I can’t say enough about Radical Restoration. They were very competitive, when it comes to price, they have a great warrantee, not just on the labor but the material as well. They contacted me through phone, e-mail, and text. They kept us up to date on when the material would be delivered, when the installation would be done and communicated the time the materials would be delivered, time they would arrive to start and finish work. As a matter of fact, they said they could do it in one day and I doubted that. As it turns out, they did it in ½ a day! I can’t say enough about their professionalism, keeping us informed and exceeding our expectations. This experience restored my faith in companies.

It was an amazing experience with the team. Especially Alex has helped us from filing claim going thru painful HOA Approval and inspecting the final work. The construction team was also well organized and kept surrounding clean.

If I have another project in my house i would definitely consider them.

Radical Restoration did a wonderful job with our siding Project. Alex, with sales was great to work with throughout the project, and very helpful with the design processe. He did a great job explaining the entire process to us, and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. Jimmy was very helpful with with the entire insurance process. He made sure we knew that status of our claim and dealt with our insurance agent from start to finish, which help to guarantee we received the maximum amount for our project. Lastly, Cody, our project manager did a awsome job throughout our project. He always made sure the workmanship was superior, and we understood what was happening throughout our project.

Representatives we met with have been excellent. From our initial assessment, product selection, working crew, to our project manager. We found their work to be very good, and attention to detail outstanding. Augustine and the work crew were friendly and courteous, and made efforts to minimizing any disruptions. I was a bit hesitant to purchase and replace siding from door to door sales. I was pleased to work with Christy to choose color, materials, etc. There was no pressure to add additional work or materials. She was knowledgeable and thorough. I was assigned Cody as my project manager and he was extraordinary. He was the most professional contractor that I have ever worked with on a project- competent, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was not satisfied until the work was up to his high standards. I would recommend him and Radical Restoration without any reservation.

Radical Restoration did a Full Exterior restoration on our house, Siding, Gutters, Wrapping all trim. The workmanship was excellent. Detail on the trim wrap was especially good. I chose them primarily because they work with an independent insurance adjuster that took care of all the contact with my insurance company. I didn't have to spend countless hours on the phone with a claim. (Dented up metal siding) Very happy with the results. Thank You Corrie!

I’d highly recommend Radical Restoration to everyone I know. Nick did remarkable work on my deck, blinds, windows, and doors. He also looked to save me money with each action he performed.
