Lift Rite did a great job leveling our patio and getting the concrete steps back to the original level to the back door. Scott explained everything and how they would do the job. No payment was due until the job was completed. Very happy with the results and highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the Lift Rite team. The assessment of the job was done within minutes. Scott was very thorough in explaining the process of fixing my sunken side walk. He made an assessment on a Friday. He gave me a very competitive quote. On Monday Gary and his team showed on time and wasted no time getting started. They were very knowledgeable and professional. My sidewalk needed to be lifted with a very precise incline. It was impressive observing the team work with such precision. The results were perfect. The team did an amazing job cleaning up and leaving us with a perfect sidewalk. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend the Lift Rite team.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! Everything from the initial phone call, estimate, scheduling, to the work being done was super simple and stress free. My porch needed lifted which also fixed a sagging roofline above. The crew was wonderful and took care to leave things as good and clean as when they arrived. You can see the crew takes great pride in their work. Lift Rite really checks every box when it comes to great work and service.

We used Lift Rite to level our sidewalk a few weeks ago and I would say anyone looking for this service to make sure and call them to have your work done. The staff from Angie in the office to Scott who came out to give a bid to the crew that completed the work were wonderful. Very courteous and showed up on time. If I had more work to do I would not hesitate to have them do another job for us. Great company, great people.

I am happy with the work completed at 3 of my locations last week, they worked on my porch void fills, sidewalks and driveway lifts. All are almost back to the original setting and I didn’t realize how bad they were till being put back into place. Work was done promptly and everything cleaned up very quickly. I would recommend their work to anyone looking.

Great local company that understands what they’re doing. Hard to find these days. Garage pad had settled and they were able to get it back within millimeters of proper height. Very satisfied, and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Remember, always go local first over the national chains.

They were on time and worked efficiently to fill the space under my porch. Scott was very helpful and patient answering my questions both before and after the job.

The absolute worst experience ever. They came and lifted my pad and it feel within a year. They have lifted it 3 times and now say it's not there problem that it fell again. Spoke with a gentleman named Scott i believe. Was rude and disrespectful. Say there was nothing he could do it's out of warranty. Beware they don't honor there work. They take your money and run. Next step call my lawer I guess. They definitely need to learn customer service and work with people

I am very happy with the work that was done on my porch and sidewalk. It's almost back to the original setting. For it being 19 yrs old that's saying something. Workers were very professional and personable. Work was done and everything cleaned up in 1 1/2 hrs. Would gladly recommend.

We had scott come out and give us a estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. Two weeks later a crew of 4 men came out to do the work. I wanted to see how they would raise the sunken driveway. They tolerated me watching and asking questions as they worked. The crew was very professional and well organized. Finished project was amazing they were able to raise the apron of our driveway 2 + inches and fix parts that were sunken further out. I will recommend these guys to neighbors experiencing the same problems. Thanks again

Lift-Rite has mudjacked our driveway and our front steps. In both cases, the concrete slabs they had to to work with were cracked and deteriorated and difficult to work with without causing more damage. Nevertheless, they did a fantastic job with very careful attention to detail and fine adjusting and got things back pretty close to exactly where they should be. Their bids were lower than others we got and yet their work was superb. Also, they were easy to communicate with and even more importantly, they were clear up front about how much to expect, meaning they didn't overpromise perfection where that wasn't possible given prior damage or deteriorated materials. It has been 3 years since the driveway and things have pretty much stayed where they put them. They are an excellent company to work with and in both cases, they cleaned up any mess they had created leaving nothing at all for the homeowner to have to do later. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone with a problem with concrete slabs which may be tilted or cracked but are yet ready to totally replace them. They can make things look 90% better for 20% or even less of the cost of replacement.
who has a driveway or other concrete that is out of alignment. All their personnel were polite and professional and did their level best to do the best job they possibly could.

Lift Rite did a super great job on our front porch and walkway.
They were reasonable also. I'm so glad I chose them. They even had 6 guys come out and did the work in only 45 mintes!! We are very please with what we had done. I highly recommend them!!

From scheduling the estimate through final leveling of my porch and sidewalk, Lift Rite made the entire process easy. I thought the 3 hour window was for an arrival time of the crew….nope! They arrived and completed the entire project within the 3 hour window! The crew was very professional, courteous and cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommend Lift Rite for concrete leveling!!

Our sidewalk, from the front porch to the driveway, had sunk about 2". I called to schedule a consult, Scott came out SAME DAY, told us what was going on, super personable, gave us an estimate, we accepted, I scheduled the work to be done. It was timely, the guys doing the work were hard working, good guys, and viola...all is good...opposed to reaching out to a company the previous week, left a message, and they never called back.
Highly recommend their services. And I appreciate integrity in a business.

We just had our driveway level done along with a sidewalk. Amazing!!! They raised the driveway 3 1/2 inches. Looks like new. The crew were polite and professional. The finish work was a site to see. The cleanup was excellent.

We had patios that were cracked and sinking. Nile came out and said mudjacking would not help. WE REALLY APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY! He could have given us a bid and done work which would not have helped. We would definitely hire them if we had appropriate work.

The process with Lift Rite was professional from start to finish, pricing was very competitive and they were able to complete our job in a matter of weeks from the time they bid it. We had our driveway mud jacked and voids filled under our porch and garage. The crew was fantastic, explained everything we needed to know and accommodated our requests where they could with making the holes minimally visible on the porch. Would absolutely use again, and will recommend!

