I don't want to give anybody an incorrect impression because the people were nice enough. I am a little frustrated that they tried to charge me almost $3,000 more on a quote than any other competitor. An the competitors actually let me know other issues I may have and including changing out some of the face board was included and the competitors quotes. I don't want to say it's a bad company because at that point I wasn't willing to do business with them but I definitely keep your eye on them if you use them.

OUTSTANDING! The only way to explain how great of a job Jesse with Jeff Home Improvements Roofing did. I had to have my roof replaced and Jesse’s company was with me the entire time to make it right and my roof looks Great and really improved the looks of my house. The scoping was honest and the communcation was swift. Any issue or question is promptly addressed until our expectations were exceeded. They even unexpectedly offered to work through the weekend to speed up the completion of the job.

We recently had vinyl siding replaced on the front and back of the house. We had a earlier issue with a bit of storm damage and they even took care of that as well. Siding looks great, makes the whole house look better. Will definitely look here for our next home project.

My experience with Jeff Home Improvement was great! I highly recommend this company to anyone. They were very professional and trustful. They were very nice and friendly too. They kept a close commutation with me and respectful and treated me as if I was the only customer. The actual work to replace the whole roof took less than 1 day and they were very fast. We had suffered hail damage back in June of 2023 and noticed some water staining. It was time to fix or replace the roof. We were referred by Lady with a Ladder who was cleaning our gutters and noted the sorry state of our roof. She gave me the number for Mark Salisbury with Jeff Home Improvements. I called him the next morning and he was out that afternoon to inspect our roof. They inspected the roof documenting with a video and pics. The roof needed replacing. Credit to mark and hi son Everett they were very professional never pushy and made their case for why we should use them for the job. We liked them right away and decided to utilize their services.. the insurance is always so daunting but with marks help we were able to submit the claim that day. The next day our insurance called and said they could have an inspector out at 9 the following morning. I hadn’t expected such a quick response from insurance and called Mark to see if, on such short notice, could be here for the inspection? He was able to make it and let the inspector do his job without harassing him and he agreed we had a valid claim and the roof needed replacing along with the gutters, 5 window screens, and a fresh coat of paint on the ceiling to cover the water spots. The roof replacement team arrived about 10 days later and they were able to get all,of the old shingles off, place a vapor barrier and get almost the whole house reshingled. They returned the following day to finish and clean up. I willl recommend Jeff Home Improvements to anyone who asks. Our experience was great, the work first order, and the service exemplary. Thank you Jeff Home Improvements for taking care of our family.

W went with another company and after 6 month we were still waiting. Called Jeff roofing we were done and had a new roof in a week. And it was done in a day by a organized crew. Very happy with everything. Can't brag enough.

We recently used Jeff Home Improvement to replace guttering with gutter covers on a two story home.. They also put siding on fascia and soffits. Our sales representative, Anthony, spent extra time explaining products and services. We had two work crews. One to replace a dormer roof and another for the gutter and siding. Neither group spoke English thereby making communication difficult, especially with a few issues regarding installation. We would call Chris, the project manage, express our concerns; then, he would communicate with the head of the crew. Chris would check back periodically to make sure the work was completed as discussed. This process was a bit frustrating, but everything ended well. The work crew worked extra long to get the work completed and they were very competent. We were pleased with the results. We would definitely use this company again.

They replaced my entire roof and since my roof had outlasted it’s warranty, the insurance didn’t pay for all of it. They allowed me to pay in 3 installments, insurance being the 3rd payment, without running my credit and using an outside finance company.

Jeff's Home Improvements did an amazing job on the repair of the roof of my home and the replacement of the roofs on both of my sheds. I am truly impressed by the quality of the work, and the professionalism, friendliness, and timeliness of the crew. I highly recommend this company!

Anthony was great and I highly recommend this business. He was the only contractor that showed up.
It was a potential small job so all the others would not even come and look at the area I thought I had a problem. Turned out the bay window roof was fine and he didn’t charge me a dime. If I have any other home improvement jobs, I am calling Anthony.

This company was originally recommended to me for a new roof installation. It may have been the most burden-free experience of my life. Now about a year later, my home was in need of repair for a Leak in the ceiling. The company came straight out that day and fixed it. During their visit, they checked the rest of roof and fixed any minor imperfections for me. Would do business with them 100x over, pleased with roof installation then and now. Truly appreciated their exceptional service! 10/10 would recommend!

I called for an estimate they were very prompt in coming out. I went with them being the first quote I received. The quote was to replace the torn shingle and place a black strip under the window. At first they placed a white one. They never let me know they were showing up at all any of the times. I have called several times about the issue and almost a year later they still haven’t replaced the shingle they simply used some type of glue to put it up
