Big League Roofers truly impressed me! Their exceptional customer service, from scheduling to follow-up, made the entire roof replacement process stress-free. John Eggen deserves a shout-out for his constant support. Last year, they delivered a high-quality installation with a variety of material choices, without any pressure to upsell, and handled my insurance seamlessly.

More recently, a gutter soffit came loose. Even with their busy schedule, Big League Roofers fit me in within 2 days! This kind of prompt service is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Even though they had only installed my roof a year prior, they came and fixed the loose soffit at no additional cost.

Overall, Big League Roofers is highly recommended. They are, hands down, the best roofers I've ever dealt with.

If you’re looking for a Great company that values their customers, Big League Roofing is for you. I called my prior roofing company to see if they could give me an estimate on a water leak and they said it would be a small fee of $150 to come for an estimate. I immediately called Larry from Big League Roofing and he gave me a free estimate. He offered very helpful advice that will take care of my issue. This is the second time I’ve called them and I will call no one else in the future.

The Big League Roofing team were amazing! We had tremendous wind damage from the most recent windstorm. The roof specialist actually joined the insurance agent on the day of the inspection to make sure they both worked together well. I was given an approval from the insurance agent in front of the roofing specialist. Our roofing specialist, Ken, had our quote, date of product arrival, and work day scheduled within two hours of him leaving… and gave me his phone number so we could stay in constant communication. It was amazing having a single point of contact who managed the entire process for us and was fully accessible the entire time. From date of inspection to work being done was less than a week. There are so many reasons why I continue to use Big League Roofers but the number one reason is their customer service. I recently had my gutters cleaned and the person who cleaned my gutters pulled back a gutter guard too aggressively and exposed the wood and underlayment below. He tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. I knew I had to make the call to Big League Roofers to get someone who I trusted to hopefully fix the issue.

And again they came out and did just that.

Jose came out the following day to diagnose my repair and two days later it was complete, and with pictures. Thank you again Jose!

They took 3 to 4 months to start after saying it would be one month. Once completed, they left trash, debris, and roofing nails that I still pick up to this day. They were supposed to complete vinyl siding on the side of my home that was apart of the insurance claim and they NEVER completed. Now I have mold growing on the wood. I would not recommend them to complete the roof on my dog’s house! Worst mistake ever!

I haven’t gotten the roof yet but I’m on the list! I’ll do another review once installation is complete but these guys are so fantastic I’m compelled to tell you now. Jack has been so responsive and helpful. He patiently and knowledgeably led us through it all. Such a great guy! Issac came and did the inspection - so thorough and professional - got us information super quick and helped us get the ball running. He tarted the problem and made sure we weren’t leaking. They came out to give me an estimate on some roof work. They left saying I'd have an estimate within 48 hours. I gave them 5 days and called them asking for the estimate and was told they'd email me back. The next day i received the email, it said they are too busy with other clients at this time and won't provide me with an estimate. Why the $%^& did you waste my time. I will never contact this company again.

Was I aware of the storms on March 3rd? Of course I was! I had 6 downed trees, roof damage, facia damage. It was part of the reason I reached out to you all. During the storm we lost several shingles, which in turn, lead to leaks as I waited for another company to come out and get the job done.

The only timeline I was concerned with was the one you guys set for yourselves and that was the fact that I'd receive a quote within 48 hours. You guys didn't meet the timeline you set and I had to call in order to receive an email saying you guys weren't gonna do the job. In fact, I called near the end of business hours and I received the email after business hours that day, so I didn't see it until the following day.

I never gave you all a timeline for any of the work. Unbeknownst to me, I did need the shingles to be repaired ASAP, as they caused leaks and damaged my drywall, carpets and bedding.

The first time I called, I described exactly what I needed done. Then your guys came out and looked at what needed to be done. Then it took 5 days and a phone call to receive an email saying you couldn't do it. Which, yes, wasted my time when I could have had another company out to do the estimate. I even replied back, asking if I could still get the estimate for when you guys weren't so busy and got the reply, "Yes, that is something that we would definitely be able to do later this year." I NEVER received an estimate to this day, which is fine, because the projects are done now.

As for priority, I would not have expected to be shoved aside and told my shingles are less important than anyone else's. That's your business model and clearly how you run it, it's fine, just not my style of running a business. I believe in serving people in the order they come to me, rather than saying screw this person until further down the line. Could you not have fixed my shingles and left the commercial stuff until a future date?