The crew was very professional and kept me involved every step of the way. My driveway was in very bad shape (as far as settling) and the end result is very satisfying. I got multiple bids and they were the most competitive by far. The whole repair was complete in 1 hour. After the job was complete, the site was cleaned like no one was ever there. The payment process was very easy as well, everything was done electronically with the software on the crew leaders work phone. My paid receipt was emailed to me before we were done discussing the cure time. I would recommend Lift Rite to anyone. The office made sure I had all my questions answered from start to finish.

Accomplished lifting my back patio and did a good job of that,
but sprayed considerable product into the basement, which required a great deal of cleanup. There should have been a worker assigned to make sure that kind of thing don't happen. A simple spot check would have been appropriate/

We are pleased with our 2nd encounter with a mud jacking job. One thing that I would be in favor of would be to have a service to seal the joints that had to be opened for proper jacking for our wide driveway. We were told how to seal them however. Thanks and we did refer your company to others.

I was happy with the mud jacking, however, their patching of the holes on my aggregate porch was very poor. I understood that the small rock they used would be lighter than the existing rock. However, they didn’t bother to cover the entire area of the patched hole with the rock. I have almost as much area without rock than area with rock. I’m still trying to figure how I can make it look better.

7/14/2021. This is a follow up to my initial 2 star review on 7/8. Within 2 hrs of submitting my initial review, I received a call from Scott with Lift Rite offering to come check out my porch and discuss my concerns. He showed up 1 or 2 days later and redrilled the holes and did a much better job patching them. Based on my overall experience I have raised my rating.

They filled the void below the concrete just outside the back door so I no longer worry about its breaking off from the house. Very reassuring!

Workers arrived a few minutes before scheduled. Were very professional, friendly, respectful. Did their work as requested, and we were pleased with the results. Our sidewalk drains properly now, and the holes drilled for the poly were very small, and not easily noticed. Would recommend this company.

The company did a great job with our sidewalk I would use this company again and I would recommend to others this company did not have a extra fee for a sidewalk repair but the other companies I called wanted the job to be bigger or add extra fee for what they considered a small job.

They were prompt and explained the process thoroughly. They made recommendations on mudjacking our patio and front porch. Did a great job on patching the holes. Very satisfied with the job they performed.

The crew arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up after the job. They were very pleasant and respectful of our property. They ended up using more material to complete the job than they estimated, but didn't add it to the bill, which was very reasonable to begin with. All in all the process was much better than I thought it would be.

Got a quote from Naill of $1000 for the porch and sidewalk. Told Naill I only wanted the sidewalk done and he said he would have a new quote sent to me for just the sidewalk. I called when I didn't get the new quote and I left a message. I was never called back and given a new quote. If the job was too small that is all they needed to say. Your coupon says $50.00 off of any job of $400 or more. That is very misleading if you are not even going to quote the smaller job. I would not recommend your company to my senior friends since I do not believe you are an honest company.

Purchased a home last month, and the previous owner used Lift Rite to level a sidewalk as a condition of the purchase. The good - the leveling was done properly. The bad - there was a significant gap left between the sidewalk and the side of the house, which they made no attempt to remedy. There was also intermittent filling of a gap between the sidewalk and the front stoop. When asked to remedy this, they informed me that they were not responsible for this portion, only the leveling itself. They did however inform me of a $20 fix that I could do myself which worked well - however, the fact that they weren't willing to commit an additional $20 in effort on an $1100 job for customer satisfaction (and decent appearance of the finished product) speaks volumes.

Finally - they president of my HOA witnessed their truck leaving a significant mess in the street while performing the work. After complaints, they sent out a person to remedy the mess, however there was no real improvement.

Overall - yes, they did the work contracted to do, but the professionalism and overall appearance of the work could have been significantly better. Very disappointed.

My recommendation - shop elsewhere.

We are very pleased with the service we received today. Gary and his crew were friendly and professional. They worked hard and were finished in no time. They cleaned up well and it was like they were never there. We are very pleased with the work done on our driveway. Gary and his crew were very nice to work with. We would recommend them.

These guys are professionals. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Every part of this company knows what they’re doing. The office personal had great communication. The guy that came to bid the work was right on time and knew exactly what I wanted. The crew ran like a well oiled machine. On work day they showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Definitely recommend these folks!

I was extremely happy with the work that was done at my home. I had a portion of my porch slab that was beginning to wash out underneath. When I finally made my decision to use LiftRite, I was able to schedule with Angie via email for 2 weeks out but she was going to keep me on call too. I have a two car garage that was two and a half inches higher than my driveway from years of neglect on my part, it was like going over a bump when entering my garage. Not any more!! We had two areas that needed mudjacking; our garage floor and a concrete slab that a sunroom was installed on that had begun to sink. Corey came out to give us a estimate and laser measured everything to make sure to get the slab even. We had several other companies give us bids and Liftrite stood out from them all. These guys are awesome!! I had a flat tire and they saw us pulled over and helped us change our tire so we were back on the road in no time at all.

Lift Rite did a great job leveling several of our patio slabs. They were honest, the price was fair and they cleaned up well. They also entertained my kids through the door while I did things inside lol. They gave good recommendations on aftercare and what we could do to protect our patio in the future. We would highly recommend them for future jobs.

I called and setup an appointment. From the first visit being the appraisal, the gentlemen was on time and explained the process. First part of the process was smooth. Then day of work - the crew was on-time and explained everything that they were going to do, the crew chief went over the whole process and just got it done. Everything lifted beautifully and these guys were done in 2 hours. They cleaned up everything and the job was complete. From start to finish these company was rock solid and I would recommend them to anyone.

After assessing our sinking concrete he told us it would not be right for him to accept the job because of how bad the issue was. Had we gone with his system it would have continued to sink and we would have been out quite a bit of money. We were very appreciative with his honesty and professionalism.
