We had new shingles installed on our home in 2017, and the job was at the time satisfactory. This year (2025) we developed water damage to the ceiling inside our home. An inspector from our insurance company examined the roof and attic and found that the water was leaking from where the shingles were apparently slit to go over the top of the safety rings that protrude from inside the attic, then were sealed with silicone calk. The inspector said that otherwise, the shingles were in good condition. The calk has aged (7 years) and pulled away, allowing the leak. I called the company to ask if the workmanship and materials might be covered by a warranty. I talked to a lady named Amie and explained what had happened, to which she replied "and how is that my problem? That is a maintenance issue. We have had a lot of hail and wind damage." I really didn't have much hope that the company would offer any compensation, but I really didn't expect such a impolite response. I would think most companies would use a better rated silicone calk that is commonly available and rated for a longer period of time, and certainly would not expect to have to hire someone to periodically climb up on the roof to inspect the silicone calking. I think the roofers would have advised me if this would be an issue.

We worked with Troy on getting our roof replaced following a hail storm. He was awesome to work with. He is honest, responsive, thorough, and gets the job done on time. Zero hiccups with Troy working with our insurance company. With so many roofing companies who canvas following a hail storm, know that you can rely upon Armour to do things right. Troy will always be our first call for all future needs related to roofing and exteriors.

My rep James McCarthy correctly identified that the claim was worth pursuing with the insurance company, as opposed to the second roofing company's inspector who doubted it and recommended against placing a claim.
Then James did everything he promised, and even exceeded those promises.
He was patient with my insurance company and my online-only mortgage company to get paid.

This company was great. The roof on our 2800 Sf House was done in a day. James McCarthy coordinated with my carrier and was incredibly transparent about the process. Top notch!!!!

Perfect. That is the word that Aurora City inspector used after his inspection. Armour started and finished replacing our roof in one day. Shawn, our project leader liked hearing that as he was over to do a second sweep on the cleanup, leaving our yard perfectly like it was before the work started. The crew and the materials arrived exactly when expected and while the work is not exactly quiet, it did not cause any problems. James, our Project Manager helped us work with our insurance company throughout the process.
Needless to say, we highly recommend Armour to anyone needing roof work or a replacement done. How could you not like perfect?

They came out and did an inspection with no problems. They sent me a complete report. We filed a claim with our insurance company and set up an appointment for all 3 parties to meet during the Claims Adjuster inspection. Armour Roofing never showed up, never returned my text or phone calls. Looks like we need to find another company.

This company was recommended me by my friend. From the beginning everything went opposite direction once this company missed appointment with Adjustor from insurance company. And everybody knows that insurance companies will try to find million reasons to not cover property damage. After a while roofing company Adjustor asked to do second inspection with insurance company. While insurance companies Adjustor was on the roof doing inspection Mark Sandoval again messed up everything and instead being next to insurance agent on the roof was just sitting
outside that caused another refusal for roof coverage. All my neighbors already had roof replacement I’m still fighting with insurance. Since our last conversation with Mark in July he told me that the last option will be to hire a public Adjustor and he will take care of it and never called me back. I understand that your company has many job to be done ok area and you don’t wanna waste a time. That’s why I won’t recommend to hire this company. Thank you for terrible experience.

Troy has been nothing short of amazing to work with. This was our first home claim and he helped us through every step. He took care of dealing with insurance and didn’t take a penny more from us than insurance paid for. We’re beyond happy being in his care and would use him, and his subcontractor Jason, again.