We recently had our roof completely replaced after John Arnold assessed it and discovered it damaged and in need of replacement. After his assessment he coordinated with the insurance company and scheduled the roof work. We are completely pleased with the quality, cost and clean up of the sight after they were done. Top notch quality of the final product. Although I hope we never need another roof if we did or do we would only go with Big League Roofers. Thanks Troy and John for all you did for us.

Me neighbor had her roof redone by this company last Friday and she had nothing but good things to say about her experience! Unfortunately Friday evening when I left work my tire was low. I took it in and they found a roofing nail in it, so I called the company to ask if they would cover the repair or new tire if it was needed. The customer service was great from the beginning and Andrew was extremely responsive in getting everything taken care of!

We had our whole roof replaced by them a couple years ago. We had some lingering small issues with the leaf guards we had installed, but Big League was able to resolve them. We were happy and confident to recommend them to our neighbors. And one of them did also utilize their service, and was happy with the result too.
What I really need to give them a big shout out this time was for some of the recent repairs that they helped us with! We have had some squirrel problems up in our attic, and the squirrels had torn open a soffit area to get in. John at Big League had come out multiple times to our house to help us with the repair. He was very patient, and talked us through new solutions each time to fix the problems(we had some very persistent squirrels).
John is very knowledgeable and skilled in what he does, and he is very kind. He is a great asset that Big League has. Ask for John, he is the best.

Isaac and his team at Big League Roofers are the only reason we got a new roof. We did not have a great experience with our insurance company, but BLR worked on our behalf with the insurance company. They were amazing, and made an extremely painful process better.

I had Big League out to replace our roof months ago, and I'm just now getting to leaving a review. I didn't know much about the process or roofing when I started, but Riley was more than happy to walk me through the process. Big League was my "middle quote" and offered the best bang for the buck. You can compare Big League to the other guys, but the other guys aren't doing complete tear-offs or they're using cheaper shingles. Do your homework and I'm sure you'll end up picking these guys. They got a late start on the day of work, but they didn't cut corners just because I was the last customer of the day. Months later, I'm still happy and the house is still dry.

Riley was great. Super nice guy that made the whole experience pleasant. All expectations he set were met. The whole process from insurance claim to install was seamless. The workers knocked it out quickly and did a superb job. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even know they were there, but for the new roof. The price was right as well. We love our new roof and couldn’t be happier. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them as a recommendation.

Our home loan was going to be held up because of a leak in the sunroom roof. I called Big League Roofers and explained I needed it done ASAP. Ken came out that same day, assessed the reason for leak, recommend the possible solutions, and had me price quotes in the morning, which were fair. The guys came that same week and finished in 2 afternoons, as they were squeezing me into their schedule. Riley then followed up and got me the verification paperwork I needed to submit to the mortgage lender. Problem solved. Thanks guys!

Edit: I originally had a 3*, but changed to 4* after chatting with the owner Riley again. We had our roof done a few months ago. Ken was great during the process of inspection, helping us get everything set up for the claim, and roof installation. The crew arrived on time, and got the new roof installed in one day. Unfortunately they caused a lot of damage. There were many tar marks and scratches on the siding and on several windows, lots of nails left. They also took a chunk out of a brand new back door we’d just had installed. To their credit, both Bruce and Riley took great ownership of everything and worked to make things right. They cleaned up the siding, filled the chunk in the door, came back with the nail wand and then they paid to replace the glass that couldn’t be buffed out. Ultimately, there was one scratch in our main window we were asked if we could live with. We later found some additional damage to the deck and more tar marks on the siding elsewhere. It had already been a month so we just took care of it the best we could. Riley reached out to ensure we were happy customers, and offered to fix anything else we notice in the future. This was very appreciative and helped salvage some of the frustration of dealing with all the damage.

I I am extremely impressed with this company. We bought a house where Big League Roofers had recently replace the roof prior to us buying the home. They have always been responsive to any issues or questions that we had and they are extremely professional. When we have needed repairs on our rental property they have always been extremely responsive and arrived on time with great follow through. They truly give great customer service and provide quality craftsmanship

I had these roofers come by to give me a quote on fixing a leak in the metal roofing on my 8' x 14' porch roof. I was told their company wouldn't be able to warranty any repair on such a roof based on the low slope angle and instead they would have to install a EPDM rubber roof. I was given a "ball park" estimate of $3,000 or approx. $26.78 per square foot. Absurd. It would be more respectful to just say to someone asking for a honest quote to state "we won't do this" instead of giving such a ridiculous quote.

