Although I'm writing this review in 2025, we hired Greg and his team in 2020 to building an elevated deck and covered sunporch, where nothing existed before (see before pic). The workmanship was top-notch! We use this porch March-Oct and we enjoy it so much! They covered it with dark screen to keep bugs out and give privacy. We made changes & additions along the way, and Greg was responsive to every change we wanted to make. We highly recommend Empire Home Improvement!

Without a doubt the most professional and quality roofing company in town. The simple changes of siding and singles made tranformed my home. Great company Great Work... will be using them again.

After a heck of a spring with tornado and hail damage, I reached out to 3 different contractors who came and looked at what we needed done, to date, I have been waiting 3 months for each of them to get me a quote. During this time a neighbor recommend Empire Home Improvement. I reached out to Empire and they sent Steve Klosinski over right away. Steve got me a quote the same day which we signed. We had siding installed, a new roof installed and gutter damage repaired. Their crews are quick, efficient and cleanup was exceptional. We are VERY pleased with the cost, quality of work and the end result. We highly recommend Empire Home Improvement and will use them for any future home repairs. I can't say enough good things about Steve Klosinski, he is on top of the game and goes over and above what one would expect, he followed up through the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We recently had our roof repaired from wind damage. Steve came by and explained the whole process. We were not pressured to sign anything for an estimate like two other companies tried. The workers arrived at 6:45 am the first day and worked until after 9:00 pm. The second day they arrived at 6:50 am, worked all day and finished the job. Steve stopped by periodically to check on the progress. The workers did an excellent job with installing the shingles and with cleaning up. We are very pleased the work, and will use Empire again and will recommend them to others. Thanks Empire for a job well done.

I was extremely satisfied with Empire Home Improvement, in particular Steve K. who helped oversee the project through to completion. Empire is very responsive, affordable, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I've saved them in my phone for future reference and would strongly recommend them for home improvement needs. I wanted to give a big shoutout to Empire home improvement! We recently experienced some wind damage (2 times in one week) from a storm and Empire Home Improvement was quick to respond. They came out fast to tarp it and replaced our roof in no time at all. I only called them because of the trust I have in their company and I'm so glad I did. It's been 6-8 weeks since the storm and there are still many houses in my neighborhood with unrepaired roofs. But ours was fixed within days of me picking the color!

Greg Dunn was an amazing consultant throughout the process and helped us choose a roof color that would protect our resale value. The job they did was absolutely amazing and the roof looks amazing. The company was prompt and professional. I was super impressed with the clean up. All debris and roofing nails were cleaned up. We recently had empire put Windows in our house all 23 of them and the result of that is last year we had a $400 heating bill this year it's $200 cut in half. We also had the house vinyl wrapped and gutters put on went with a dark detail and looks amazing. Highly recommend them for roof gutters vinyl wrap and especially windows.

Steve was great!!! He came the same day I called for an appointment. He explained the entire process and answered all of my questions and concerns, and I had a lot, since this was my first time having to do a big project like that and having the insurance involved. Then he explained step by step what would happen when the crew got here. I never felt pressured to sign anything or commit to their company. But I did and I am so happy. My new roof, gutters and downspouts look great!! Both crews did a great job cleaning up. Steve stopped by several times to check on the projects and the crew. I am so pleased and recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
