South Country Home Inspections was able to schedule our inspection quickly. The inspector was on time, completed our inspection in a timely manner, and we had access to the inspection pretty quickly. This is our 2nd time using this company and we have been very pleased with both experiences.

I found out last minute that I needed a home inspection on a property looking to purchase and it had to be done within the next couple of days. I called around and no one was available or short notice. Called my realtor who recommended South Country Home Inspection and said they never disappoint and sure enough I called and they said yes. I called a Friday and they were there first thing Monday morning on time and very professional, walked my husband through the house explained something’s and that same evening I had the results in an email. Nice folks. They fit me into a tight schedule due to aggressive closing expectations. Called out some concerns that we were able to get the seller to address. I am happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Please like and share our reviews. Our offer on a home was accepted and we turned to a local Facebook group to find referrals for home inspections. This company was mentioned more than any other in SEVERAL threads. We now see why... Not only were they able to schedule us quickly, in order to close in under 30 days, but they showed up EARLY and took 2.5 hrs to comb through our home. They also asked us if there were any issues that we noticed or were concerned about. They sent our inspection report that SAME DAY. We were seriously impressed with the detailed report, glossary and photos. They noted EVERYTHING. We had a contractor friend who had visited and noted issues a few days prior but this company discovered every little issue annnnd more that were left undiscovered. It was extremely helpful to know what we were going to be facing when we were purchasing an 'as-is' home.
We are still in disbelief at the services provided. We were also given a free termite inspection as a part of our package.
*NOTE: In the contract, there is a privacy 3rd party waiver for this company to share information with another business in order to have a free termite inspection. Other than that, our information has NOT been shared.
Would highly recommend this company. We paid slightly more than other quotes but we do not mind the higher price point with service like this.
***If you are needing a 4 pt inspection for home owner's insurance REQUEST PHOTOS OF EACH AND EVERY RIDGE CAP ON YOUR ROOF. We regfetfully did not and needed to use our drone to do so. This was our fault.***

Very quick and easy scheduling, seamless process all together. Report was done in less then 24 hours. Excellent customer service. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Although we were not present for the inspection, our realtor Kristina Phillips with Phillips Home Solution Team was, he was professional and very thorough. Our only concern was he could not inspect certain areas due to the current owners having items in the way or blocking his ability to fully inspect, which is no fault of the inspectors, other than that we are very satisfied with the inspector and his inspection. We received his findings the next day and it was vey informative, easy to read and again he was very thorough. We would highly recommend South Country Home Inspection.

We had a residential home inspection on a property we were considering buying in Palm Coast Fl the owner and staff are true professionals and did “an OUTSTANDING JOB” 5 ⭐️ STARS across the board we had a four-point inspection we had a wind mitigation inspection we had a WDO inspection they were on time they were very detailed and accurate during their inspection they were not rushing they took time and went through every single thing in the home a thorough inspection is what you got no Stone unturned. From the roof to the electrical system to the water pipes to the walls to the floor to the locks on the windows to the air conditioning unit to the water tank to the appliances every single thing was superb I would not think twice to call them again for anything I will honestly tell you it will be the best decision you ever make reasonably priced on time and give you more than what you pay for trust me I am 100% satisfied! They are the VERY BEST you will ever have. Your money goes along way with this company they will take care of you from beginning to end you will not be sorry! Very thorough and prompt, home inspection took place just days after the phone call.

Inspector showed up 10 min before inspection, introduced himself and gave us a rundown as to what they'll be doing. We rounded up the kids and went to breakfast while they were at the home. About an hour later, they wrapped up and we received our report under 48 hours later.

Extremely thorough with his inspection with a super detailed PDF by that night included with pictures and full details with your inspection. We had him inspect a house for us that was only 8 years old and helped us learn of a lot of issues before we bought the house that helped us from making a decision that could lead to a lot of money in repairs. Well worth the money for the professionalisms and attention to detail that you get. Will use and recommend him every time in the future!!!