My family used Big League Roofers for a full roof installation. Our entire experience from the initial consultation to the installation & the cleanup was phenomenal. Professional, courteous, polite all describe the crew whom installed our roof. From the stripping off of 2 layers of shingles, to the replacement of a few damaged areas of underlay to the installation of ice guard on key areas in the valleys to the laying of the new shingles, this crew of experienced workers had the job completed within 5 hours! In my 30+ years of home ownership and multiple roof replacements, Big League Roofers is the BEST company I've ever worked with in a total roof replacement.

We spoke with three roofing companies, and the guys from Big League Roofers gave us the best explanation of what was going on with our roof. The rep (Ken) took pictures to share with us, talked through multiple options, and generally just educated us on what we needed. When another company suggested we had hail damage and should file a claim, I called Ken back. He reviewed the pictures again, talked through what we should look for, and reassured us so we could make a better decision. The actual roofing crew was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Bruce touched base multiple times to be sure we were pleased, and when we did have an issue, they had someone out to address it immediately. Not that we plan to need another roof any time soon, but we will definitely call Riley when we do!

I contacted Big League roofers while selling my house because the buyer's home inspector discovered some damage to the EPDM membrane on part of our roof. Big League was responsive and helpful and the roof was inspected and repaired within a single business day, clearing the way for us and the buyer to reach closing. I would definitely use Big League again!

Riley (Big League owner) had the best price, most detailed quote, and had fantastic responsiveness. We're very happy with the roofing job done. There were a few things that weren't done correctly or to the specifications of the contract. But, Riley was very quick to correct those issues without any push-back. His accommodation really impressed me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, or use him again for future projects.

These guys replaced our roof last month. First, as a result of an active leak, they seemed to begin the project much faster than expected, which was greatly appreciated. Ken gave us a quote in the spring and they held to it when we re-approached them in July about the project. Second, our project manager, Bruce, had great communication throughout the project and didn't shy away from addressing any request within the purview of the project. Each time I asked for some extra attention in an area, he'd respond 'absolutely' or 'you got it'. The project took a couple days longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues with the roof, but their workers stayed with it until it was done. Lastly, the owner, Riley, was also involved and offered some helpful finishing touches to the project. Highly recommend!

Working with Ken, Bruce, and Riley was a breath of fresh air. We have worked with several contractors recently on various projects around our home and they were the best. Due to a leak in our roof, we were pushed to the top of their waitlist so the leak damage didn’t get any worse. They had great communication with us throughout the 5 day project and told me not to pay them the second half of their payment until I was satisfied. They came back a couple extra times to complete minor loose ends and didn’t charge me extra to do so. Great experience. Highly recommend.

After we called Big League they came prepared with an estimate and tons of printed information about our options for replacing our roof. They worked with our insurance company directly and we're very easy to communicate with. They replaced both our roof and gutters. Both jobs were completed by friendly and fast crews. They were very attentive to our concerns about cleaning up nails (we have small children), and they came out three times with magnets to clean up. We are very pleased with their work.

Riley was awesome to work with and the turnaround time was incredible. We had a roof emergency and they were able to get a crew out and replace half our roof within a couple of days before it rained again and stayed within our insurance claim budget. We would certainly use these guys again.

One of my friend recommend Big League Roofers to me. I called and they help me to setup a free estimated right away. Riley was the one helping me the whole time, I couldn’t pick up the call most of the time cause of school, he was willing to work with me and reply me lightning fast. Riley didn't hesitate to take on our somewhat-complicated project, where other roofing companies may have required us to hire out additional contractors ourselves. Everything from extending eaves/soffits to new flashing, trim, metal roof, siding, and gutters! As with any older home, our project had its share of obstacles - Riley was always responsive and made sure we were on board with the plan. We're very happy with their work!

Riley, with Big League Roofers, was great to work with: very knowledgeable, willing to negotiate with what is included and the price of the installation, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This included a walkthrough of the completed work to make sure it met our satisfaction, fixing any issues that we noticed with the installation that did not meet our expectations, and photographing the installation throughout the process to confirm what is being installed.

Our only complaints was the short notice prior to having the roof replaced. We had a 1-2 week span of limited to no communication after signing our contract and then we were contacted the late evening before our installation. However, this is not a total negative complaint because we were told at the time of signing our contract that the short notice was a possibility and Riley also gave us the option to push the installation off to another day if it did not work with our schedule.
