Mike Kelly came out after we had a gutter fall down. He was extremely responsive, kind, professional and did a great job fixing it. He was very personable and easy to get along with while also explaining how he fixed. I can't recommend him enough!

These guys are the best! Our HOA uses American Heritage as our maintenance contractor. I reported a roof leak and a siding issue to the HOA who requested American Heritage to come out and inspect the problem and make repairs. Their guys, Alex and Phillipe, showed up on time, identified the problem and made the repairs. No muss, no fuss, just prompt and professional help. Thanks for the great service!

I hired American heritage to fix mold and reconstruct my drywall and fixing the entire upstairs of my townhome(cost over 100k).The project didn’t finish on time and had 2 year’s warranty. After my toilet leaking and causing mold, I called,texted and emailed Mike ,he didn’t respond and I have my lawyer contacted him after my lawyer contacted him he told my lawyer the dripping cause from the pipes. We didn’t want to fight cos it cost more to fight him to fix.I hired Plummer to fixed my toilets. It’s sure enough the leaking causes from toilet ring and wax.

Ericka, is amazing, she always answers the phone when I call with questions, she is prompt and reliable. The service tech are great too, I have never had any homeowners dissatisfied. I highly recommend this company they are amazing.

These people have been a true pleasure to work with. They redid the roof of my home almost 4 years ago and when I needed an inspection/certification in selling the house they were as responsive and helpful as anyone could ask for. If I ever get the chance I will use them again.

Ron and Bobby help me through the process of having my roof replaced due to hail damage. The crew that did the work on my roof were fabulous they started early and were done in the same day. Due to a previous experience with roof replacement from another company I checked my driveway and rock bed before pulling in that evening and didn't find not one nail which I was surprised at. The crew cleaned everything up. I chose the gray asphalt shingles over one that had a little bit of brown in it and I'm glad I did as there's some variation of dark and light Greys which I like the coloring of. Ron handled everything with the insurance company and even got them to pay for painting on one side of the house and an additional window that was off their initial assessment. Very happy with my new roof and Ron deal with the insurance company for me.

We used AHR to replace our hail damaged roof on two separate houses, one in 2015 (asphalt shingle) and one in 2017 (flat roof with TPO). They were fantastic, easy to communicate with, always upfront on how long the process would take, and very knowledgeable on current industry products, techniques, and how to handle complex roofs. I would highly recommend them.

AHR replaced the roof, gutters and screens and repaired and painted the entire exterior on our multi-unit townhome complex in Cherry Creek. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They worked continuously with our insurance company/adjuster, ultimately getting more repairs covered under our claim than the insurance company initially offered. They effectively communicated with the homeowners to ensure we were satisfied and any questions we had were addressed immediately. The expert construction crew was quick but thorough, very polite and conscientious about cleaning around the job site each day. I highly recommend AHR if you want the job done right.

RUN as fast as you can from American Heritage Restoration. If it was possible to give zero stars that should be the rating. They were supposed to put a roof on my home in August of 2015 and be finished no later than 60 days. The roof was never finished and it is 2017. They created extensive property damage to my property and both neighbors on either side with no regard or respect to homeowners. Ron Burrows kept saying he would pay for the damage and has done nothing to correct this. He did the same thing to many many people in our neighborhood. DO NOT HIRE AMERICAN HERITAGE RESTORATION!

Worked with Craig Benson who did a great job. Had roof, screens, window trim replaced after hail damage occurred. Had some insurance issues at the beginning of the project and Craig was patient and assisted us in working through the problems. Craig is a straight shooter and conducts business in a honest fashion. All of the contractors who were on our property were professional and did a great job. American Heritage Restoration provided us a lot of value with our roof replacement. I would highly recommend them.

In the spring of 2015 our roof was damaged by hail. Sam Hollander from American Heritage managed all the correspondence with the insurance company. Once that was settled he was involved in every step of the repair. As issues would arise, he would detail the issue for us and offer us the pros and cons of different resolutions. We are very happy with the results and do not hesitate to recommend Sam and American Heritage to our friends and neighbors.

We used American Heritage Restoration for repairs related to hail damage, including repair and/or replacement of roof, skylights, beams, fascia boards and other structures. Sam Hollander was our project coordinator and he was extremely professional and helpful in navigating the complexities of our project, and especially helpful in coordinating with our insurance company to make sure that all the work that needed to be done was covered by our insurance. As general contractors (they are much more than just roofers) they were able to coordinate all the repairs needed to restore our beautiful historic home after extensive hail damage. They used competent and friendly sub-contractors to finish the job in a timely fashion and to our full satisfaction. They did such a good job on the hail damage repair and restoration that we used them to complete some other repairs and maintenance to our home that where outside the scope of the hail damage. I would highly recommend American Heritage Restoration, and especially Sam as a project manager, for your roofing and home restoration needs.
