This was our third time working with Care Contracting - and we will be requesting them the next time we have a project too big,. Thanks to the whole team,

I had a fantastic experience working with CARE Contracting. I was initially concerned that the project would take weeks to complete and disrupt my daily routine with noise and constant foot traffic in and out of the house. But from start to finish, the team made everything easy—they were communicative, responsive, and always professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already noticed a significant drop in my energy bill thanks to the improvements. Working with Care Contracting was easy!

We had them replace two rear doors for us (French) with new sliding glass doors. I reached out and worked with Don, who was able to give me a quote based on measurements and pictures without forcing me to schedule an appointment and sit through a sales pitch. As a working mom I loved that! Chris (owner) also followed up offering to answer any questions.

After getting quotes, I decided to go with Care Contracting because of their reputation (I was referred by a colleague who used and lived them), price, license, and warranty.

After letting Don know I wanted to move forward, he scheduled someone to come out for measurements so that my doors could be custom made.

Doors took about 5 weeks from measurements to when they were ready for install (also over the holidays and snowstorms—actual times are likely faster, but we had told them we weren’t in a rush).

Install day came and they sent clear instructions to make it smooth (remove furniture and items from the area, including curtains and rods).

A small team showed up, did a quick walkthrough, and confirmed everything was correct and before they started work. They then worked quickly and cleanly—didn’t even have to remove the interior trim which saved me time and paint!

Very happy to have worked with Care Contracting and would recommend them for doors and other needs!

We needed an entry door on the side of the garage replaced and a new frame. Everything was easy from the initial contact and estimate to the installation day. The installation only took a few hours and everything was cleaned up and the door and frame look fantastic!

The team showed up when scheduled and efficiently removed the old windows (there were layers of old trim and such in this old house!) and installed my lovely new Anderson windows. What a difference in every way! Thank you to Chris, Don and the Care Contracting team....they really do care ; )

I came upon Care Contracting based on a neighbor's referral, and I am so glad that I did! Several months ago our sliding glass patio doors needed replacing relatively quickly for a reasonable cost. I reached out to Care Contracting and Don got back to me immediately with a quote and potential timeline. I had new doors within the week. It should be noted that I did reach out for other quotes and those that actually got back to me were significantly higher! The work was done quickly, professionally, and everything was left clean. It's no wonder it's called "Care" Contracting, because that's exactly the type of service we got from this awesome company. We were blown away by the handling of our home project from start to finish. From the first time we contacted them to inquire about services, to them locking up on the last day, their customer service was quick, always responsive, and super transparent, which is really hard to find.
Our installation went off without a hitch, and we felt like they really cared about our home, new windows, and the quality of their work.

Care installed 4 exterior Energy Star doors at the Accotink UU Church in Burke. This was the second time that the church used Care. All work was professionally done and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to others without any reservation.

We had CARE install new sets of French patio doors and they did great work. From Chris, Don and the install team, everyone was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Everything was installed in one day and we are so happy with the doors. We highly recommend CARE and will use them in the future for sure.

UPDATE - June/July 2024: We had to get all new windows and chose CARE to do the installation after receiving multiple bids. The guys did a great job and we are very happy with the whole project from start to finish. Again, we highly recommend CARE.

One of the BEST …contractors I’ve ever worked with. I called for a quote on replacing a sliding glass door, the response was immediate! The Care Contracting Team was extremely professional, timely, and courteous. We had a ton of questions and their response was always on point! It’s no wonder Care Contracting already carries a 5.0 average on Google and I’m here to reiterate that. My back door was an adorable 48”W French door but when it came to insulation, it was in bad shape. The screen door was also in poor condition and it turned out the size was difficult to find for a standalone storm door so we decided to replace the door and storm door. Chris was responsive (even when I bothered him while he was on vacation), Don was great to schedule install with, the installation team was fantastic, and the finished product makes me so happy!! I know this was a smaller job than a lot that they do, and yet I never felt like a smaller customer. Thrilled with my experience!

I have used Care Contracting for a French Door upgrade, window replacement, and gutter replacement. The materials that they use are extremely high quality. Their team of installers is also highly skilled, well organized, and punctual. Each job has a dedicated project manager that was very quick to respond to any/all questions that we had. From start to finish, Care Contracting was professional and provided nothing but excellent service. For the estimate and contract, we worked with Matt. He was super nice, patient and really helpful. We needed to get our window box repaired as well as a sliding glass door installed. While it took awhile to get the supplies in stock, Don was very helpful and kept me in the loop. Installation day was a breeze. Carlos and his guys did excellent work. Carlos was super professional and went above and beyond. Definitely going to work with them again in the new year to get our other doors and windows replaced.

