Aquick Handyman Service

I needed some basement work done, so Rick guy came out quoted a price and asked for 1/3 of the payment upfront and rest of the payment after work was completed. However, after first initial payment of $360 he never showed up. I called and texted him several times, after 10 days of waiting. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I personally have no desire of doing business with this company. (Total Scam Artist).

Our dryer stopped working. He came out and said it needed a new part. He said we had to pay for the part upfront(which we did) along with a $70 service call fee. He said it would be a couple days and he would be back. His wife called a week later saying they received the wrong part. She then text me asking if i would rather have a used electric dryer(i have gas). I responded and she never did. I sent a follow up request to Rick asking the status. He never responded either. He left our dryer taken apart and kept our money. All together he took $230(gave me a receipt)and never heard from him again. We are left with no option but to go after him in small claims court. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

I used this service on a whim on Saturday night after failing to remove a shower cartridge and breaking it off inside the tubing. Came out within the hour of receiving my phone call, was straight to business, got it removed and replaced, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg.

Rick was able to come out late on a Saturday and help us with a pesky ceiling fan installation. He did an awesome job and the fan works great. Prices were super reasonable considering late notice on a weekend, MUCH more reasonable than all the quoted prices of electricians in the area.

Rick came over today and replaced the plumbing vent flashing and fix my chimney cap pan. He also ran a flue pipe from my water heater. He did a great job and cleans up his mess he also has reasonable prices.

A Quick Handyman Services did an excellent job repairing multiple appliances not functioning properly in our home. He knew exactly what the issues were and swiftly repaired them all same day. Our issues involved a dryer that wasn’t “drying” a broken garbage disposal as well as several chronic leaks in our refrigerator. He explained costs thoroughly and transparently. Rick was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable in repairs as well as informing us in how to keep them running their best. We’ll definitely be calling again if something needs looking at.

I called Aquick for a minor plumbing issue that turned out to be far more serious than I thought. As it turned out I had MAJOR plumbing problems. My insurance company wasnt going to pay for it either. Rick came and gave me the initial estimate and began work immediately. It surprised me that he was the owner because he worked so hard!
The further he progressed he ran into a huge issue. He not only made sure it was fixed that day, he also gave me what I later found out was the best price in town! Ive called him for all of my service needs ever since and he has not ever disappointed me. There is nothing he cant do! And I mean nothing. I will not ever call anyone but Aquick to do work for me!

We had an after-hours situation with a haphazard light hanging from a tall foyer ceiling. Rick was there within an hour of my first call, and he got it fixed up very quickly. Will definitely keep his business card handy for any future needs.

Rick did a great job repairing our dry wall and putting in our vanity!! Really grateful he was available at the last minute .

Rick was very quick to give us an estimate and gave us a fair price on shutter installation and storm door installation. He ran into a few issues on our project but kept us very informed on progress and finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the outcome and will be using Aquick Handyman again!
