I had some electrical work done on my Jeep Cherokee and I couldn't be more satisfied. The team at Poko Bros. was very knowledgeable and highly professional. Fair pricing also. I highly recommend them for auto service.

I can’t recommend Poko Bros. enough! As a woman, I often feel pressured or talked down to when getting my car serviced, but that wasn’t the case here. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and kindness, and there was no pressure to pay for unnecessary repairs.

I brought my vehicle in because it was making a strange noise. The technician quickly identified the issue and, instead of pushing me to pay for a costly repair, they let me know the part was likely still under warranty. They even provided a detailed explanation for me to share with the dealership, saving me a lot of money and hassle.

Their honesty and professionalism truly set them apart. I’m so grateful for their integrity and will definitely be returning for future automotive needs. Thank you, Poko Bros!

I would give them no stars if I could I took my 1962 VW beetle over there had no brake lights and one blinker was out and I went to pick it up. They tried to charge me $1270 I complained he brought it down to $870 which was still outrageous. Drove the car home put it in my garage. Went to take it out three weeks later for a Saturday night cruise told my wife let’s do a light check. And I had no brake lights went back over there on Monday afternoon after the rain stopped told Them I had no brake lights. Could he take a quick look he said no it was December 16 Told me he could not take a look at it till January 8 and that he would be charging me again. Needless to say I still have no brake lights and they will not be fixing them. Do yourself a favor stay away from these guys. Brake lights are fixed now I had to have a VW mechanic come in from out of town to do it and as I stated to Poco Brothers, when I dropped off the car, I thought it was a problem with the ground and the mechanic that came in from out of town that specializes in old Volkswagens found that to be the problem he took the rear tail light assemblies apart, cleaned all the areas where the tail light assemblies contacted the body, and he did note that they had the wrong tail light bulbs in there he changed them as well. He removed a bypass wire that they added, said it was not necessary and my brake lights, blinkers and tail lights work great he spent four hours to fix everything and I could not be happier with The new mechanic

They did an outstanding job with my elderly cousins car. My cousin had been “ ripped off” by a local Hyundai dealership. These great people did a complete analysis and fixed what had to be done to get him back on the road. Also did a few extra things because they are kind and compassionate. I recommend them 100%

I've been using Poko Bro's for years. I have a 2005 Mazda 3 that I've brought down to Ted numerous times for minor repairs, and he provides the honest, fair, and transparent opinion that other companies will give you the runaround about. They are very knowledgeable about all vehicles and can diagnose any problem within minutes. I currently have a new car, and down the road, if anything is needed, I am definitely bringing it here. I would highly recommend them, especially if you're having vehicle trouble or want to feel some relief from a problem your vehicle has been having.

After a botched repair at Bozo ford. Poko bros got me up in running for an amazing price. Thier communication during the process is top tier and they are so friendly. Highly recommend!

Place is gold. Honest and professional. I went in because my AC starting blowing hot to luke warm on any cold temperature. Made an appointment for Friday, and they finished it that day. Alan gave me updates as they were diagnosing the issue. Said it was port valves leaking and a Evac system. Also got my oil change there which was only $65 for full synthetic, which I thought was a good price, considering other places charge around $100 for full synthetic. They did a great job. AC is blowing freezing cold/back to normal. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Took my new car there for an oil change and a new car inspection. They went above and beyond in their service. They listened well, explained everything extremely well, and was done the same day. The pricing was very competitive as well. Couldn't recommend any higher. It's where I'll be taking my car from now on.

I called a couple nearby shops for a frame inspection and Poko Bro's gave me the most confidence from the first phone call. They took the time to do a frame inspection for me on a truck by a nearby dealer. Told me all there was to know about the truck (everything checked out). The follow-up call gave me full confidence before I went though sending a large amount of money to purchase this car from across the country. (50k+ -- love me that orange 4runner but in the PNW they have 5-10k+ markups) If I was a local I would trust this shop in anything they did or suggested.

I can’t give the guys at Poko Bros enough stars. If you need an honest mechanic that does excellent work, this is the place to come. They beautiful men here at Poko Bros have welcomed us into their families and treated better than any family men ever I have. Our truck has needed sooooo many repairs (we got it like that), and they have tackled every single one with ease after we were basically robbed at Chevy dealership.

Here's the bottom line. These guys are honest and really know what they are doing. I could not recommend them enough.

Ted fixed my car when no other shop could. I had a real mystery as to what was wrong. I took it to 2 other repair shops and they could not diagnose the issue. Ted went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty and fixed it in one day! I'm so glad that i finally found a shop that can actually fix cars and they know what they are doing. I am now a customer for LIFE!!!!

The five star rating made me suspicious but after going in and getting some work done it all makes sense now. These guys are great! They didn't upsell me on anything, they thoroughly explained what I needed and why I needed it, they did the work quickly, and at every turn they made sure that what they were doing worked with my schedule and my budget. They definitely earned my repeat business.

I am very grateful for their honest, and sincere and effective diagnostic and repairs. Where other mechanics failed to fix the issue they when right to work and knew what to do. Great place to go to get your car worked on. Had an urgent situation with the headlight assembly on my car and they ordered the right part for me and installed it quickly. Thanks again for saving me what could have been a real bad situation. Wonderful family owned buisness that can be trusted to fix your vehicle correctly the first time and with reasonable prices.. I will never take my 2010 Toyota Tundra anywhere else. Poko Bro's in St Augustine is awesome. Maybe 6 months ago I took my 2013 Honda CR-V in to get checked out. They did an oil change and spotted a nail in one tire. They checked out the whole car. I took in my girlfriend's 2002 Toyota Avalon in because her timing belt was making noise. They checked it out and found the belt had to be replaced. They found other issues as well, gave us pricing and told us which issues were "have to do's" and which ones we could hold off on. They really kept the price down on labor, and they will be straight with you about where you can save money or where you should really make a repair... they make a point of not skimping on quality parts though. They stand behind the quality of their repairs, and won't do a halfway job on something.

All in all highly recommended. Great quality especially for the price. A++

Poko Bros is hands down the best automotive shop in town. The lead tech/ owner, Ted, is one of the best and most knowledgeable ASE certified mechanics I've seen. Everything from mechanical, to electrical, to computer programming, vehicle tuning, etc.. My step dad was a mechanic for 50 years (retired), and I'm not too bad myself, but I didnt have time to work on my own truck this time like i usually do with a recent rear end problem. Ted is the only person I would feel comfortable working on my truck. Not pointing fingers, but I've seen a lot of different crazy stuff from other shops and guess who they all call to fix the problem, or reprogram vehicles because they cant!? Poko Bros Automotive! If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time, Skip the headache and check them out. You wont be dissapointed.