What can I say about this company? They are A W E S O M E. Last year, I had a minor leaking and reached out to three roofing companies, including Armour, via the website. Armour was the only one that responded immediately, and Shawn stopped by to inspect the leak the next day. I was impressed, and they became my "go-to" roofing company. Earlier this year, there was another leaking. I knew who to reach out to. Armour! Shawn came by and noticed hail damage during the 15-point roof inspection. He had James check them out. In the end, they recommended filing a claim with my insurance company. At first, I felt overwhelmed since everything was new to me as a first-time homeowner. James did a great job making it easier by taking care of working with the insurance company after my claim went through. I sat back and let him do the work. These guys are fantastic. The proposal was clearly detailed and understandable - far more so than competitors we compared with. Solid service. We had a hail storm and our insurance guy told us to get bids from a couple local companies. Armour was already in the neighborhood doing another estimate and came by right away- with the owner, the PM and the adjuster/sales guy. I was very impressed with their experience and knowledge about the claims process. The second company came out a few hours later and send a 20-something guy who completely underwhelmed me, and the choice was clear. Armour knew we had leaks in parts of the roof and were able to move us up on the schedule before winter hit. James also worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get our claim documented and approved with minimal out of pocket expense. The guys came and installed a fairly large roof in one day and cleaned the entire property of all the nails and debris (not everyone does this!!!?!). Overall a very good experience!

Exceptional experience! We had a contractor replace our siding and the fascia under the drip edge. After the job was completed, I noticed the shingles were lifted in areas and things just didn't look right. I called Armour Roofing to have them come inspect the roof and ensure everything was good. Within an hour of calling, someone was at my house and did a thorough inspection of my roof, drip edge and gutters. He found shingles along the rakes were loose and that a section of drip edge was missing. While he didn't have to, because this was just a free inspection, he took the time to fix some of the bad areas and then took pictures of the rest for me to share with our contractor. Wonderful guy - honest, thorough and friendly!

James was very responsive and helped get info to the insurance company. They made is super easy to manage the project, even though I now live out of state. They did what they said when they said they'd do it for the price we agreed on.

Their work was so nice we hired them twice. When we decided to sell our house in Loveland, we wanted to make sure it was safe and secure so we had it painted, and new windows, gutters and roof installed. Armour Roofing was recommended by some co-workers so we contacted them. They explained the product selection, options (like roof vents), their installation methods, timeframe, and warranties. Their price was competitive (we got 3 estimates) so we contracted with them. They got the permit, delivered the materials the day prior to installation, and completed the roof and gutters in one day as promised. The Armour team was amazing -- fast, efficient, and did a thorough clean up (very important). We were so impressed we had them do our home in Erie with the same sterling results. From the time that I met James McCarthy from Armour he put me at ease. He performed a very thorough inspection of my roofing and provided me with over a hundred photos. I told him how my insurance company had declined my hail damage claim a year prior to his inspection. He reassured me that he would be by my side the entire time as I reopened my claim. He not only convinced the insurance adjuster that was assigned to my reopened case that I needed a new roof, he was able to convince the adjuster that the items that the insurance company wanted to deny should be covered. When it came time for the roofing to be replaced, the crew from Armour showed up right on time and in one day had the roof ripped off and replaced. I was extremely impressed. I could not have been more satisfied with Armour from the first meeting with James up through the actual replacement of my roof. I highly recommend Armour.

FANTASTIC experience with Shawn and the Armour Roofing team! Our first snow of the season led to a dripping ceiling. Made a call and Shawn was in touch with me up through his on time arrival this morning. He did a complete check of the roof, sealed up the areas that either were causing the leak issues or had the potential to cause future leak issues and replaced a couple of cracked tiles. I went from a fear of a repair or replacement in the thousands of dollars to a very reasonable service and repair call. Armour Roofing is highly rated with Team Dave Logan and I'm happy to see on Google as well. Honest, fair and prompt ... that's what you want from a contractor. I had Marc Sandoval from Armour Roofing come out to look at what I thought was a weird issue with my roof. He was so responsive and helpful! He checked out my roof and immediately told me what the issue was and more importantly what the fix was. Since my house is so new I wanted to talk to the builder about fixing it. There was no hard sell. Marc gave me a ballpark cost if the builder would not cover it. I will surely be calling Armour Roofing the next time I need anything done to my roof.

I worked with James M to have my roof replaced at one of my rental homes. As I live out of state, James worked tirelessly with my insurance and rental management companies to meet up with them and work through the paperwork. Although we struggled through weather issues and changing of insurance agents, James was persistent to complete the job. I didn't have to lift a finger! He was able to negotiate with my insurance company so that it didn't cost me anything out of pocket.

We got some bad hail and Shawn inspected the roof for hail damage, however, there wasn't enough damage but he was able to do a roof tune up and blew out my gutters. Super professional and honest! I would recommend Armour to anyone who needs help with their roof!

