Atlas is doing the rebuild of mine and my dad's house after a total loss fire. I couldn't ask for a better company. From doing the inventory, getting all the permits, working with our insurance they've helped ease the burden. Marvin is a great guy with the knowledge to go with him. While I obviously don't recommend a house fire, they do your basic remodels as well. Truly a great company to work with. Professional, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and just a great company.

We had a very bad storm that damaged our roof, they worked with our insurance and very quickly we had our new roof and among some other things put on. Very professional and helpful, and our roof looks amazing. Thank you!

About my flooded basement ... After an immediate frozen pipe remediation from St Louis' January few weeks in the deep freeze by that '...like it never happened' group, ATLAS was picked for the restoration. Field estimator (Chris) was flexible AND interested in what I wanted to happen - as opposed to what they were actually going to do. Worked well with my Insurance Adjuster. My on-site manager turned out to be a genuine craftsman more concerned with doing it well (& correctly) instead of fast just to get it done and move on. Granted, it wasn't a high demand environment, like a kitchen, so time was on my side. Office staff (Ann & Jeanette) were very helpful and both responsive and sympathetic. Not to tempt fate or the turmoil gods, but they are my "crew of choice" ... for the NEXT TIME???? !!

I'm not sure where to begin to spread the word regarding the great service we received from Atlas Restoration. Their team of experts in their fields like Phil Damole and Anne Kretzler along with the talented workers all pulled together to assist us getting back into our home in a timely manner. Atlas Restoration was amazing. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve 2022 around 12:30am. They showed up to our condo, had to search for the source of the water, which was in another unit. They got the water turned off and began cleaning up. They were at our condo until 10:30pm, again it was Christmas Eve. What dedication and professionalism! Thank you we will never forget!

A fire that starts in the middle of the night is, in itself, devastating. Fortunately no one was injured, but the structure was a loss. 1-800-BoardUp was recommended by the fire department. As soon as the fire department gave their approval, everything was boarded up and secured. They recommended Annie Kretzler and Marvin Dimole for the restoration. We are so glad we followed that recommendation, as they both were nothing less than excellent. Thank you!!

The team at Atlas are the best. Annie, Marvin, and Blake are dependable and always on top of any problem. Annie can solve any issues, and takes the time to explain everything in a way to make everyone understand exactly what is happening. They are a great team to work with on many fronts.

What would I have done without Board Up and Annie Kretzler? Jeff from Board up was there in about 40 minutes. The Firefighters suggested I call someone to board up my house but I didn’t know who to call. One of their suggestions was Board up. He suggested I call Annie Kretzler with Altas Restoration and I did. She came out same day and gave me an idea of what to expect. I had no idea. We had never had any problems at our home. She gave me
an idea of what to expect and she was
correct about the insurance response. She sent Gail and her hard working crew out to begin the clean up and restoration. I am so grateful. We will be in our restored home so much sooner with her help and Marvin Damole. I appreciate and highly recommend your company.

We had a fire and they did a rebuild of our condo. They were very responsive and professional. The work was done well and we are very pleased with the results.

This year water damage occurred at several condominium associations that I manage. Atlas Restoration, specifically Phil Damole and Anne Kretzler have been there to keep me in the loop as work progressed through mitigation and remediation. Communication both from the field and the office was top notch. The professionalism was superior, not once did I have to worry about a project. I will continue to utilize Atlas and encourage others do so as well.

So this past Christmas we had a pipe burst in our house were 75%of our house was destroyed.
We called many I mean everyone, and Alta’s is the only one that called back. Was prompt with helping us get our house back in order. Annie and Marvin came in and cleaned out our house and started putting it back in order immediately. They also said if have questions call and believe me, I called all the time they always answered. We’re always helpful.

when my house burned to the ground i was devastated. 1800 board up was called i met jeff he did a excellent job securing my house. as i was talking to jeff the night of the fire he recoomended Atlas Restoration to me. I met Marvin Dimole who i hired to rebuild my house he is very professional and nice .I met wth anne Kretzel who did the inventory on my house she did a excellent job and was very compassionate about her job. I was at my house and watched a burned out wreck turn into a very beautiful house. my garage was completely burned down Marvin Eric Anne and all the workers who were at my house were awesome they took a completely burned down house and turned it into the best looking house on my block. Everyone who sees my house say it looks gorgeous. If you need any work done I highly reccommend Atlas Restorations .

Blake was especially wonderful to work with and the crew was amazing. My cabinets and backsplash look so beautiful now and I will have them back to work on all my other projects!

After surfacing water damage from storm, I engaged Atlas Restoration for roofing, siding and gutters as well as interior repairs/mold remediation. Blake Partney, project manager, is excellent in communications skills. Although an issue surfaced with shower install; representing Atlas, he actively stands behind the work/quality of his team members/warranty and is reliable in his commitment to issue resolution.

I’m so grateful for the way Atlas handled my restoration after my house was flooded! Annie K is truly an angel! Everyone at Atlas went above and beyond to help me get through a difficult time. They’ve earned my trust and any future business—I strongly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about Atlas! My basement flooded due to sewer backup. I called and they promptly sent Anne Kretzler to assess the damage. She was respectful, kind and compassionate. She assured me that thy would do a great job. She explained their procedure thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered.
An excellent team was sent out. Sherri, Kristen and Jess came. They were thoughtful and methodical about the procedure. They made the utmost effort with everything they went through and evaluated as damaged and documented each item. Great care was taken in organizing the things that were still good and could be saved.
They were cheerful and optimistic. I truly believe they love what they do!

