Tecta America Kentucky Commercial Roofing

Tecta America installed our green roof in 2011 and paid additional for an extended warranty. They did not install it properly, which eventually caused a gutter weld/seal to break and leaked into our office, causing a huge mess and an expensive repair of rotted ceiling, walls, and insulation. When I contacted Firestone, Tecta never submitted our warranty information. While the company was sold, the work was warranted under Tecta America. Jordan and the owners ghosted us once we reported the leak and once we dug in and found out the company never submitted the warranty.