Retained Armour to re-roof three of our duplex units. My original contact with James was informative and professional . He was there to assist throughout the re-roofing process. The company arrived as promised, the work was completed in three days. The supervisor, Sean, was on top of the process and was always available for questions and to inform me of the progress. I could not have expected a more competent and professional installation. After the re-roofing was complete James and Sean was immediately available for any necessary followup. A minor incident occurred with an independent contractor, and Armour took full responsibility without question. Fantastic company. We will retain their services in the future to re-roof the remainder of our units.

I called Armour yesterday and told them we had spotted some water marks in the high ceiling in our entryway and asked if someone could inspect our roof to see what the problem was. The receptionist told me that they would have one of their inspectors call me to make an appointment. Twenty minutes later, I was called by Shawn who said he could come the next day to inspect the roof. Shawn arrived on time, observed the water spots in the house, and then inspected the roof. He found a small area above the water spots that appeared likely to be the cause of the leak. He repaired the area and provided instructions on how we should monitor the ceiling to be assured that the problem was addressed. I couldn't have been more impressed. What a great company.

From beginning to end, Troy kept me informed and was a complete professional. He even made sure I understood my insurance policy and what it was/wasn't covering when my insurance agent failed to do so. My roof was replaced earlier and faster than expected and everything was cleaned up exceedingly well. I would highly recommend Troy and his team!

Brian helped us navigate through a insurance claim for our roof and siding. He went above and beyond to work directly with the insurance company and keep us up to speed with where we were in the process. Once all of that was settled Armour did a great job and finished very quickly. We have a large roof and they finished completely in one day! They provided a high quality product and installation. After completion their supervisor followed up and made sure we were happy with the install. Very pleased and highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Crew came out and did entire roof in one day. That was great. However. They did a poor job when we repoted a drip over our front door where none existed before. They came out a few times. Never repaired. Slopped a bunch of caulking all over. Looks like hell and still drips. Different roofing company is now fixing their screw up for me. They took one look, explained what was needed, and repairing the mess. Of course. Have to pay an additional 50 bucks to clean up Armours silicone sloppy work.

I cannot remember the last time I had such a great experience from any vendor! They were professional, timely, quality conscious, and flexible. They also do not nickel and dime you on other things they may find needing attention. They just fix it!!

Shawn Kennedy with Armour Roofing came out and inspected a problem I was having with a leak on my deck roof. We are contractors are self and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the ability to get the repair on our roof done the same day they came out ! I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family and if there’s anything else I need I will be going with armor !

We are in the process of moving and needed to have our roof looked at. Amy came out to look at it and sent our realtor a quote of $350 worth of work to certify the roof for 5 more years. Based on that we moved forward with the sale of our house. When they actually came to do the work we were told that they could not honor the quote. Our realtor reached out to see what they would do to make it right and they said they will be doing nothing and gave us a quote for a full roof replacement of $7000! They did this just 1 week before closing on our house!

Tried to talk with Team Dave Logan people. They said the contacted the owner and he said the didn't think it was ethical to certify the roof for 5 years and the roof needed to be replaced. Very unhelpful especially because I provided them the documentation that Amy gave to us.

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake but instead of owning up to it and making it right they tried to get $7000 from us because we were only 1 week away from closing. Will not use again and certainly won't recommend to anyone! Do not want someone else to get stuck with this issue.

We had Armour Roofing replace our roof after hail damage and they did an amazing job. They were very communicative during the whole process and the new roof turned out fantastic. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Hail damage required a roof replacement. Shane and Marc are amazing to work with. The pricing is very competitive, but the professionalism and quality of workmanship is superb! The crew was courteous, efficient and extremely clean. I have yet to find even one nail in the rocks or yard! The roof was completely done in one day- tear down to rebuild! No leaks, and it looks great! Give them a try- you won't be disappointed!

Called and requested an estimate for roof damage. Shawn came out and check the roof. He completed an inspection and repaired a few minor things. Honest company!!! Another company came out and wanted $550.00 to repair the roof. I would definitely use this company again!!!