We had water coming through our 21 year old, sun beaten, builder grade windows over the summer. After quoting window replacement through a couple different companies in Leesburg we were referred to Care Contracting with Mike Cavanna. His team did such an amazing job during the replacement. They were fast, accurate, responsive, clear, and extremely reasonable with pricing. The windows we picked are amazing. Much better glass packs than the other competitors. The U factor and sound absorption properties of our new windows are second to none. We didn't hear a single car or plane over our house last night for the first time ever. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Chris and his team are highly responsive and professional and resolved a number of issues for us including installing new windows and larger gutters. Chris was able to problem solve and come up with a solution to a siding/gutter leak that other companies failed to see. They were also very reasonably priced.

I used care contracting to replace my front door and they were excellent! Not only were they less expensive then other contractors, but they were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. When the crew came to put the new door on they stayed late to make sure it looked just right. They even replaced the house numbers above the door and did a special installation to make sure they didn’t crack. Highly recommend!

Tracy provided the best customer service among all the contractors with whom I worked. She always responded to my emails. I was also very impressed with the crew they sent to install the window/patio door. It was a whole crew - not just one or two people. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up. They took care of everything. I didn't have any thing to fix or clean up after their departure. And the window Care Contracting chose is just beautiful. I look forward to testing it out with the first rainfall.

Got a new sliding glass door. Their delivery times and cost far outpaced 2 other local competitors. They did the installation in 2 hours for a standard sized slider. Door works great, caulking and flashing were done cleanly and precisely. The door has only been in 24 hrs, so I can't comment on the value, but everything seems to be sturdy from the frame, door, sliding base, through the lock mechanism.

From the beginning to the end of my sliding glass door, my experience with this company has been great. Tracy (office manager) has kept me informed on the progress of my project from ordering the door, receiving the door, and scheduling an install date. Not only were the installers were on time but they did a very professional installation. They were quick and the door looks beautiful. Although I had an odd job, using special order materials, they were able to get my project done for ahead of schedule, which is especially amazing in the current supply chain and worker shortages. Job appears well done and looks good.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced and some not only replaced but enhanced. Our kitchen windows went from 2 windows to 1 huge all glass window with semi tint to block UV rays (all the windows are semi tint). It gives us a far clearer view of the woods and such out front. We also had a side widow structure enhanced to another, even bigger (biggest all glass window possible to install) all glass window that gives us a great view of the driveway and mountains outside. In addition to the windows enhancements, CAREs team did great work, installed the highest quality products and did so for a great price!

We like their work so much we are going to have them replace a number of doors and windows on another home of ours towards the end of the summer.

Big job with dirty old and shabby windows that had to be removed. The guys cleaned everything up inside and outside, even with the high winds blowing.... everyone worked really hard and very long day! But everyone was very kind and polite! Made the house look and feel a thousand times better!! (We can actually feel the difference in temperature control with the new windows!) Thanks!

The installation team was respectful and professional (especially in light of current COVID-related safety precautions) and completed the install efficiently and effectively. The quality of the entire team and products are second to none at CARE Contracting. We replaced a pair of standard 80” french doors, on the front of our home, with steel, glass pane 96” French doors that include intricate detail work inside each pane. They were also able to replicate the same detail work inside the transom above the doors which looks fantastic! The aesthetic difference is unbelievable, not to mention the additional light the doors let in which brightens the entire entry way. We could not be happier with the final results. The entire process was very easy and a tremendous savings over other quotes we received. If you’re in the market for a new/upgraded door, this is the place to go for customer service/selection/quality/pricing. Highly recommend!

We are so excited about our new doors, windows and shutters! The quality of the products they provided are fantastic. Everyone was so easy to work with from the guy who gave us our quote to the installation crew and the office always responded in a timely manner keeping us informed of dates and answering all of questions! I would rate this business as 5 Stars for many reasons along with what is listed. We bought furniture that was to large to fit through our basement sliding glass door. We loved the furniture so we decided to get a new door. Care came out for a free estimate and understood we really hoped not to wait the standard 5-6 weeks for an install. Our representative Don started looking for a door that would fill our needs that was in stock. All throughout the next day, a Saturday, Don and I were emailing back and forth and he found us a door, and we were thrilled!! They called on Monday and were here on Wednesday.

On top of that, the furniture was very large we had to move into the basement. My wife was struggling to lift it with me and they offered to help move the furniture for us while the door was being replaced. They moved the largest piece of furniture so my wife didn’t have to! That meant a lot to me that they offered to help us.

They had great prices, great customer service, and they cared about our need for the door. I would HIGHLY recommend Care Contracting for any home project.

We trusted Care Contracting with our shingle roof replacement. They were very professional from the first discussion and quote. We got a detailed report of our roof as well as a breakdown of the price. We weren't quite ready to proceed at the time of the quote and were grateful to move on our own schedule and pace with no pressure.
