I have worked with a few different State Farm agencies throughout the country as I’ve moved around. The service at all the different locations has been good enough to keep me with State Farm but the service from Arlen Norwood has far exceeded expectations, specifically the help from
Lexi. Lexi took the time to explain things in detail without getting frustrated when running multiple quotes for me to find the best option.

We have been with this agency for a number of years. Recently had a claim and were treated fairly. My saying on insurance is you can always find cheaper insurance but are they there when you need them? State Farm was for us!

It’s never fun to hit a deer and total your vehicle! But Kelsie at Arlen Norwood State Farm helped connect me to a claims adjuster and when it was time to purchase a new vehicle it was simple to call and get coverage started immediately! Kelsie recommended adding rental insurance on my new vehicle and I was grateful!

Lexi has helped me on many occasions! She’s the literal best, hands down. She replies quickly and will go above and beyond for her clients. I will never work with anyone else. She’s my fav.

I found Vehicle in Florida where I am wintering. I called Kelcie to inquire about insuring. Discussed with her the coverage.
Later when I made the deal, I sent her the VIN.
While the dealership was making the paperwork out for the sale, and registering in MN, Kelcie e mailed the temporary Insurance Card.
The dealership people were amazed on how fast this was accomplished.

We have multiple vehicle, property and life insurance through them. They have always taken care of us & the rates are great!

I had state farm for about 20 years. They were great, until I had a claim. Incompetence at at the agent level, State farm not paying for all the damage and holding back 20% forced me to switch. I switched to Westfield and so far so good. Saved some money as well. Not once has the agent reached out to see why I left after 20 years.

Because of not being able to afford insurance 6 years ago and getting a ticket they wouldn't add me on to my significant others insurance and would have dropped him because of it. I'm sorry but you and your company shouldn't make policy that have an impact on low income family's we need to be insured for our vehicles and we get in trouble and end up paying double for no insurance which I'm sorry but can't give you money if me and my kids can't eat.

Both times I have asked for help from this agency, they have been nothing but rude and dismissive. Whether they get fed up with questions or annoyed. These people need to realize that they are dealing with someone who just had something bad happen to them, and learn a little empathy.

Fawn was great !! And got me a great insurance deal , very respectful and very informative on insurance and getting me the right coverage for my auto and house . Highly recommend!! Great service !! Great people !!

We have been with State Farm for several years. My agent recently moved to this location and I am receiving very responsive care. You do not want to use insurance if you do not have to. A car recently that was unattended rolled into my car which was unattended and everything was handled quickly and my "baby" is getting repaired. They did all the processing and gave me the info I needed. Thanks.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. I called them three times with the intent of canceling before being charged. They answered once, took my name and number, and told me I'd be called back in 2-5 minutes. 3 DAYS later, I get into an email conversation with the agent. First she told me that I was lying and hadn't called today. When I told her I called 3 DAYS ago and never got a call back she also called me a liar and said they charged my account regardless. I'm actually in shock right now. Finally got it cancelled, without a refund for the 3 days it took them to contact me of coarse.

I've purchased insurance through State Farm, and the Pine City office for 15 years. I can't see why it won't be another 15 years and longer!

I have been with Arlen Norwood's office for 20-years. I have never had an issue when something went wrong. When I was in an accident, they told me where to take my car without having to have an adjuster come out; I just sent some pictures. When I needed a new car they pre-qualified me over the phone for financing. The staff is nice and they get back to you when you have questions.

Well - let me start by saying that Fawn Johnson (aka Fawnzerelli) has been my agent for over 10 years. She has been a vital part of my insurance needs whether it be home, auto, umbrella policies etc. When I call....she answers and always has. This is a true staple of a great agent.
