This company is totally top notch. The inspector that I had the extreme pleasure to spend a good 90-120 minutes with, was nothing you see today. The company has up to date technology, they used a drone and satellite to inspect my roof. Harold was my inspector. The world could use many more like him. He was a total professional. Down to earth. He showed me pictures of what was causing my roof problems. Harold took the time to explain what and why the roof had issues. He showed up on time. Imagine that. The initial roofer I had scheduled from another company didn’t even show up as he scheduled. This company was referred to me by my dear friend. I owe him big time. The Dream Home team did a wonderful job! Starting with my design concept, they recommended a few minor changes to improve the overall finished project. This was a bathroom remodel that involved moving a wall to create room for a larger shower, installing and tiling the shower, tiling the floor, installing new granite countertop on existing cabinets, and upgrading electrical circuits. Throughout the project, they kept me informed on progress and what to expect the following day, also letting me know about the occasional days when no work would be done so I didn't have to be home. Any unexpected events during the construction addressed immediately and corrected on the spot. I had a very small punch list at the end of the project and it was taken care of without question as soon as I handed it in. Luke Etheridge was the Lead and he knows what he is doing and does it very well! You really want to use these folks!
