Never, in my almost 40 years of living here and having had my share of roofing done on my home have I experienced such a phenomenal experience with a roofing company.

Lora Abernathy showed up to give me quote on the metal roof and then proceeded to ask me about the roof on my home and the two Tuff sheds in my backyard.

She took hundreds of photos, was very meticulous in her assessments, held my hand throughout the entire process, was detail oriented in explaining everything, showed up many times to check on the progress; she is just very level-headed, laid back in her approach, coordinated with the claims adjuster, the type of salesperson who everyone dreams of dealing with.

The best thing during this whole experience is that I rarely had to be in contact with the insurance company. Lora and Right Way took care of ALL of that. Mostly what I did was just forwarded e-mails from my insurance company to Lora, and she took over from there.

She even got an extension from the insurance company because of the time it takes to order material and actually receive it, have it delivered, and work started/completed. EVERYTHING went so smoothly!

The workers were on time, quick, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Due to the hail storm and them advocating on our behalf, we were able to get the roof and gutters replaced, and the house repainted.

I personally contacted right way roofing through a contact I had made with Blake F., a salesman. Blake was very accommodating to my schedule and was eager to be able to help me determine if I was in need of a new roof. We agreed on a time and he arrived exactly on time, dressed nice and was very professional.
Blake wasted no time and had is ladder set up and was on the roof checking and marking things out. After a thorough inspection Blake informed me that my roof had no problems and that I could rest easy knowing that everything was fine.
What I appreciate more than anything is his honesty. Blake could have been dishonest and tried to make a buck, but he demonstrated good character by being honest. When the time comes for me to get a new roof, you had better bet that im calling Blake to come do the work!

I had a leak in my guest bathroom coming from a roof vent. The team came out, did a thorough inspection, found the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. Everyone was extremely professional and really cared about my home. I recommend this company for anyone who has roof issues, they will take care of you from start to finish.

Sean and Ashton have been doing work in our neighborhood and multiple customers on our street have had their roofs and gutters paid for. But after they inspected our roof they informed me I already have a class 4 impact Resistant roof. Which held up Considerably better than our neighbors. They were very knowledgeable and honest!!! A lesser company would’ve charged me for their time and provided no beneficial information after seeing there was no roof damage to repair. They appreciated the opportunity to give me a free inspection and even helped remount our fake-bird deterrent owl on top of our roof. Even though our roof is relatively new and showing no damage, this is a business card Ive kept for future use. They are honest, local professionals that understand the importance of being honest and providing the best possible service.

It was two long days of continuous hard work by the crew. What really impressed me was the diligent clean up when the job was done. Not one scrap of evidence that they had even been here.

Excellent work from start to finish. I had a leak in my roof that was damaging the ceiling in my kitchen. I had previously hired a roofing contractor from Denver who came out, went on the roof, charged me, but never fixed the problem. I was worried about having to start this process over again. Eli King was our Sales Representative and Project Manager. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the differences and features that are important. We had incorrect products delivered to us and he personally went and brought the correct products and took care of returning the incorrect products. Despite some issues, he made sure that the project was completed on time. He was willing to do whatever it takes to get things done and keep me as a happy customer. Had a great experience working with Eli King at Right Way Roofing. He came out and completed an inspection on our roof and provided a certification to our insurance company showing we have an impact resistant roof which saves us over $600 annually on our insurance premium. We were selling our house and the roof was in need of replacement. Colton worked on a very short time frame and was able to get it done in very short order. His crew was very courteous and did a great job of both protecting the plants and clean up after they finished. I would recommend these guys.
