L&M Exteriors

L&M Exteriors did our roof and the siding on one side of our house after the storms this year. They were extremely patient as we worked with our insurance adjuster and were quick to answer any questions that they had which made a very stressful process so much easier. After we gave the go ahead, the materials were ordered and the work was done within a week.

I needed to have my siding repaired due to my new insurance company demanding it. My siding had been damaged by Overgrown vines that turned into wood. Had a hard time finding a company that were willing to do the repairs. The first company I talked to said talk to a Germantown siding experts, but they said they werw too busy. The second company was only going to replace a few siding pieces and just nail down the rest. I was not happy with that solution. I decided to next contact L&M Exteriors. Met with Aaron their salesrep, and he understood what needed to be done.
His quote and the schedule seemed reasonable. They were able to get the siding repaired quickly, right after the holidays. My insurance had given me a March 2nd deadline and L&M completed the repair by the 2nd week of January. I was very happy with the work their man did. He also repaired a broken piece of guttering.
