I've done business with this company twice and each time they went above and beyond. Very quick service with reasonable pricing and they are very sweet !

Got here first thing in the morning and crushed the problems at hand and quite quickly if I might add with a fair price too! Told me the root of the issue , then gave me options to fix it long term to save money! Thanks again guys for coming out and giving us a hand!

I had my main drain snaked in Westland. Rootbgone sewer and drain service did an amazing job! They were on time and very professional. Great prices and overall a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Robert came to our house in Lincoln Park within the time frame he quoted us. He ran the snake through the drain and then the camera. That showed us all of the roots growing that were causing the drain to back up. He came back the next day as we agreed and ran the Hydrojet through the drain to get rid of all the roots. Ran the camera again and it was clear. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I called RootBGone when my tub started gurgling. Robert came the next day. He explained what the problem was and was very thorough in clearing the sewer line of roots. He used a chemical to help prevent any buildup. I will be contacting him next year to treat the line again. I am very happy that I contacted him. He is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.

10/10 would recommend root B gone they came out twice for me when my mainline was backed up both times they took care of me.They were professional and showed up within hours of my call. Even after that, they stuck to their word when their camera broke and came back out in a timely manner and inspected my line after cleaning where they went above and beyond again. Called RootBGone Sewer & Drain Cleaning on Tuesday night because of a backup we had with our sewer. Robert said he could be out the next morning to service the sewer, and he would call prior to arriving. Robert took great care in snaking out our sewer with a flex shift and a camera. We like that Robert showed us the monitor while he was clearing the sewer. Also Robert and George showed me the cleared out sewer. Both Robert and George were very nice and professional while in our home.

I have called Robert now at least four times. He is always very prompt and very responsive. I got very tired of calling people who wouldn't call me back or didn't seem to care and it's very nice to find somebody who always calls you back usually within minutes or seconds. He conducts his business in a professional and fair manner and as long as I continue to have plumbing issues he will be the person that I call. Being a landlord is tough when somebody's calling you with a water emergency and he never fails to come through for me. I really appreciate him. Give him a call.. you won't be disappointed at all.

After calling multiple plumbers that never shown up, i called root b gone. they came in a timely fashion and they were honest, they informed me that it wasn't my main drain clogged it was the drain on the roof causing the toilet back-up. because it was freezing weather they had to come back in better conditions. The came two days later and my problem was solved, quick.

Robert and George from Rootbgone were great guys, they had a fair price for the plumbing work done. Honest, straightforward and we're able to fit me in same day. I had a sewer backup that was due to build up inside of a cast iron outlet, they got me sorted out and sewer flowing again. I would highly recommend them for future customers in regards to plumbing work.

They were very nice and polite they got the job done fast and effective they also. Cleaned after there self I would recommend them to everyone.

Our main sewer had massive root blockage in our home in Livonia. RootBGone team snaked the line with 2-1/2" cutter. After that they reamed the line with 4x6 cutter. Final step was to use a flex shifted line for a wall to wall cleaning. I was shown a live video inspection after the work. Very professional team. They cleaned up after the job.

I was having issues with my toilet flushing in Westland, and Robert and Brian were able to come out and worked with me to schedule an appointment that worked for my busy lifestyle.
They tried several methods to figure out the problem we had, communicated all options to me before beginning, and were very kind and friendly while they were here. It took about 4 hours total, after snaking outside and inside, using an auger, and finally using settling on flex shield before pulling out more tree roots from underneath my toilet than I have ever seen!!

I would recommend them to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, after seeing the lengths they went to to solve my problem!

Great team helped us out when our tub dial would not turn off. Ended up being a much bigger job to stop the leak but they persisted through the frustration and finished the job! We are super grateful and no more leaks, thank you guys!! Good people!

Had an issue with my main drain for a week was having trouble getting a plumber to come out. Called this company an within an hour he was at my house. Very honest about what was needed to be done fixed my issue an was very reasonable on his price! Will definitely be my go to plumber for now on. Thank again yall!

Went downstairs to wash clothes and found water all over the floor!! No idea where it was coming from.. but found out it was the storm drain!! Called Robert at Root B Gone..asked him if he could come out to the house!! He said he had other stops but would fit me in!! Best call I made!! They were professional and friendly.. completely satisfied the issue.. ran a camera thru the line.. showed me some issues but never over sold me to send a snake thru!! Great service and great work!!

Excellent plumbing company. They were able to fit me into their schedule the same day that I called. My sewer drain was backed up due to tree roots. They cleared out the roots and I would highly recommend this company!

He ground out some roots and hydro jetted flushable wipes that have almost caused backups at one of my houses in Redford. These guys were awesome! Our pipes were backed up and they came out asap to check things out. Cleared our pipes momentarily until they could get out here with their hydro jet and were done within an hour when they fixed the problem for good! Very friendly people. I had a small utility room drain back-up on New Year's Eve. I was shocked to find that they listed work hours on New Years day, and after a call, scheduled for the second. Not only did they show up on time and clear the tree root obstruction, but they showed me real time video of the problem as they worked on it, educated me on the whole process (counts for a lot with me as a retired teacher), and shared a number of ways to avoid future problems. Hard working, professional, down-to-earth guys. Liked them so much, I ran down the road and bought them coffee before they finished.

Robert and Brian were very accommodating with my schedule and took care of several things I needed done. They were on time and very reasonable.

Most amazing crew ever. He heard the uneasiness in my voice when I called due to having another company out less than a week earlier who stated problem was solved. NOT! They came out for an emergency at 1030PM. Managed to unblock drain did a camera view and diagnosed and solve the problem vs just putting a bandaid on it. All for a decent price.
