I couldn't be more pleased with a company. From the moment I contacted Jack at Big League because some of my neighbors had hail damage I knew I had chosen the best roofing company to look at my home. Raphael came out within a day or so and inspected my roof and explained everything he found to me and told me what to do next. Since then Jack has explained the claims process and items missing from my insurance adjuster and has assisted me with all of it. What excellent service in an age where service is disappearing from so many companies. These guys know their roofs and customer service! Excellent.

I have a very steep roof. There was no way I or my partner could get up there safely. Rafael was prompt and professional. To be honest, I was nervous when I heard Big League Roofers would do an estimate for free. Much to my surprise, even though our roof was about 10 years old, our roof was fine! Jack took the time to show pictures and educate us about our roof! This was about 2 months ago and now we're getting roofers coming by wanting to do free estimates because of the storms we've had.
I called Jack and he cautiously warned me that not all roofers are the same, "check to see if they are insured!... Big League Roofers is covered!" When it comes to getting our roof repaired I will be calling Jack the roofer to do the job!

We had Big League Roofers come out and do a roof inspection after a hail storm. Jack from Big League gave us his honest opinion that we did not need a new roof but had one shingle that had flipped up. Jack fixed the flipped up shingle free of charge. Everything was free! Chris came to my house on Thursday and was very professional. We set up a time for a roof inspection. Raphael showed up at my home at 12214 Brightfield Dr. around 9:30 AM. He was professional as well. He did not find any damage that would be sent the insurance, but he did maintenance my roof and seal some nails down

First experience with BLR was a good one! Jack came out to assess what the new home inspection referenced as potential damage to a couple shingles. Jack found the shingles, along with another bit of damage that would have caused insurance issues down the road if we were to have a claim, and fixed both issues quickly!

We had a tornado touchdown on my street. Connor and Issac took a look at my roof and gave me advice. Luckily I didn’t have any real damage. They were so great I will definitely call them in the future when I do need work done.

Waste of time, Very unprofessional company. They don't follow up with insurance or homeowner, multiple calls texts etc.... nothing in response. Highly don't recommend. Insurance company reached out over dozen times via phone and email. Being not available for your clients, or insurance companies is a very bad way to do business. Rebuttal to this review, after posting this to Google reviews. I was contacted by the owner personally. ( I will keep his name out of it). He assured me me that he was taking care of the situation now. Which indeed he did he provided a guy out here to when the inspection was being done. Also he emailed insurance agent letting them know what should be done. His company did follow up with them and me in what was going on. Nothing more was achieved, call it what you want, insurance didn't agree etc.... is what it is. In the grand scheme nothing got accomplished in this matter . I was quoted a price which was crazy for the roof I had, well two roofs. House and garage, to complete them. So obviously it was in my best interest to look elsewhere. No big deal, but I did have 6 quotes, won't say by who. 6 quotes were pretty similar to the job in hand, compared to what I was quoted by this company. So in my non professional opinion was to make the price high enough so they didn't wanna or take the job and deal with it it, without making a fortune. Just my opinion. That was the thinking on that in my opinion. Each to their own I guess. I choose this company based off reviews from my neighborhood which they had done work beforehand. So in the grand scheme of things they did come out and be here when inspection was being redone and they did email insurance about what should be done. So I wont say totally negative things about them, just took a Google review to get them to do any of this. Plus multiple calls and texts to change the review were sent to me to change it after they done this. So rightfully so to change it from a one star to a 3 star at best and that's pushing it in my opinion. If I wasn't the power of Internet wouldn't even had a call back, I'm sure of that after the calls and emails and emails that I left. So take this for what you want in a review. It's honest and straightforward regardless what you hear or think. I wouldn't recommend this company in my personal opinion, but hey that's just me and I'm not disgruntled by any means, I'm sure this company does excellent work and are good. Just not in my situation. The owner wanted a five star review which I can not provide. 3 star is best in my opinion. I lived and learned, hope someone else doesn't have too.

In response to the owners response, I would love to say that these guys came out and put a tarp on the roof to prevent interior damage. That did not happen nor did any trips to replace any shingles or samples or go to ups and get the replacement shingle, or any of that other stuff. The only thing original guy did was remove one shingle for match and see if it's still in production. Their wasn't anything done after that. Except he sent a guy when they redid an inspection. No physical work was done at this job. Like I said the owner did call back and looked into it personally and sent his guy out when I asked. But make no mistake about it, none of those things were done on my roof (tarp etc...). None of this was done until the Google review came out. After the initial inspection from them, no contact from them until after Google review was posted. Despite the emails and calls that I had done. Take it for what you want, I didn't take it personally we couldn't come to agreement as I stated. I wasn't disgruntled, I left an honest opinion of the company from my experience with them.
