine, very friendly and honest. He even offered advice on how to go about correcting the flaws that needed to be addressed.

We had a home inspection done by Apollo today. He was on time (a bit early which is on time to me) and started right away. He took his time and was very thorough. He also took the time to walk me through his findings and had no problem pausing and looking at concerns I had. I honestly don't think his price can be beat for the quality and detailed work he provides. Other inspectors charge a "sissy" fee for crawl spaces. Usually a fee on top of the inspection fee. Which is ridiculous to me. Apollo dove in head first, first thing and with no sissy fee attached. Very professional, and responded quickly to my pre-questions. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a inspection.
