Diligent Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof in July 2024 after the hailstorm on May 30, 2024. Phil was easy to work with and saw the job through from beginning to end. Freddy and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof and were meticulous in their cleanup. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a new roof.

I had a fantastic experience with Diligent Roofing replacing my roof! I had been putting off a roof replacement after my neighbor's roofing company left a huge mess in my yard and was unpleasant to deal with. Diligent Roofing had great communication, was professional at every step of the process, did a great job on our roof and didn't leave a mess anywhere! I've always felt hesitant to trust roofing companies, and am so glad I've finally found one I can trust.

Needed to have the roof checking after hailing storm. 2 company people came and advised to replace roof but this guy Ben checked and advised that no need to replace. just fix shingles enough and did that. I don't see any issues. Ben was a great project manager and Fredis the owner was amazing in helping complete all of the work. We ended up no needing to replace roof. The work crew was quick and efficient in completing the work. I strongly advise these skilled people defiantly use them again in the future for our roofing needs. I strongly advise these people for you too.

Diligent Roofing replaced our roof after the microburst storm that hit our house back in July of 2023. Fredis made the process very easy, working directly with our insurance and ensuring the roof and gutters were replaced promptly. Our neighborhood got hit with damage due to the high winds on April 6th which blew off our chimney cap. I called Fredis and he came out a few days later to reinstall the cap at no charge. I highly recommend Diligent Roofing to anyone who has to replace their roof!

Was on hook for replacing 30 year old roof as part of the sale of my house. Received multiple bids from many different roofers, the highest of which was 20 squares for $15K. As it was a contingency of the sale, buyer was adamant the chosen roofer had ALL the proper credentials, contractors licenses and references. I had to toss the lowest bid because the roofer was a sub-contractor, and just didn’t have the proper credentials. Diligent not only did their best for me to get as close to this original number as they possibly could, but also proved to be a CHAMP in dealing with the title company and buyer’s agent. Diligent took it upon themselves to “snatch up the ball”, run with it and give the powers that be everything they needed to prove competence, and well before they even had to be asked to produce it! This reduced my stress phenomenally, and allowed me to concentrate on packing. They completed the roof in ONE day (10.5 hours total) and the roof looks AMAZING. I don’t typically leave reviews but WOW, Diligent is DILIGENT and saved my butt, BIGTIME.

I've had the pleasure of working with Freddy and Ben of Diligent Roofing for over 2 years. I met them through a client. I own a small real estate agency in Denver. Through that meet, they addressed a small roof leak at my home. It was a small leak, and these two took nearly 2 hours of creative inspection work to identity where it was coming from. After the problem was solved they even re-placed my trex deck, looking the same as it did prior.

Seven of our clients have used Diligent over the last 12 months for full roof replacements, spot repairs, etc. All have been very happy with the outcome, as well as the cost and communication from Ben and Freddy.

They are good people, excellent contractors and I'm glad to have them associated to our team.

Freddie, the owner, was transparent and very professional. He hopped on my houses' roof, took pictures to verify the roof tile damage, and patiently explained what needed repair and why. It is refreshing to do business with a candid owner. I highly recommend Freddie!

The work was done quickly and professionally. They came right out and fixed some issues with sealing, flashing and shingles that a previous roofer did very poorly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I know there are so many roofing companies to choose from, but Diligent offered amazing customer service, from the initial assessment, to working with my insurance company, to getting quick permits and approvals, to caring for my landscaping during the roofing process and exceptional clean up of the work site. It's been a pleasure working with the Diligent Roofing folks. At the start of every roofing project, they provide a folder full of educational information about the upcoming job, what it entails, expected completion date and contact information in case of questions. Ben, the project manager, has been wonderful to work with as well. He explains all the project phases ahead of time along with associated costs which, in my opinion, are very reasonable. Ben represents the company and the trade very well; he followed up after completing the project every time. Ben with Diligent Roofing is great to work with. I had a couple of clients that needed repairs, and he was able to come out quickly and make recommendations. Then he was able to complete the repairs quickly as well.

Very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the insurance process. John and his team were very polite and did an excellent job at re roofing my house after a cat 4 storm blasted through Lake Charles, Louisiana. I would definitely call them again if I needed roof work in the future.

Diligent Roofing came and inspected my roof recently. I don’t normally post reviews but felt compelled too because of the service and advice given from Ben. Ben was fast to call me back and came to my house at the time discussed. After thoroughly inspecting my roof he came down and showed me pictures of troublesome areas, explaining to me what he suspected happened. We talked for a bit about the different roof damage he sees and how things typically work with insurance companies and finally recommending that I wait to get my roof replaced! Imagine that, a sales person actually given me honest advice. Needless to say I had already prepared myself to call my insurance company but apparently no need to at this time. Amazing customer experience and when we have any issues with our roof again Ben and Diligent will be our first call.

