They definitely are class act they treated Lady like a lady supposed to be treated and not get frustrated like other companies that I have dealt with a Christmas. I put a surprise together for my husband a new trailer gate and they were very helpful and accommodating. I just picked up a tire and rim from the trailer, put it in my car for me if you want good customer service Is the place to go class act

This place is great. You don't have to know anything about trailers because they can answer any question you can have about your trailer and all you need to fix, maintenance or upgrade it. The front desk guys are the best, always with a good attitude and a smile, even in the worst of the days.

Today, I purchased a second trailer for my lawn business from B & B Trailers. The sales staff, their follow through, communication through the entire process, their stock availability, their obvious ability to service after the sale makes this the only place I will choose to do business.

We are camping in ST Augustine, when we got to the campground and noticed one of our tires and wheels was missing, the studs were broken off. I drove over with the hub, and they took the old studs out for me, and replaced them with new studs. I got a few other things from them thank you guys so much for saving me so much money.

Just called and scheduled to have a hitch installed on my suv. I spoke with a man named Dave and his customer service was absolutely amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and squeezed me into their tight schedule to help me out with my small time frame. He was very polite and I really appreciated his help.

Needed a tongue jack for my lightweight trailer. B&B Trailers runs a good parts dept and had several choices. Although installing is just 3 bolts, Alan gave me the flexibility to bring my trailer in about any time to change out the part.

Needed a couple parts for my small trailer. The gentleman behind the counter came outside took a good look was knowledgeable and friendly. suggested a few small parts for repairs and preventative maintenance and I was out the door quickly with what I needed. Will definitely be back anytime I need anything trailer related.

Had trouble with my adapter on truck for trailers. B&B took me right in, assess the problem and fix it. I highly recommend them for all trailer works.

I just got my tritoon trailer back from B&B Trailers and it was yet again another great experience! These guys really know thier stuff and the price almost always comes in lower than the quote. They inspected the trailer and added these guides to help with loading. I have been using B&B for several years, great location, amazing staff and the store front has just about anything you need for trailer and towing repairs and accessories.

We were staying at an airbnb and had no idea where to get a hitch receiver installed so we picked this business because of their reviews. I’m so appreciative that they were able to schedule us for the next day and install everything so quick! We had a very erratic schedule because we were buying a home out of state but they were very patient and understanding. They were able to set us up so we could move during the weekend. Their prices definitely beat having to rent a truck or a van for the move!! They have absolutely earned their 5 stars!

I purchased a new 2023 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1800BH travel trailer. The dealer is three hours from my home. Things didn’t seem right to me regarding the weight distribution hitch the RV dealer installed.
I called and spoke with James on the phone. He was very courteous and listened intently to my concerns. He referred me to Ryan in the service area. Ryan set me up to come in the next day with the trailer and the tow vehicle to insure the WDH was properly set up.
Ryan made the corrections for me while I watched and he explained everything.
I now have reassurance that my towing system is properly adjusted.
I also had interaction with Aaron and David as well. They are equally as professional.
The whole experience was positive and I’m thankful to have these guys in my local area.
I’ll be back for my axle maintenance when due.

I recently brought in a 45 foot goose neck trailer for my employer needing to be re-floored. Not only did they do such a good job the trailer looked brand new when I picked it up, they completed the job in just two days. Excellent work, and I would highly recommend B & B to anyone.

Excellent service! Working on starting a new business and needed to add a trailer hitch to my vehicle. After some research on what was needed and cost, Ianded here. I had ready purchased the hitch itself to be installed by another but the fell through and B&B let me bring it in. Everything was installed and it looks great! Fantastic customer service!

What a nice place for trailer supplies. Allen was a huge help, he was very knowledable and he made some suggestions that saved us money and some labor.

Allen was my sales person, I came in with a broken leaf spring. He got me out in 5 minutes with my new leaf spring and hardware. Great customer service! And he also gave me a free bucket.

Just spoke with Brian today. I had submitted a question online on a Sunday. He returned my call on Monday and asked a few questions to help further identify our needs. He was wonderful to speak with and very knowledgeable. It is nice to have good customer service and get the customer what they need.

I brought my boat trailer to b&b trailers a few weeks ago to have a bad hub replaced. During the visit, they told me my nine year old aluminum trailer was beyond repair and that I needed a new one. They cited the tongue assembly being bad(and no replacement parts available) and that it needed a new axel. The axel is only two years old and shows very little signs of wear. It is clear they were just looking to make a sale. I would not refer b&b to my worst enemy.
I brought my business to preferred trailer in Ponte Vedra. They set me up with new hubs and gave my trailer a clean bill of health.

I would not be upset if b&b tried to up sell me on a complete trailer overhaul, but the fact they tried to say my ALUMINUM trailer was beyond repair is just reprehensible.

So awesome. I had a horrible day with finding out I had a bad drag link coming off my steering box with only 47,000 miles on my 2019 Ram 3500. I also had a minor issue with no interior cargo trailer lights. The truck went to Atlantic Dodge for the repair. Afterwards I went to B&B to diagnose the lighting issue. Without having to pay out even more money than I already did this day, they found a blown fuse and replaced it for $5.00. Happy guy now.

So after being a good customer for 14 years and recommending them to like 20-25 friends and fellow boaters over that 14 year period , they are more than just rude to me for saying no to a ridiculous estimate for a minor repair on my trailer . I think the shop has some talented guys but the original owner of the company is a very rude person.

The service here went above and beyond. We had an issue on the Highway with our camping trailer. Mr. Aaron gave me a tow truck to call and was able to quickly see my issue and let me know what needed to be done to repair it. With the ability to build a new axel in record time we were able to drive home safely. Thanks for your help!

The team at B&b know their trailers and their towing. They are in your corner. Needed some towing hardware, and what they had they helped us install. What they didn't, they found and got quicker than that Ameezon. The other awesome thing is when we needed to swap one of the parts (a drop hitch) for something else, they let us exchange it while we had the load on the truck! This this is a business that goes above and beyond, they take care of their customers, and they have all the experience you need if you're new or adapting your life or business. Make sure this is the first place you look when you need an accessory or trailer.
