Matt did a fantastic job on my home inspection. He was very thorough, and explained everything in great detail. He explained what he was looking at, and any potential issues. Looking at a very old home, Matt did a fantastic job putting my mind at ease. I would recommend this business to any home buyer, whether it be your first home, or tenth home.

Very professional and thorough. Was able to notify us of problems that would have cost us thousands of dollars to fix had they not been found. The company is also veteran friendly and offered us a significant discount. We will definitely recommend SEMI to friends and family looking to buy a home!