Ben and his team helped manage every step of my insurance claim for hail damage. Even though the damage it happened the previous year Ben was able to partner effectively with the insurance company and other contractors to ensure not only the roofing work was done to standard but everything else was attended to as well.

Ben and Diligent Roofing helped me in January with an old roof that had lots of hail damage over the years. Their professionalism, quality, and speed to start/finish work with quality was amazing. I have never had a better experience than what I got from Diligent roofing. It was a nice perk to get some good impact resistant shingles to prevent damage from the next hail storm. Ben did a great job working with my insurance, so I didn't have to do much at all.

Needed to have the roof replaced at our new home. Ben was a great project manager and Fredis the owner was amazing in helping complete all of the work. We ended up needing quite a bit of work including all new decking. the old decking you could see crack and flex when it was walked on. The work crew was quick and efficient in completing the work. This was our second experience with Diligent and we would defiantly use them again in the future for our roofing needs.

We recently had to replace our roof - including the decking which didn't meet Denver code. I hired Diligent and am thrilled with the results. They were professional, detail-oriented and got the job done quickly! Carlo's customer service is amazing and he always followed up to make sure we were pleased with Diligent's work. I highly recommend them!

First off I must say that our project manager- Ryan was amazing. He was friendly, communicative, and respectful. Ryan was able to help my husband and myself in a pinch when a hail storm hit our house in Colorado terribly in 2018.
However, Ryan no longer works at this company (out of respect for him I will not say why).
First off- I was on a payment plan with this company. I was to pay a certain amount up front and had 6 months from the date of completion to pay the rest. There were supplements with my insurance company that had to be dealt with. This SHOULD have been handled between Diligent roofing Inc and my insurance company. This company multiple times failed to provide documentation to my insurance company for the supplements then questioned me as to why it was taking so long. After countless phone calls back and forth I found out it was on Diligent Roofing for the error. During this time, other parts of our house were damaged and needed supplements (our HVAC). Due to the way the insurance filed the claim, it was all under the same claim information/number.
Misty (the wife of the owner of Diligent Roofing) called my insurance company who stated to her that I received a supplement payment (very similar to the amount they requested). I explained to Misty that the payment issued to me was for our HVAC replacement NOT the roof.
Misty had the audacity to send a nasty email to me as well as a letter from the company stating they would put a lien on my home for non payment within 10 days if we did not pay the money supplemented to me.
This essentially saying we were withholding money from them. In a panic, I sent multiple emails, attempted to call (with no answer) and left countless voicemails. On the 8th day of attempting to contact Misty she stated to me “oh sorry we were in training all week.” I stated to her that she threatened me, even though it was her own error even after sending her screenshots of the supplement information CLEARLY stating it was for HVAC replacement.
She was extremely rude to me every time I spoke with her on the phone and needs better customer service practice.
After I paid the final amount through cashiers check, and even sent her a tracking number I asked her kindly that I would like a final invoice within 48 hours of receiving my final payment. It took her 3 days to even respond saying she received the payment. It took her over a week to send me a final invoice.

This company operates horribly and clearly shows inability to function properly handling supplement payments. Misty is a terribly customer service representative as well as manager. Threatening to place a lien on my home in her error.
I would not recommend anybody using this company and do some research.

Ben from Diligent roofing was great to work with and kept me informed on the process. He gave an estimate, spent time explaining what all needed to be done and the process. The roof replacement went on schedule and they did a good job and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Paul with Diligent was great to work with from the very start of our roof nightmare. He explained the whole process and made sure all our questions where answered and we were at ease before any work started. Freddie and his crew did an awesome job putting the roof on and went above and beyond to make sure that all the new roof hardware matched the color of our new roof instead of just putting up the galvanized ones. The crew laid out tarps over the wife’s flower beds and made sure to keep them protected. Unfortunately in doing so two sprinkler heads got broke but Freddie was all over it and had them both fixed before the days end. Crew did amazing at cleaning up when the job was done. Of course there did not get every single lil piece but all and all I was impressed with the effort they put forth to clean up. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are needing a new roof. Great job gentleman!!!

Diligent Roofing recently replaced our wood shake roof with a beautiful tri-layer composite shingle. We are delighted with the work. Ben B. patiently explained the differences in shingle options, ventilation, and gutter choices. He oversaw our entire project and his attention to detail was much appreciated. The roofers protected our vegetation and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. We highly recommend Ben and his crew.
