I had a water leak from roof and caused some damage on a pocket door. I reached out to Integrity Building and Restoration if they can fix that. Aaron Knight came to assess the work and gave an estimate with different options. They did great job taking care of the issue and fixed the water damage. From my initial contact till the end he and his team are very professional and very satisfied with their work. They went long way to make sure the work area and their footsteps are clean by even wearing shoe cover and vacuuming surfaces. Their name tells all, they have INTEGRITY!

Awesome company to have work on our home! We had a major water leaked that impacted our entire downstairs area. Within a few hours they had it under control and drying out. From start to finish Aaron and his team were professional and detail oriented. Call them you won’t be disappointed!

Aaron was our contact and he organised his team to get the job done efficiently at a timely manner. His team was always curteous when entering and exiting our home; and the job completed was of high standards!

We unfortunately experienced a water leak within our kitchen wall that turned into three rooms getting new floors, dry wall, ceiling & crawl space insulation work. We were lucky to find Integrity Building for these restoration needs. Aaron & his team were extremely professional, answered all our questions and prompt with a response. These folks worked on my house a little over 3 years ago. I am still fixing stuff they “fixed”. The sub contractors they used where absolutely useless. One redid our subfloor. How do you miss 4 rotted floor joints and not take care of it?! So when my dining room floor starts to sag!! What am I supposed to think? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR HOME REPAIRS!!!

I had the siding repaired on my home. Integrity Building was extremely professional, affordable, and courteous. The process was very easy. Came by to give me a quote on Friday and the job was complete Monday morning. I would recommend this company to anyone for your housing repair needs.

This company lives up to it’s name. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was finished. I was very pleased with their work!!

Aaron Knight from Integrity building came to my home on Nov 25th, to inspect and provide an estimate for aluminum siding repairs. He was professional, friendly, and clearly walked through the process of the work that would be required. I signed the contract, which required a 50% down payment which came to about $2200. Mr. Knight was not able to provide a start date at that time, but stated he would call me and let me know. Mr Knight believed the water damage was due to plumbing, so my husband had a plumber come out that evening. Ultimately it was determined the water damage was due to a leak we had in the roof. The water damage was extensive way beyond the 10x 10 area Mr. Knight proposed to fix for $4000+. Therefore we decided it was more economical to replace the entire side with vinyl siding, which would have cost the same amount $4000. I cancelled Integrity services within 24hours of signing the contract, stating the above. Mr. Knight indicated I could cancel but there would be a 25% cancellation fee which came out to $550. Integrity kept $550 for themselves after performing ZERO work on my house,. As I stated I cancelled within 24 hours of paying my deposit; also integrity had not provided a start date. Mr. Knight indicated the 25% cancellation fee is in the very small fine print. Even if it is, there is zero “ integrity “ or business ethics in taking a $550 payment, without performing any service. . I can understand if you had the supplies, and men ready to start the work and a start date...and then there was a cancellation. This clearly was not the case... Shame on you!! There is a name for someone or a business that takes something they did NOT work for, and it ain’t “ INTEGRITY”.

Timely, professional, quality work for a fair price...thank you, Aaron, for taking care of the requirements we needed in order to pass home inspection for our sale. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!

Integrity performed mold remediation in our condo. They did an excellent job in removing the damaged wall and ceiling panels, and they cleaned the area after they finished the job.

Carefully prepared estimates of the scope of work were provided. Then signed contracts were secured before construction began assuring delineation, specifications and expectations of the individual projects.

The craftsmen who worked here were friendly, courteous and supremely knowledgeable. They each displayed professionalism, consistently strong work ethics and attention to even the smallest details. There was never a moment’s hesitation in making sure that we were happy, satisfied customers. Believe me, this is not an easy task when both homeowners operate under perfectionist tendencies the likes of which Mr. Monk might even raise an eyebrow over. The fact of the matter was that we were so enthralled by the ongoing transformation of our front porch renovation, we were negotiating for additional projects before the initial contract was completed.

Before installation of our new shutters, I had arranged for the front façade of our home to be pressure washed. Our project manager surveyed the aftermath of that process and declared the service substandard, proclaiming the siding an unsuitable palate for shutter installation. He was ready to do battle for me with that company and demand a refund on my behalf, but after a lot of debate on the subject, I convinced him to just let it go. However, we still needed a good pressure washing, so without a moment’s hesitation, my “personal advocate” whipped out his cell phone and was arranging for one of his contacts to assist us with a full home and deck pressure wash. A few days later this company literally blew my socks off with their performance. Arriving home following an appointment, the team leader informed me that they had even cleaned our deck furniture gratis in the process – Awesome! It’s impossible to overestimate the sense of security when your project manager takes you under his proverbial wing and gets the job done on your behalf.

Although all of our renovations were focused on exterior projects, I would have relished the opportunity to welcome these people into my home, trusting them implicitly. We’re looking forward to our next interior journey with this company!

They did a terrible job on leveling our second floor laundry. Aaron quoted us $6200 for mold remediation, repair a load bearing beam the laundry room sits on (the laundryroom flooded out with the previous home owners and created a sag in the floor), cutting back a wall to the kitchen so our floor could open all the way. In the end Aaron foreman George ended up doing a crappy job and not completely leveling out the laundry room and it resulted it three reworks. Which still did not fix the issue. He also didn't cut the wall that our oversized fridge was next too. Aaron quoted us $1200 just for this one wall. He only cut back a few inches to this wall. This was more a want then a need so we just went with it. We save up for this repair. Im filing a a complaint with BBB and I'm also writing a lengthy review in what happened. Be on the look out!

They did some work on remodeling my kitchen. The results are to die for. I will use them again for my next project.