A house fire is devastating, humbling, frustrating, scary, and can be a slow process. The Atlas team from board up, personal property, and reconstruction were awesome. Excellent experience. The project stayed within our budget and time frame. Anne Ketzler and Sherri Michaelis were professional as well as easy to work with. Their team handled their job responsibilities professionally and respectfully and were kind and caring.

The ATLAS Restoration Specialists, Inc. (Sunpark Drive) team consisted of Jeff Boeving (Board-up Manager), Annie Kretzler (Contents Manager), and Philip Damole (Project Manager). The managers and their respective teams were very professional. The team comprised of dedicated personnel to secure and stabilize the residence along with the physical packing of contents of my entire home and rebuilding were exceptional. The daunting job of sorting through numerous household items and personal property in austere conditions in limited lighting and extreme heat conditions was handled well. Items were sorted and packaged by room without damage for storage.

My project manager informed me of the work necessary for repairs to get the home back to the current state prior to the major accident. I was briefed on each step of the way as repairs were accomplished and inspected. I was kept abreast of any delays with the project completion date. An estimated completion time was given and I was physically able to move back into my house before schedule. My home looked brand new. You could not tell my home was damaged with the seamless repairs utilizing new materials.

My family was displaced due to a tree that fell on our house. Annie was in charge of our move-out and helped us through the insurance claim. Annie was very responsive and did a great job explaining how the process worked. She walked us through the whole process and helped us each step of the way. Although it was a very difficult time, Annie made this part of it much easier.

Six months after moving into our home we experienced a sewage backup that required extensive clean up, entire basement refloored and painted. Atlas Restoration (Sunpark) was the best company for the job.
From start to finish, we could not have had better people getting our basement livable again.
Phillip was thorough, honest, and dependable and Annie... well she went over and beyond to assist me and make sure my belongings were restored.

Well, unfortunately, I had a fire and no sooner than the fire department was just getting done board up was already here and a guy named Jeff had my house secured in no time, and I lost so much. He even got me a hotel room up the road for me and my two dogs. The next morning I had the pleasure of meeting with a young lady from Atlas her name was Annie there’s not enough words that can describe, her upmost professionalism with the role she has.
Annie reassured me, Everything’s gonna be OK. It’s a very dramatic experience to go through and she walked me through every step of the way. Her and her team had all my contents boxed up ready to be sent off to be cleaned in a blink of a eye. Then she had another crew come in and clean everything out of my house that was destroyed in the fire. They did a very thorough job. I couldn’t ask for a better person to meet at my lowest point in my life I was lost and confused and didn’t know what I was going to do next but Annie is a godsend. I could not have done it without her. She is truly an amazing woman that knows her job through and through she didn’t hesitate to help anyway she could. Hopefully, whoever is reading this, this will help you in your time of need.

Had a fire at my house that caused extensive damage. I was numb and in shock. Anne and Marvin from Atlas were godsends. They came right in and assured me everything would be made right. They knew exactly what needed to be done and would be there to walk me through the entire process. And, they did! My home is beautiful again! Everyone at Atlas was terrific! This company was definitely a weight off of my family shoulders…. The workers were great and very professional they were very thorough and informative about the entire process. I have heard of many companies but was not sure who our insurance company was going to send us.. If I could give this a zero star I would. Had a brand new house essentially from framing by them. Our shower doors don’t stay closed because they are so un-level. We have drywall cracking everywhere. In our hall bathroom, the shower door can’t even be opened because the brackets holding the glass are colliding. The quality of work by the company is sub par. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you plan on sticking thousands out of your own pocket into the work they just “completed.” They also never came back and installed our gable vents so we have plywood instead. We also woke up this morning to a live wire on fire on the back side of our house because they tied a wire into our bedroom receptacle and ran the other end outside into the dirt. Our whole house could’ve caught fire and killed our family.

Brandon Cassidy handled the restoraration of my condo and the 2 condos below me for water damage. Brandon is an amazing guy and a real go-getter. He even gave me a tap on the shoulder and some advice when my insurance company started playing games. He has tons of experience, you can't go wrong with this guy.

I am a Property Manager with one of the largest multi-family management companies in the St. Louis area. I met Brandon with Atlas Restoration 5 years ago, since then Brandon has handled over 44 water losses for me in multiple complexes. The reason I continue to call Brandon is I know he will take care of my Association and my owners with honesty and integrity. Water losses and fires don’t always happen Monday – Friday during business hours. It doesn’t matter what time I call or text Brandon he always responds. Atlas is onsite in most cases in less than an hour with drying equipment and friendly faces at my owners doors. Brandon also explains in detail to the owner what to expect and he will even talk to their insurance agent if needed. A small water leak can turn into a huge project if not taken care of quickly. Getting Atlas on site at the first sign of trouble is your best call.

I woke up to a water line break damaging my kitchen, dining room, bathroom and my insurance company recommended Atlas Restoraton to restore my home. Brandon worked with the insurance company to be sure everything was repaired or replaced. The workers were very professional and did an excellent job making my kitchen and dining room look brand new.

I would recommend Atlas to anyone wanting quality work done in their home.

We had water damage from a malfunctioning sump pump. I thought I could take care of the drying of the carpeting which was a huge mistake. It started to smell no matter how many fans I used, day and night. Atlas was referred to me by my insurance company and what a breath of FRESH air the Project Manager was. The work was done with no inconvenience to us and the job was excellent in repairs. I highly recommend them. In my line of work I have had to use other companies and terrible process.
The final job looked beautiful. I was very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work and courtesy. Jeff and Tony were outstanding. Thanks Guys.
