Was looking to replace my roof got several quotes including Bevins, who was highly recommend to me from neighbors. During my phone call for a quote I was left on the phone while secretary had a gossip session instead of responding to me on the phone. I went ahead an scheduled the quote meeting and was met with a very poor customer service experience. I was happy to see that they were the cheapest with all their recommendations and ready to move forward, however, when I contacted GAF about their certified installer number and warranties they included on my paperwork I was sad to find out that the materials were under no warranty as they had not filled proper paperwork. Called for a follow up to clear the air and find out if this was a mistake. The lady I spoke to did not sound shocked, she took my name and number down to follow up, but has yet to call several weeks later. Sad to see so many people not getting what they were promised.

Discovered a leak in the roof over my covered porch on a Sunday evening, called Bevins Roofing Monday first thing Monday morning, had a call back that same day and set up a meeting for a repair inspection & quote Tuesday morning. Quote received via email Tuesday mid-day. Signed and returned and set repair for Friday morning. Repair fully completed by Friday mid-day.

I've used Bevins Roofing services on both of my properties and have always been satisfied with their communication and workmanship.

I truly was excited to give them my business. but I am extremely disappointed with Bevins Roofing's communication. Despite their glowing recommendations, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I have reached out multiple times through various channels—phone calls (left a voicemail), emails, a Facebook message, and even the contact form on their website—and have received zero response. Yes I did give them time (months) and follow-up emails (in case mine was never received) but still nothing.

It’s incredibly disheartening to be completely ignored when you're trying to get your roof repaired. Reliable communication is essential, especially for such an important service.

I cannot recommend Bevins Roofing at this time if they can't respond to a potential customer.

Had Bevins Roofing replace the roof on our house and garage. Alvin and his crew did an exemplary job removing the old and installing the new roof. They worked dawn to dusk for two days, resolved hiccups promptly, and did a great cleanup. Thoroughly recommend.

Bevins replaced our roof years ago, we're very happy with it. On one occasion where we experienced a leak around the chimney, there was no fault with the roof to chimney, but the chimney itself was leaking through. They applied a clear sealant to the outside of the chimney, not a drop since, and they didn't even charge us.

Bevins Roofing is top notch! They do a fantastic job, are fully responsive to problems and are quick to resolve issues. We are super happy with them!

Great work professional. 1 month later had a mechanic's lein placed against my house for the work I already paid for. Bevins works with a shady Superior Distribution company that looks up your address and knowingly tries to extort more money from you. Now Im Facing lawyer fees and a lein after a smooth transaction with Bevins. Bevins is in debit and their debit collectors don't care who they hurt (including law abiding paying customers) to try and collect money from Bevins. DO NOT GET WORK DONE WITH BEVINS ROOFING or Superior Distribution. I am not the only one.

Bevins installed our roof on November 4th, 2022. We immediately realized our microwave was not working correctly, believing debris had been blown down the exhaust in to the microwave. We informed the employee the next day when he came to pick up the check assuming Bevins would make things right. Twice they sent their employees to attempt to correct the problem with no success. Our recent attempts to contact Mr. Bevins have not been returned and we still have a microwave that isn’t working properly.

Customer service was excellent. Great job on fixing the leak that the previous roofing company did not do. I will definitely keep utilizing your company in the future.

Bevins just completed replacement of large sunroofs in our two story home and appears to have done a great job. We'll know for certain when it rains again. They showed promptly on a day when the weather turned cold and extremely windy overnight. Worked hard and long all day, cleaning up all the debris blowing around all day. Panels look great and believe they won't leak. Great service and good crew. Would recommend Bevins for roofing and sun panel replacement.

Direct TV would not fix my satellite dish that was leaking on my roof. Called several companies most were looking for a big job but Bevins helped me and gave me a reasonable price and were fairly quick in getting me on schedule. They came out and removed the dish and sealed my roof and they disposed the dish. The techs were very professional and friendly. Thank you Gary and Bevins Roofing for fixing my problem

Took a little bit to them booked for the repair, but once they arrived, they quickly identified the problem, resolved it and called it a good days work. I'll certainly call them again in the future for any other roof repairs we may come across.

Communications needs serious improvement, they contacted me Thursday night stating they would arrive Friday in the afternoon which worked well since I needed to work in the morning. Only they called me in the morning to do the work so we missed them. I tried calling them back as soon as I got off work around noon and was not able to get a hold of anyone, I tried several times that afternoon and nothing They called me late Friday night requesting to do the work on Saturday. They stated they would arrive in the morning. They never showed up and again could not get a hold of anyone. Then out of nowhere they showed up to my door the next Thursday to do the work. You can't pay the Technician you have to wait for the invoice via snail mail. I would recommend you do a check or cashier check because they again need improvements. If you try to pay with a credit card they will charge you 2.75% of your bill for me that would have been about $15 for easy method of payment. I can respect a few dollars of a charge but that is ridiculous. They spent about 30 minutes of work and so far seems to resolve the problem. Because of the lack of communications and hassle to pay I will not go to them for future work.

Update: Apparently there was a miscommunication. & the owner called to apologize. Had them come out for an estimate a year ago & they said it was not a big deal even though it was staining the ceiling. Then made an appt for today for the same spot that is worse. No show, no call. Called elsewhere & got it fixed same day.

Edit to update: less than 24 hrs after posting, a representative called (the original gentleman that came to my home) and apologized profusely as well as came back over to do a thorough re-check and full estimate. I received a quote before he left my property and an updated quote the next day-as promised. I also received a phone call verifying I received all that I needed. The pricing is beyond reasonable and this company went above and beyond to make things right for me. They truly care and have completely changed my opinion of them. Now I know why they came highly recommended and I will certainly recommend them in the future.

A roofer came out on Tuesday, April 14th to take a look at a possible roof replacement/repairs and rafter support install. He looked at the roof and and the rafters. He advised that the rafters would need to be looked at by one of their building specialists and it would take a few weeks as they are backed up on requests (due to the recent wind storm). When I received the quote later that evening, it was for a simple repair for a small part of the roof where a pipe had collapsed and exposed the roof. There are plenty of issues with my roof and I described them to him. I thought it was strange that I received this small quote vs a detailed repair quote for ALL repairs on the roof or a simple roof replacement quote. When I received a call from the office the next day to follow up, I explained to her what I was looking for and someone was suppose to call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called the next day. I got. "well, he didn't come in yesterday so when he comes in this afternoon, I will give him your message and tell him to call you." I still didn't hear anything. On April 27th, I called the office once again and she said that when she looked up my information it was marked completed. She said she would give him the message that I was still looking for roofing quotes when he comes in that afternoon. Here it is, May 5th and I have yet to hear anything. If the roof quote was contingent on the rafters issues (which it shouldn't be because the rafters just need additional support, nothing else) then that should have been explained to me or someone called to speak with me about this.

Also-from someone who has worked in the mechanical service industry for over a decade, if you are waiting until someone comes in to give them a message, there seems to be some behind-the-times processes happening that's obviously compromising the efficiency and integrity of your business.

This company came so highly recommended that it was such a real disappointment to experience such neglect.

Many roofing companies do not perform repair work. Bevins Roofing has a repair crew that just does repairs. The work completed today was first rate. Bravo Zulu.

We used Bevins to repair an attic fan. They went up on the roof and into the attic to inspect the job pre and post. They have also come out and looked at our roof after storms (the neighbor's shingles ended up in our yard). We continue to rely on them for our roofing needs.
