As a property manager in the business for 35+ years, it is difficult to get constant excellent service from one vendor. Dean is one of the most knowledge and trustworthy in the field of waterproofing. I wish we could rate this company higher than 5 stars as they deserve many accolades for outstanding communication and service. Keep up the excellent work, you'll hear from me again.

I had a crack 105 inches long. Submitted for a quote with all the information they requested. I got a good quote. Then, they had been able to fit my job in pretty good time. The work was completed, The finished job was great. No little plastic nozzles sticking out. A nice flat surface. Plus, a great clean up job from all the work. I didn't have to do anything to the area when done. I would use them again without hesitation.

The crack on my basement wall was fixed and patched very well. The technician (Dean) was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This company does good work and I would highly recommend it.

Dean was very professional and very well informed on my basement wall cracks. He was there for about two hours and. Fixed cracks took the time to educate me on the method he was using and if had any problems or Concerns to give him a call in the future and he would stand behind all work that was performed he was very professional clean and very courteous I give him five stars A1 job

The estimate was done one line thru pictures. Sent them in and got a response in minutes that they were looking at the pictures and would get back with me and the next day they did and had a scheduled repair.date in less than 12 hrs. Could have had it next day but I was not available.
The Tech Dean Arrived on time went over the the estimate and then went over the process and what I would need to do after he left. He did the repair cleaned up his work area checked out what he had done to make sure all was ok. Quick, clean efficient, and if it ever leaks he will come back. Great company and would definitely recommend and use them again if needed. This company was recommended by a friend that had used their services before! Could not have asked for a better outcome! I had a leak in my basement that I was extremely concerned about. I have a finished basement and was afraid that I would have to rip out the drywall and more, which could be quite costly. After making an appointment for an inspection, Dean called me right away to confirm the appointment. To my surprise, he came out immediately. Talk about a breath of fresh air with regard to customer service. I have never encountered a company that was so willing to assist. The customer service alone is worth it. Dean was extremely patient with me even though I was asking a ton of questions, which is much appreciated. I was a ball of stress when he had arrived but quickly calmed down once he assessed the wall. He was upfront and kind. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sponge Waterproofing to my family and friends.

I've had this company repair water leaks in my basement both on my previous home, and my current condo. The injected urethane completely fills the crack in the wall, from the inside to the outside surface. Once repaired, there simply will not be any more leaks from that location. The service is quick and done in a very professional manner. Definitely recommend Mr. Sponge if you have concrete wall leaks either from cracks or tie rod holes.

Dean and his team of professionals have done excellent work for our condo association for several years now. We trust Mr. Sponge to always give us the best quality work and to help educate us when the leak problem is something other than what they can fix. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dean from Mr. Sponge on two different occasions, and I have to say I love him! He's honest, with a lot of integrity and does a very good job. A few years back, we had torrential rain causing flooding all throughout southeast Michigan. Water was leaking into my basement. Dean came out and repair the problem. Have had no further issues with leaks. A few weeks ago, we again had torrential rain. Noticed a water build-up in my patio doorwall causing the carpet and floor boards to become wet. This also caused leakage down my basement wall. Dean came out today to inspect the problem. He was very honest explaining the cause (nothing Mr. Sponge could repair). He clearly explained that it's due to a foundation issue and what will be needed to repair it, and how it should be repaired. Any other company would have charge an astronomical amount just to put a temporary fix in not addressing the problem root. Thank you so much, Dean. It's wonderful knowing there are still honest companies out here.

We had an issue with our condo basement wall. Mr. Sponge (Dean) came out and fixed the issue that our builder "tried" to fix in 2015 ( which they did not do since we had water coming in from the wall) . Dean was professional, polite, and was on time. He also pointed out another issue we had which he did not have to bring to my attention. Great dealing with him and super job finally "fixing" it right. A+++ work. Would highly recommend them again. We need more businesses like this around.
